I scheduled my appointment online on a whim and when I showed up to my appointment she was able to do the exam with no problems. She was very thorough during the exam and very knowledgeable. I picked out a pair of glasses to drive at night and I can't wait to get them. I'm so glad I found this location. And the day after thanksgiving no less. I came in and the staff took my information and had me sit and wait for my exam. It was a very short wait and I was brought back to the see the doctor. I have been wearing glasses since I was 12 years old, so I've had a lot of eye exams. Never mind how many. This one was probably the most thorough I have ever had. Dr. Holifield really did an incredible job of checking out my vision and my eyes in general. He also recommended some eye drops for me, and his staff managed to get a prescription that was normally over $800 for free. Great job! I picked out my new glasses (you can see them in the photo), and while they are not the exact frames I wanted, they'll do. It was a bit pricey, but I have vision insurance so that covered part of it. When I got home I had a notice in the mail that my employer had changed to a new vision insurance carrier. I immediately called the office to apologize and give them the new information, only to find that they had already found it and had billed the correct insurance. That is truly excellent customer service. They told me it would take up to two weeks for the new glasses, which was fine, but it turns out, they were ready in six days. I picked them up and I'm wearing them right now. And I can see, so I guess the visit was a success. And I have a new eye doctor.

Met with the store rep Juan who was very professional and explained that the optometrist is at another location today but works in-store Mon, Thurs and Sat. My vision insurance covers most optometrist consults and exams in addition to a big portion of the frames and lenses. Juan showed me several sunglasses including Oakley for $250.00 before insurance. Ray-Ban would be a close second to Oakley. The store is very classy with dark wood finishes and glass. A few low tables for sitting with the rep for comfortable discussions and glasses fittings.

When I think about the vision I had before he worked with me compared to now, I am supremely thankful! His office staff is top notch! He does talk a lot, but he is invested in his patients. If you'd prefer that he be quieter, just let him know. We have had some great conversations and he has gotten me out of quite a few jams when I've had issues with my contacts. He strives for perfection in every consultation. I personally don't ever want to work with another doctor. He is the best and I am very grateful.

It was probably the best eye exam I've ever had. Dr Sager is a very thorough and understanding doctor. He addressed my concerns perfectly resulting in a new prescription that worked like my previous one. My last doctor totally screwed up my prescription, glad I kept my original glasses. Needless to say, we were extremely impressed with her and her office, and all of us are switching to her office now. She actually talks, listens and spends time with her patients. He has that small town charm where he remembers you time after time! He explains each step of the eye exam. If you have any questions he has tons of patience & is just so nice! I like how family oriented he is.... The waiting area is comfortable. The receptionist is sweet and gets you signed in quickly. I've purchased glasses a while back & that part of the store is super helpful as well. Just check with your personal insurance to see what's covered & your plan allowance.
