I got the best experience with everyone in For Eyes. I have trouble finding glasses. Just want to say that Javier helped me above and beyond. He was so helpful and friendly. The staff was friendly too. Ive been going there for years and I will keep coming . Thank you Javier for all you did. read more

Everything. Had prescription glasses made. Came to pickup and they were not even close to what prescription had. Couldn't read or see far. Made my vision WORST. The Asian lady got upset when I told her the glasses were bad. She said my Prescription had to be bad, she wanted me to get readers and I told her these progressive weren't good. She was clearly upset and was going to get rude But I think you saw that I wasn't the one she wanted to step out of line with . DO NOT THINK ABOUT GETTING GLASSES WITH THESE PEOPLE AT THIS LOCATION., BAD GLASSES, Bad Attitude. and Her English wasn't very good. read more

For Eyes - The location at 12890 Pines Blvd. - Eyewear & Opticians Near Me - Pembroke Pines, Florida

I've been to the Pembroke Pines location 4 separate times to get new glasses, and each time there is only 1 person working there and several people waiting. Why don't they hire additional help? There is so much competition in the eyeglass business, so this is ridiculous! read more

If you are looking for a place that cares about you...forget about it! All about Money! Recently needed to have something in my eye looked at for insight. Dr. refused without any kind of courtesy to patient without having to pay for a full $175 eye exam...even after all the previous business my family provided (over $2000). I even suggested a quiet spot away from his existing Patients. All I got from him was "that's our fee" and "I have to pay my rent" and "that's our economy". In the 10min talking. He could have checked my eye and even charged me $50. Then he gives me card for somewhere else without even checking. So they would rather loose a family of Patients then take a little courtesy time. Way to pay your rent! Btw. I found a full exam somewhere else for half the price! Frustrated. The girls at the counter are nice. The Dr...Fah! For Eyes should consider getting a new Doctor. read more

I came to this For Eyes and was taken care of by Cesi, I came in because the rubber in my glasses needed changing and she provided me with fast and friendly service! Thank you Cesi! I will be back for new lenses soon! read more

Love this location cecia is amazing and helpful and nice each and every time I come I buy all my glasses here

I was helped quickly even on a Saturday. This stuff is really professional and knows their stuff when it comes to lenses and frames and all that good stuff. I think they have some good deals on frames for kids. You can also bring in your classes to be adjusted for free, this include sunglasses. It is a little tricky to get in and out of this location. It is worth it's to deal with such caring eye professionals. read more

The optometrist is wonderful but, buyer beware in the eye wear coverage! I bought a pair of progressives, added the blue light package and the glasses were great. I got a scratch on one of my lenses so I called about the 75% coverage I added on during purchase. They said that the tiny scratch warranted a full replacement because they are progressives! So basically I have to pay $85 for a scratch! And that's with insurance coverage! The question is, why didn't they explain this to me at the time I purchased the insurance? I'm not going to bother with this place anymore. read more

I went to Foreyes this morning, because one of the nose pieces came off my glasses. I walked in there and showed them to Cesia, and she fixed them immediately. No charge. I would gladly go back if ever the opportunity comes up again... read more

I just left my contact lens exam with Dr. Richards-Delatour at For Eyes Pembroke Pines. She is very sweet and makes sure to listen to your needs as a patient. I stopped wearing contacts a little over a year ago due to a different doctor putting me in an ill -fitting brand. I explained this to Dr. Richards-Delatour and she put me in an even more light weight lens that I literally don't even feel it on my eye. She also recommended a doctor to seek consultation with for LASIK as I've been debating doing it for some time. Highly recommend her for your yearly contact lens exam! read more

Natalie was very helpful. She was able to help my autistic daughter feel at ease with her to try different frames. She is knowledgeable, and was able to tailor my daughter's frames to her personality. My husband and I were also very happy with the frames she helped us choose. We higly recommend her, and she is a true asset to the team.!! read more

Over the last several years I have came to this location to purchase eyeglasses. The service was always pretty standard. I had to go in today for a new pair after breaking my eyeglasses. Sebastian was very eager to help, super professional, knowledgeable, and patient. I was so impressed I called in my best friend (who I know needed glasses ) to come in and be helped by Sebastian as well. My friend was also very impressed with Sebastian's customer service and purchased a pair fairly quickly. He is by far my favorite customer service rep in the 3 years I have been going to this location. Thank you so much! Go see Sebastian for help the next time you visit! read more

