When you walk in, there are kiosk's for ordering, no human help, similar to a McDonalds. I ordered the most basic cheeseburger, smallest order of fries and a small soft drink. This came to just under $19. I was prompted to take a table number and told my order would be brought to the table. I was also prompted for a tip, which I declined. I then looked for a table and none were cleaned. Rather, there are containers of wet wipes and was directed to clean my own table and chair. Wow! After about 12 minutes my food arrived. The burger was small but tasty, the fries were limp and clearly sat under a heat lamp and were not fresh. I'm only giving two stars because the burger tasted good. Had I given a tip I would have been angry. Order yourself, clean your own table, below average good, above average prices. I'm glad I got this out of my system. McDonalds is far better.

I also like that they put their own little twist to a classic and make it their own. Like I said I haven't had anything that I haven't enjoyed so far. The fries are the lightly battered ones that are hands down the best kind of fries in my opinion but not easy to find in most places. The chicken pastelito has great flavor and the chicken is nice and juicy. The pastrami with egg is the way to go great flavors and the bread they use on the sandwiches are awesome. Perfect crunch bread holds up well no soggy bread here. I like how they press the sandwiches too. My personal favorite is the mount Zion. The best sandwich I've ever had hands down. This thing is massive and delicious from first bite to the last DELICIOUS. Value:5 These sandwiches are loaded and the size small is like a large from anywhere else. I'm afraid to order a large. The quality of the food is amazing and the quantity is outrageous too. Presentation:5 Sandwiches come nicely pressed with the grill marks. The meat is piping hot the cheese nice and melted. Everything just looks soooo tasty. Very nice and clean eating area. The multiple times I've been there I noticed as soon as customer leaves they wipe down the table and even the chairs. Service:5 Service is amazing they take care of you as soon as you come in the door. Get your order offer you a drink and they even bring the meal out to your table. Overall:5 This is a fine establishment it is now one of my favorite places in the area to eat at. Sandwiches are definitely a must but the rest of the menu is on my list as well. Can't wait to come back and try something new.

There is a menu board, but all in Spanish and no prices so not really sure how that all works. The buffet had chicken, salmon, yucca, spaghetti, 3 types of rice, stewed beefs of some sort. Stewed veg of some sort. Mashed potao, and also some fried empanadas. I had a baked whole chicken leg, house rice (rice, ham, egg, veg, spanish sausage) and some sweet pantains. All game to just under $10. A good amount of food, a good value. Taste- rice was sort of bland so I added some hot sauce. The woman server, did not know the menu well as could not answer my questions (what is it, whats in it, etc) Friendly but not sure I would come back.

The place is order at the counter with Puerto Rico flag decor and very limited seating. There are a few art & crafted goods for sale. For food, they offer empanadas, papa rellanos (potato balls), canoa, chicken fingers, fried chicken, fried pork, stewed chicken, steak & onions, macaroni & meat sauce, sandwiches, homemade baked goods, sides, and cold drinks in the cooler. I stopped in at Latin Eats for takeout very recently. I ordered the Macaroni & Meat Sauce ($9.95 plus tax) and 2 Beef Empanadas ($3.25 each plus tax). As I waited, I was also given a complementary Pastelillos de Guayaba, a puff pastry square filled with guava and topped with powdered sugar. My order was all set to go in about 12 minutes. The Macaroni & Meat Sauce was a good portion of soft cooked shells with plenty of ground beef light tomato base sauce. The empanadas were filled with seasoned ground beef in crispy pastry dough shells. The food was very good and I will try the Bistec Encebollado next time.
