I originally placed an order through DoorDash and ended up waiting about an hour and a half. There was so much back-and-forth with the order -- first I was told they were preparing the food, then there was an issue waiting for a driver, and then the driver was apparently there waiting. At that point, DoorDash ended up canceling the order. I honestly can't say for sure how much of that was DoorDash versus Shake Shack, but it was a frustrating experience either way. After that, I decided to place the order again for pickup. When I finally went to pick it up, the food was extremely soggy. My assumption is that it may have been the same sandwich that had been sitting around during the hour-and-a-half wait, but I obviously can't say that for sure. Normally the food here is great and I've had plenty of good experiences at this location, which is why I was so disappointed today. Hopefully this was just a one-off because I usually really enjoy Shake Shack, but today was definitely not their best.

He asked me with each item if I wanted it -- lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, pepperoncini, olives, etc. I asked about the parsley greens and he mentioned they have gluten in them, so he clearly knew his ingredients and was steering me well. But it also caught me off guard -- most restaurants have no idea about gluten and I'm used to having to check everything myself, so there was a mismatch between his obvious knowledge and how rushed I felt trying to keep up and make decisions. Kind of annoyed me, even though I appreciated that he knew what he was talking about. Otherwise people were nice. We took food to go so didn't experience the ambiance but it seemed nice inside.

I'm guessing they removed it to better handle crowds coming through...after all, too many people dining there, lining up, and trying to order food is a classic fire hazard 101 within such a small space. I am glad to have a chance to visit this time around. I've been wanting to try it for the longest time since seeing it on Man vs Food. However, I don't know why but I just wasn't craving a burger in the moment. Maybe if I did order the burger, this would have ended up as a 5-star review based on how most people rave about it. But for now, I'll glad to still say that I'm a true fan. The Haven Dog with celery salt was simple and a quick fixer-upper for anyone slightly hungry in the moment. The steak and cheese sandwich, however, is a loaded mother-f-fer with a LOT of sliced beef atop a TINY bun with some shrooms and peppers. But I call them -the one with tomatoes (I'm not a big fan of tomatoes and one time I made the mistake of choosing this one smh) -the green one (this one is my winner! has flavor but it's not too spicy for me) -the red one (i can't enjoy my bowl with this included. my tongue only focuses on the fact that it's burning) If I'm having a day where I'm really indecisive about what kind of food I want to eat, Chipotle is a pretty default decision, so you can expect me here when people ask me "What do you wanna eat?" and I say "I don't know.... how does Chipotle sound?"

I recently visited YAS Chicken for the first time, and it was an amazing experience! We ordered a variety of dishes including tater tots, fries, chicken tenders, mac and cheese, coleslaw, shrimp pop, Korean dog, and ube ice cream. Everything was incredibly yummy, hot, and fresh. My favorites were the shrimp pop, fries, and tater tots. The service was good as well and there was a bunch of seating when we got there and it was clean. Not only that, he proceeded to hang the phone up in my face when I told him I would be contacting corporate.
