When we first entered, I was disappointed to see that their frames were either behind the counter or in a case. I don't like the feeling of being pressured and at the mercy of a salesperson, but that wasn't the case here. Raiko asked what type of frames I was looking for. He started looking at his display and pulling out some frames. After realizing that there were some shapes that I didn't like, he started focusing on other styles. I liked that I was left alone while he was selecting frames for me and leaving them in the counter for me to try. After finally finding a pair that I liked, I mentioned that I wasn't sure if the prescription. Raiko looked my current prescription and the picture I had of my old prescription, and mentioned that it was a big change. I didn't realize that the other gentleman who was working at a computer was Dr. Masters, but he came over to take a look at my prescription. I was amazed at their care and concern to make sure that my prescription was correct. My glasses took longer than "same day" but that was due to my insurance. They do offer a discount on your new frames. I had to keep coming back to get my new frames adjusted (three times). Initially they felt fine, but a couple of hours later, they were either poking into my head behind my ear or sliding down my nose. I guess the third time was the charm because they seem to be fine now. Knock on wood, lol. They're really good about making sure that you're happy with your glasses and that they fit fine. The only negative I would say (which has nothing to do with their service) is finding a parking spot since the parking lot behind them is under construction.
