Ironically, that's exactly how they got me: quickly asking me to sign papers without clearly mentioning their strict "no cancellation" policy. When I found my old glasses the next morning and asked to modify the order (less than 24 hours later), they cheerfully replied, "Sorry, too late!" Turns out their critical policy was hidden neatly in fine print, and nobody thought it necessary to mention it clearly to someone who obviously can't see well enough to read tiny letters. Misleading customers seems to be their business model, while greed and disregard for customer satisfaction appear to be their core values. Such practices will inevitably lead this place straight to the point where they'll deeply regret their wasted years and lost customers. Good luck on that painful journey!