I was there with my family including my two year old and let me tell you... its been years since i have such of good service. All staff was nice and helpful from the moment we came in... Every one was nice to us specially my daughter that touched and tried almost every single pair of glasses she could grab. The Doctor was amazing, very helpful and nice, very profesional and very clean.... The best part was the 50% iff deal they had because we not only got regular prescription glasses we also got sunglasses with the same prescription ... 100% recommended! read more

Friendly staff and they treat you like a customer is supposed to be treated. The opthamologist is efficient and doesn't take forever to explain the test results and write out a prescription. They have a decent amount of glasses options and their prices are competitive. I have been here several time and have been exremely happy with the service and the overall experience. I will definitely be coming back! read more

HORRIBLE service! I think the name of the young lady who attended me was Vicky, she had short curly hair, she was arguing with me pertaining to the fitting of my glasses. She needs to learn about customer service, if she does not like to help people, then working with the public is not the job for her. Its time for a career change! read more

OMG ! Dr. Rosanna Richards-Delatour has been the most helpful and caring Optometrist I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. Top Notch Customer Service! It's so refreshing to meet folks who really know how to take care of their customers. My husband and I work full-time and haven't had an opportunity to fill our eyeglass prescriptions until tonight. We walked into For Eyes at 6:40pm, not realizing that they close at 7pm. But the two ladies working, Ashley and Donna, did not rush us out the door-instead they told us to take our time choosing our frames and then did all the measuring and paperwork for four pairs of glasses. They stayed with us until 7:45, well after their closing time and made sure our order was thorough and correct, and that we were happy with our purchase. Kudos to For Eyes for the best service we've experienced in a long time- we will definitely be repeat customers and will be recommending your establishment to everyone we know! read more

The Optometrist was great, unfortunately, it's been 3 weeks and I still don't have my glasses and no contact from them. All call attempts, inspite of promises to call me next day with updates, were mine. I am so disappointed. I paid over $500 for two pairs of glasses and I have not even received a call from the person who sold me the frames or the store manager to apologize for the wait or with and update of when I should get them. Even if the delay isn't their fault, some sort of contact would have been appreciated. It will be a month this Friday and I still do not have my glasses. read more

Great place for glasses, but horrible for eye exams. I took my daughter there for an appointment. After waiting more than an hour, I walked out. I won't be back. There were several other people still ahead of me when I walked out which means I would have had to wait at least another hour. read more

Nathalie is not only knowledgeable, she is welcoming and provides EXCELLENT customer service. Made my visit worth while!!!

I Walked in and got taken care of immediately. Ladies that work there really helpful.

Both times I've visited this location, the customer service is nothing less than great! I went in this week and Kevin helped me pick the perfect frame. I love them :) They deserve more than 5 stars. read more

Appointment was at 11:20 and they were right on time. Staff gave me a discount for eye check up and ordered contacts for way cheaper than online. In and out with DR. Eye exam and contacts in 30 min. Pleasant experience. Highly recommended. read more

The service at this store is truly amazing. Cesia and her team go out of their way to provide great service. I bought a pair of frames a year ago and have had a few concerns; each and every time I call or go to For Eyes I am well taken care of and the staff always treats me with great care and nice smile. Way to go For Eyes. Excellent value and Amazing service 5 Stars ***** read more

We went in to the Weston location last night to get my 10 year old son's first pair of glasses. Stephanie could not have been more knowledgeable or patient with helping us picking them out. She spent time explaining our insurance options, but in the end, their 50% off deal was better than we could have done through our insurance. What another optician in town was going to charge us $375 for, we got at For Eyes for $150! They have a large selection of frames of varying price points and a lot of kid's frames. They also have an optometrist who charges $59 for a regular exam, which is very reasonable. We are very pleased with For Eyes and would recommend them highly! read more

