After my third visit to Los 3 Garcia's I think it's safe to say it's A-Okay! PROs: ++ The food satisfies that craving for Mexican food that strikes from time to time. I've had the 3 Garcia's Burrito a couple of times, and it is packed with all the tasty fillings: steak, fajita veggies, rice, beans, red sauce, cheese, guacamole, sour cream and smothered with green chili. ++ Portions are LARGE. You definitely get your moneys worth here! The above-mentioned burrito is large enough to split, or have some leftovers for later. ++ The restaurant can accommodate any size group you bring in. CONs: -- The margaritas tasted pretty weak and sugary. I've ordered them a couple of times, and they fell a bit short for met, even though others have had great things to say. -- We were seated at the bar during one of our visits, and we had minimal interactions with the bartender. He got caught up in conversations with other guests while our drinks sat empty. We ultimately didn't order another drink and took our leftovers home. Bummer. Los 3 Garcia's is definitely a welcome addition to the Eastern Plains dinning options. I'm sure we'll come back.

Wow!!! This place was amazing! The service was top notch! We called the night before and told them there would be about 25 people in our party but we ended up having to call that morning and telling them we had closer to 40 people in our party. The service was great and the food and drinks were delicious! Can't recommend enough.

Service was good. Staff was friendly. Chimichanga was good. Carne Adobada was out of this world.

The menu has an abundant amount of choices from sandwiches and salads to meatloaf to wagyu steaks. My brother ordered the wagyu steak. It was cooked perfectly and was so yummy. I had the patty melt. This trip, we were in Limon around noon and we were looking for lunch, something better than fast food. Doing what any good Yelper would do, I checked Yelp and found great recommendations for Oscar's. Oscar's was actually at the next exit off of I-70 (the exit closest to Denver). I had a "slipper" which is a cheeseburger smothered with green chili. It's a knife and fork burger and it was exceptional. My wife had the French Connection which is basically a French dip sandwich with fries. Also excellent. Bailey, our server, was excellent and service overall was excellent. The interior decor is unique. Oscar's is a Hollywood themed restaurant with lots of old movie memroberlia including some big, old movie cameras. Oscar's is definitely a hidden gem along I-70. I now have a favorite restaurant in Limon and forward to my next trip across Colorado.

STAR #1 - Like any brewery the star of the show should really be the beer. Launch Pad Brewery Bennett pours some delicious brews! There's a little something for everyone! My personal favorites include the Galactic Vaquero Mexican Lager, Cape Canaveral Key Lime Pie Blonde, Mischief Managed Cream Ale, Creme Brulee Soyuz Oatmeal Stout, and more! Like I said, there's a little something for everyone. Not sure what to get? Grab a flight and sample all the things! STAR #2 - Breweries mean food trucks, which means a whole other variety of dining options that we've been lacking on the Eastern Plains. Some of my absolute favorites include: La Unica, Talavera Cocina, Rustic Nomads, Toby's Poboys, Saiko no Sushi, Wheels on Fire, and more! I lurk on the Food Trucks page of their website to see what mouthwatering curbside cuisine is making it's way east. STAR #3 - The events! Launch Pad Brewery Bennett hosts a wide variety of events. From beer and cheese pairings, to yoga, to live music - there's always a a little or big something happening at the Bennett Pad! STAR #4 - This location differs a bit from the Aurora Pad in that they have more TVs throughout the space, offer live music events, and even host a dart league. Way to cater to the locals! STAR #5 - All the beertenders are a blast! They're super helpful and informative. Need a little splash of a beer before commiting? They got you! Discrepancy on the food truck listing? Call 'em up! The only thing that routinely breaks my heart here is that in striving to feature a little something for everyone; they don't have as much variety for some of my favorite styles. Often this leaves me sipping on the same few bews visit after visit. Not the end of the world, but tough when you crave variety. Launch Pad Brewery Bennet, you know I'll be back! Cheers, Bennett! **DID YOU KNOW - Launch Pad Brewery Bennett brewed up a special beer only offered here? It's the Haymaker an American Blonde brewed with Colorado local grains.

I have had the Breakfast Arepa and Churro French Toast. Both are excellent. The Breakfast Arepa has a delicious poached egg and achiote hollandaise sauce. The Churro French Toast really tastes like crunchy churros. The serving size is a bit small, but I guess churros are not that big in size themselves. Root Down is definitely one of my favorite airport foods, and time permitting, I buy something here to take it on the plane with me...and be the envy of those around me with mediocre airplane food.

Who doesn't love people watching. I already knew I wanted a salad so I ordered the Cobb with crispy chicken. You also have the option of baked chicken and a few other options that I don't recall. OMG, it was very good with just the perfect amount of green goddess dressing. Bacon, avocado, tomatoes, figs.... YUM! The bartender was very accommodating and checked on me often, even though the bar was full with people passing time during their delayed flights. She was very pleasant. She recommended a local porter beer and it was tasty. Something like graham cracker porter. If I have a layover in Denver again, this is where I'll come!

We laughed reading all the cool signs and stickers from all around. Lots to enjoy as you partake in an adult bevvie. Just one guy running the bar and he was amazing. It has that classic local bar feel - relaxed, welcoming, and full of personality. Most of the crowd seemed to be locals, aside from us and a couple of other tables grabbing a later dinner. That's usually a good sign. The drink selection had plenty of options, and the atmosphere made it easy to settle in and stay awhile. We kept it simple with a few neat pours of whiskey and enjoyed soaking in the vibe. We didn't try the food this visit, but after seeing what was coming out of the kitchen, we'll definitely be back to do that next time.
