He has that small town charm where he remembers you time after time! He explains each step of the eye exam. If you have any questions he has tons of patience & is just so nice! However, when I need an appointment quick and the couple of times I have gone here I was impressed with how quick the process was and the cost wasn't expensive! You can't find that for many eye exams, especially the quick wait times. Though I'm not always here for exams I am however, always here to order my new glasses and contact prescription. I suggest you reach out to the optician that works here, Luis. I've been going to him for years and he always steers my family and I towards high quality frames and lenses at an affordable price. I never have to worry about my budget here. He knows what he's talking about and it shows. The optical selection seems small but there's a wide variety of frames both for glasses and sunglasses. It's extremely easy for me to find my next pair of glasses here. There's also sales going on for their frames as well as other deals if you have a target optical account. They are also being cautious of safety for customers. There's a sign that has you wait outside the optical until given the ok to walk in as to limit people in the optical. Additionally, you are allowed to try on frames but there are trays where you can place the frames in so they know which frames need to be sanitized. Be sure to stop here if you're in need of great frames at good prices and for quick and helpful eye exams!

I thought it was strange until someone told us that they don't want you to be without your glasses while you're waiting for the new ones. Now that makes perfect sense. They do offer a discount on your new frames. I had to keep coming back to get my new frames adjusted (three times). Initially they felt fine, but a couple of hours later, they were either poking into my head behind my ear or sliding down my nose. I guess the third time was the charm because they seem to be fine now. Knock on wood, lol. They're really good about making sure that you're happy with your glasses and that they fit fine. The only negative I would say (which has nothing to do with their service) is finding a parking spot since the parking lot behind them is under construction. We try to get here when they first open so that we can just park out front.

They won't offer to fix it either, they'll just insist they did nothing wrong. Don't recommend them at all.
