Now that I've discovered Mimi's and had their b-fast burritos, I will never settle for one from Santiago's ever again. The breakfast burritos from Mimi's are loaded with more meat & potatoes and aren't so runny from them having more chili in them than substance like Santiago's are. I absolutely love them. Thursday is chorizo day and that is my favorite. I have not tried any of their other menu items but an looking forward to here in the near future.