Natalie is one of the most professional, kind and patient representatives I have ever worked with at any store - ever. I went to get glasses a few minutes before closing time, yet my incessant indecision was at an all-time high. After 30 minutes of looking for the right pair I was stuck between a red frame and a black frame. Natalie showed incomparable patience and understanding of my indecisiveness and eased me along to a final decision. Bless her heart! About 30 minutes after closing, I still hadn't chosen the pair that I wanted. Natalie and Ilya, another great rep, had me try on both pairs and gave me fantastic advice that finally helped me make my final decision. After my endless apology, Natalie delightfully thanked me for my business and escorted me to the door. This is the true epitome of customer service. I will absolutely go back! read more

Despite my frustrations with this store in the past, when I really needed them to come through for me, they did. Last night my frames broke during routine cleaning within their first year of purchase. Having worn glasses nearly my entire life, I saw this as completely unacceptable and was aghast that such a thing could happen as I've never had a pair fail so quickly. My previous frames were the exact same model and they failed after six years in the same manner: a small break near the nose that caused the lens to fall out. I was freaking out because this is my only pair of glasses--I take impeccable care of them--and I couldn't dare show up at my job with a wire tie holding the lens loosely in place. Despite my obvious and lucid anger at the situation, Scott very calmly assessed the situation and by the end of my visit, my frames were replaced free of charge in time for me to make my shift. My family and I have been a customer at this location for the better part of a decade and will continue to do so on the strengths of their customer service. One can go many places for eyewear but for me, caring service deserves my loyalty. For that reason, I recommend this location to anyone. read more

There was a minor discrepancy in some information I received from For Eyes, however, the staff at the Pines location was very kind and not only helped clarify, but also went above and beyond to rectify my dissatisfaction. Donna specifically at this location made sure to leave no stone unturned in satisfying me as a customer. I can truly say I will be a customer for life because of the effort and zeal in the customer service I received. read more

I tried calling to make an appointment four times each time I waited like 10-15 minutes on hold and no one came on. The last time I called they just place the call on hold without even saying a greeting. I won't be using them again. I would have been a new client. read more

HORRIBLE! Do yourself a favor and don't go there. My daughter's eye exam was pathetic. The doctor is very sweet but I question his ability. He was asleep in the back office when we arrived. His assistant could not get the pressure exam done without losing her patience with my child. The contact lenses fitting appointment was not written down by them so my daughter had to share the appointment with an older teenager who received 100% of the attention. Of course, she was not taught and therefore was unable to get them, while the other kid left wearing contacts and a big smile. The girl who put in the replacement lense order was not very pleasant. I have never seen someone pose such a fake smile as she did. Their policies are horrendous. I was never notified that my child's glasses had arrived. When I finally called, they claimed they had emailed me to let me know. Of course they didn't. Overall, the worst experience. read more

Excellent price and service. They adjusted my frame several times to get it perfect, and still told me to come back in the future if I needed another adjustment. This was a free service which they offer. Highly recommend this place!! read more

Great customer service!! After filling out my paperwork I waited less than 5 minutes. Dr. Bratter did a great exam! Natalie was very helpful when it came to helping me pick out my frames. Definitely a fan!!! read more

I had a great experience here yesterday. The employees seem to enjoy their jobs and get along well, so the vibe was positive. On Tuesday October 29, 2013 I had occassion to meet with Dr. Karen M Malcolm-Griffith for an eye exam. Prior to this visit I saw a Dr at the University of Miami and was not happy with the exam or results. I exlained my situation to Dr Griffity and she was patient, understanding, compassionate and very knowledgeable regarding my situation. Today is Monday 11/11/13 and I am a very happy and content patient. Her diagnosis and resulting actions has made it possible for me to have the vision I was trying to achieve. I rarely write reviews but Dr. Griffith was so professional and kind that I just had to make sure she gets the compliments that she so deserves. I would recommend her first and foremost to all my friends and relatives. read more

I'm a customer of the Hollywood store, but doctor was not there on Saturday so they suggested to make an appointment on Sunday to the Pines location, BIG regret we got lost and got there few mins late and the clerk and Doctor would not see us bc we were late! Extremely rude and unprofessional! Another customer got there late after us but they decided to see him instead just because he called, I did call too bc I was lost but she didn't even give me a chance to speak and explain just because it was easier to cancel me. I would never ever would go back there! I highly recommend the Hollywood store, they're understanding, professionals and treat you like family!! read more
