Firecracker and Alba roll
Taylor V.

Let's start by saying this is a review of the new restaurant and NOT the food truck. The restaurant is super cute and very cozy- it's a very very small place. When we first walked in the place was packed but they had one table left inside and sat us right away. There is a covered patio outside with more seating as well. The place was very clean. The people working there could not be any nicer. They were wonderful, efficient, and did a great job multitasking. The food was also very good. We order 2 of their Rolls the Firecracker and The Albacore Tuna roll. They were very light and refreshing and the presentation was beautiful. I found the salmon to be a touch fishy but that was probably because it was a warm roll. My other half enjoyed it and didn't feel it was fishy at all. If I were to say anything negative it would be that there are no alcoholic beverages however we did see wine glasses hanging so maybe they just don't have their liquor license yet. They are new after all. I would definitely recommend trying this place, I've been saying for years that our small little town needed a sushi spot so I'm beyond happy it is here! We will be back again to try more!!

Yaki Soba was super yummy.

Super cute food truck with amazing food! The lady who runs it was the sweetest & service was awesome. Pad Thai was yummy & not too sweet like other places. Combo Yaki Soba was delish as well with a good mix of veggies & meat. Generous portions too. Highly recommend if you're in the area.

Menu

It is located right next to the KOA where the BBQ place used to be. Great to have such a high quality Japanese restaurant in Strasburg. Amazing service and food is excellent. Fish was very fresh. They are sourcing from quality vendor. Ambience is great. it is super Tiny but very cute. Take out is also a great option if things are busy. I believe it is on door dash. Will visit often. This place is great.

Lovely place to eat! Everything was fresh and very tasty. It isn't fast food but it's worth the wait. Staff was very friendly.

The only thing I felt was missing was just a slight hint of shrimp paste to really bring out that traditional kick. The bo la lot was definitely my favorite!!! Super delicious and cooked perfectly. I'd come back just for that alone and I'd try other dishes as well! The service was really nice and welcoming, which made the visit even better. Hidden gem!

We ordered an order of chicken wings, which came with only 6, so we asked if they could give us an extra one, and they did. They even gave us the two sauces (honey garlic and Thai sauce), so we could try both of them. So accommodating! Next, we ordered 2 servings of bún chả Hà Nội, since we were told this dish made at this restaurant is even better than the one in Hà Nội. I know, right? But I trust the person who went to Hà Nội, ate this famous dish, and shared his personal feedback with us. I don't know the one there, but this dish was delicious. Very flavorful and the sauce, housed 3 small pieces of chả, was very good to add with the vermicelli and veggies. Some of us wrapped everything from this dish in rice paper and scooped some of the sauce on the wrapped food. So good! We also ordered Own Spring Rolls: (1) bánh tôm Hà Nội and (2) bánh hỏi. These two dishes came with the traditional vermicelli and veggies ready for you to add your meats and everything else to put on your dipped-in-water rice paper. The 2 meats we chose were grilled pork and beef. We were gifted some BBQ pork belly bites/skewers. The bite-sized items were cooked perfectly, and the accompanying lettuce, pickled veggies, and 2 different sauces went very well with these cubes of meat. The waiters were very nice and checked a few times, making sure we were okay. If you are in the neighborhood, stop by and try a few dishes or, if you are hungry enough, go for their AYCE option. Either way, I am sure you will have a wonderful meal here.

When you think of Vietnamese, Americans tend to think of Pho, noodle bowls and lemongrass chicken but we need more places the focuses in home cooking and dishes that locals eat. Ingredients are fresh and dishes pack a powerful flavor bomb...I mean wow! The use of shrimp paste and other traditional ingredients really elevate flavors that many Americans are not used to, but you have to try it to understand. Their claypots are a must order and with a side of rice....you'll be eating for days! The star of the night was the pork and calamari claypot which is cooked in shrimp paste and your favorite Vietnamese spices and herbs. You'll finish bowls of rice with this dish, it packs so much flavor that you'll be wanting more. It's a great mix of salty, sweet and umami from the fermented shrimp paste. The Vietnamese curry was thick and packed with succulent shrimp. The veggies at a very nice brightness to balance out the coconut milk. The last dish we had was a shrimp lemon grass in the clay pot and that was also a hit with everyone! Service is amazing and they definitely know how to recommend dishes to match your taste buds. They went out of the way to help everyone and it shows. If you need a new spot, check Dan Da!

Cravings absolutely satisfied…read more We were in CO for the Rocky Mountain Siberian Husky Club specialty and I cannot go anywhere without having some sort of Asian food. That evening, I was craving pho. Pho 92 came recommended and I was immediately drawn to the clear broth in the photos while researching Yelp for Vietnamese food. It was a Thursday evening when we arrived at Pho 92, and the restaurant was packed. It was loud, with staff bustling about and patrons enjoying their meals. The aroma of the pho broth was just as I had hoped for a busy restaurant. We waited approximately 10 min for a table. The staff were pretty efficient and looked to have a good system going for bussing tables. Hailing from CA, I am no stranger to good pho, and this place hit the spot. I'm so glad I decided to get the regular instead of the large, because wow those portion sizes were indeed huge. My husband made the "mistake" of ordering the combination vermicelli bowl, and it came packed with tender proteins and crispy egg rolls. That just meant for some delicious leftovers (that actually reheated perfectly). The pho broth was as clear as I had imagined from looking at other patrons' photos. It still had a good depth of flavor, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. It had been a long travel day for us, so I didn't want oily soup. (Sometimes I do enjoy rich, oilier pho broth, but not that night.) The pho came with a plethora of herbs, which I of course used all of. Be warned that their chili oil is very spicy, which I accidentally put too much of without first trying (oops). I generally don't go to the same spot twice during a trip, as I enjoy trying out different local businesses, but Pho 92 would have been a spot I'd return to again if we had had the time and if I had wanted pho again. Their menu is huge, so there are plenty of dishes to choose from to satisfy your cravings, whatever those might be for any given day. We will definitely be back the next time we visit CO!

And the beef chow fun was some of the best that I have had in CO. I don't know. There was something about it where it had enough sauce cooked in the noodles but also a good quantity of meat as well. It wasn't overpowered by onions like a lot of places do. For desserts, I tried the ube tiramisu and the pandan coconut cake. Both were very tasty and they're not too sweet which is code for Asian approval on sweets. Service is friendly and food comes quick. It is a small restaurant tucked in a corner so WiFi is nonexistent.
