They have a soup of the day now with tortilla soup, carrot soup, and potato soup on rotation, along with a few others. The tortilla soup and the carrot soup are vegetarian. They have a few designated vegetarian dishes on their menu snd are good about substitutions if you ask. I have tried their power bowl, their sunrise molcajete , the fried talamoa, and their angel burrito. I haven't had a bad soup yet. It's great to see them expand and try new items.
