Good food selection. Fun atmosphere. They have music playing but at the perfect volume to still enjoy conversation. Was highly recommended by locals. Glad we tried it. Food was very good and the portion size perfect to fill hungry travelers. Restaurant is fun and clean. The service was awesome. Our server, Davidin, was friendly and helpful in selecting our meal. We returned the following night and will again during our short stay. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED read more

The service was very good and the food was superior. The restaurant was very clean and welcoming.

Hands down one of the best experiences I've had in a long time. The chicken grilled chicken salad was INCREDIBLE--fresh avocado, perfectly crisp greens, flavorful grilled chicken, and bacon that tied it all together. Everything tasted so fresh. Do not skip the cheese sticks(I forgot to take a picture because I was too busy enjoying the food)--add the banana peppers for the perfect tangy kick. Absolute game changer. Sweet tea was perfect every single time. The service was outstanding. Our server Holly was friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind. Drinks were always refilled and it truly felt like they cared. The ambience was warm, welcoming, and just all-around great vibes. Amazing food, amazing service, amazing energy. 10/10--will 100% be back! read more

Drove all day in snow and rain and decided to call it a night in Limon, CO. Found this place on yelp and the reviews didn't do it justice. For starters who knew a small town bar would have Prime so we could watch Thursday night football. Two big screen TV's flank the bar and they can be seen from almost every spot in the bar. It has a pool table and games as well. The bar is fully stocked as well as a good selection of draft beer (Modelo, Miller lite, Blue Moon, Vodoo Ranger, 1554 and Coors light). They seem to be known for their wings and also serve pizza and burgers. The French fries are made from real potatoes and were very good. The best part is you get small town prices. The wait staff were all very friendly and seemed accustomed to different customers every night. If you get to Limon, stop and enjoy this place! read more

Our family was driving home to Missouri and just happened to come across this restaurant. Absolutely amazing food! Service was great and restaurant was so nice! If ever this direction again we would come back. Highly recommend! read more

This place rules. Best onion rings I've ever had in my life. And I'm old. Friendly staff and slammin ranch. Locally sourced deliciousness.

We have been away from home for nearly 3 weeks and stopped here for lunch. This was probably the best burger of the trip and there fresh cut fries were a hands-down winner. They had a great lunchtime sandwich special which included a piece of German Chocolate cake! Nice to see potato salad as a side dish selection. Very friendly staff and the restaurant has clearly been remodeled recently...nicely done! They have a very cool backyard area for dining and cornhole. Too bad we were on a schedule! read more

Food is good. Drinks are reasonably priced. But kids are in the bar on the weekend after 9pm? Not cool.

Love this little hometown spot! The vibe is casual and welcoming -- exactly what you want in a small-town bar. The staff is always friendly, the drinks are cold and affordable, and the food hits the spot every time (definitely try the burgers or wings!). It's the kind of place where everyone knows each other, but newcomers still feel right at home. Perfect for a laid-back night out, catching a game, or just relaxing after a long week. Small-town charm done right! read more

Came on a Saturday night with a bottle of water. Was immediately reprimanded for bringing a bottle of water in. Clearly was not welcome here. Wont be coming back, ever! Five stars!! read more

We 'blew' into Limon (literally) after 50+ mph winds shut down I-70 and they shut down the interstate to semis, high profile vehicles and anything pulling a trailer (which we were). We sat at the bar. Great, friendly service. They had just opened at 11 am. Had amazing burgers (more like smashburgers). Everything seemed to be homemade and really fresh. THE BEST onion rings we've ever had in our lives. So light. Steaming hot. Chef's kiss. Clean, friendly, amazing food, good prices. Can't go wrong. read more

Very nice food very yummy. They give you a lot of food for the price. I tried the special that day and it was good. Lots of food. Best broccoli cheaper soup. Very good sandwich. Very good German chocolate cake nice service they were attentive and helpful and kind. The restaurant is nice feels like clean if you know what I'm talking about. Doesn't feel like I'll see an old piece of food on the floor or anything. Very nice would eat here again. read more

Brand new remodel. The place is beautiful and the food was spectacular! We drove through Limon on our way back to Colorado Springs. Didn't want fast food and this place was perfect. The service was also quick and attentive. We Will definitely stop by here again on our way to Kansas!! read more

My husband and I are staying at the Safari Inn (cross country trip) and decided to try South Side since it was across the street. Drinks? AMAZING. Food? AMAZING. Service? AMAZING. Everything was top tier, Rebecca (our wonderful waitress) was a hoot and absolute sweet, and we had such a good experience that we came back for drinks and food..uh same day. 2:30 lunch, 8:30 dinner. Found South Side on Yelp. Sooooo glad we stopped! Kendra was AWESOME!!! She recommended the cheese sticks and the special of the day (smash burger with egg, bacon, maple syrup and spicy ketchup) burger was not what I would normally order but it was delicious! The cheese sticks were AMAZING!!! Ordered an additional order to go. They are a must! Wish we lived closer. read more

Very tasty burgers and really friendly service makes this a great spot in an area with limited options. Reasonably priced too.

Good drinks. Wasn't very busy at night, but the bartender was great and the atmosphere was cool.

Food was amazing! Service was just as good, overall good experience here. They have great gluten-free options as well. 10/10 would recommend. read more

OK! We stayed one night in Limon on our way to camp in the Rockies! This place is a diamond in the rough! Kortney(the owner), Cynthia and Tanner(servers) were AMAZING! Friendly and fun is an understatement! The food....HOLY BUCKETS! Every single thing we had was out of this world. But the green chile sauce.....best we've ever had. We raved about it so much Kortney gave us some to go....likely so we'd stop talking about how good it was! The chicken tenders were hand cut and breaded....rarely can you find that. And the green chile burger....I'm still dreaming about it! So good! If you find yourself anywhere near Limon, do yourself a great favor and go see these folks! You will not be disappointed!! read more

Cheese sticks are fire! Wings are great! The burger and onion rings even better! Servers are great and I love the atmosphere!

We didn't dine in but my husband said when he went in to grab our dinner he had high hopes because it seemed very "fancy" but our burgers told a different story lol. The cheese was almost invisible considering it was VERY lightly sprinkled on shredded cheese (I don't think I've ever had a burger with shredded cheese). One burger that we were told was with lettuce because they ran out of GF buns was on shredded lettuce lol so I had to eat it like a salad. That said burger was supposed to have been one of the ones with a bun (there were only 2 GF buns left) in a container with no French fries in it because I have celiac's disease and the fries have cross contamination. But the other two with fires ended up with a bun. The meat its self reminded me of the frozen patties you get from the store, and the burger toppings were barely there or not there at all. The GF pizza was meh it was tiny, definitely better GF pizza in this tiny town! The servers were friendly though! Wasn't a fan... wanted to be though! read more

My server Abigail was awesome!!!! But the quality of food was not great. Way overpriced. $30.00 for a hamburger and fries. 4 slices of jalapenos under the cheese and sautéed onions was not what I was expecting. Chips and salsa underwhelming as well. I definitely will not be going back there. read more

So good! Great service. Food was tasty and I had my first Broasted Chicken - kind of a super crispy crunchy crust. Perfectly cooked chicken. Everything was good. Someone needs to post better menu pics - sorry, I only took one of the Broasted chicken. The menu is just two pages and not nearly as busy as the Yelp pics for this restaurant. Shop local! read more
