Yared is the best! Let me explain my situation. I had just gotten my car jump started by a friend (on my way to buy a new battery). After getting the car started, I then shut the car door - only to find out that I locked the door with the engine running! Called AAA, they said about a 45-50 min wait but they would put a rush out since the car was running. I barely got off the phone when Yared arrived. So fast! I explained my situation - he unlocked the car, got the car started AND had the battery I needed in his truck! (he has a lot of batteries in his truck). I asked him the price expecting it to be a bit more than a parts shop, it wasn't. His price was the same as the Les Schwab is was on my way to. He installed the battery, checked the electrical system and I was done! He also gave me some good advice- always roll down your window when working on your car. Yared showed up earlier than the AAA dispatch quoted. Which in my circumstance, being early or late did not matter so much to me. But If I were to have real car issues stranded somewhere, I am sure I would have been stupendously grateful. We had a little set back when the car wouldn't start, turns out the key being used was not the ignition key. Yared got another truck to pull my Toyota out of the garage and then onto his flatbed tow truck. All of which happened pretty quickly. That I am grateful for. After that, Yared followed me to my address out in Snohomish County and unloaded the car. He even gave some great advice on how to fix my existing brake issue! Wow. I needed a new battery, and thought I'd try out AAA's battery service (tested, delivered and installed right to you, wherever your car is). I called them up, and they quoted a time frame up to two hours, but minutes later, I got a text from AAA saying that the estimated arrival time had been shortened to fifteen minutes -- And lo and behold, Yared arrived on the scene even earlier than the new estimate! Friendly, efficient, awesome! Less than half an hour after calling AAA, I was sitting pretty: Yared had been dispatched to my house, tested my alternator, swapped out the old (leaky, wrong-sized) battery with a brand new one, made sure it worked, and was on his way! I called Yared after being given his number by a local auto service shop. My battery died exactly as I was leaving town on a business trip. He arrived almost immediately after being called and quickly confirmed my battery was the issue. I had planned on having him jump me so I could get to a shop. He offered to swap the battery on the spot for a very reasonable fee given he was making a house call on an emergency basis. The entire thing took no more than a few minutes and I resumed my road trip with little more than a hiccup. I can't recommend Yared and his services enough. I'd gotten a flat tire on my way into work and called AAA. I got a text about three hours later saying the person would be there at X time, so I went out to my car immediately. However, the roadside service person did not wait for even two minutes. I called AAA again and they rescheduled. This time, however, Yared called to tell me he would be there in 15 minutes and he was. He then fixed the tire super fast and showed me how to do it myself. Yared's is EVERYTHING you want when calling for roadside assistance. Fast, courteous, knowledgeable, reasonably priced and highly professional. I called Yared based on the high ratings I found on Yelp and was not disappointed. Yared arrived 10 minutes after my call, diagnosed the problem, replaced my old battery and was finished within 20 minutes. 30 minutes call to completion. Pretty amazing! If I had a AAA membership I would have received a slightly better price on the battery, however, for such excellent service, it was well worth the extra cost. I never write reviews about anything, but Yared's service is an absolute must. AAA told me to expect to wait 1-2 hours, then 15 minutes later Yared shows up, tests my battery, and installs a new one. The whole transaction probably took about 30 minutes, tops. Not to mention he's super friendly and personable, and just all around provides great service. He even gave me a ride to my street corner! He's a dependable, honest guy. He's also got a lot of experience, so I'm sure he's great at doing all sorts of stuff outside of batteries and jump-starts. One of the quickest response times I've ever had with a tow, and a really pleasant and understanding experience with both Yared and another employee who initially came and tried to jump start my car before I realized it needed to be towed. Yared towed me all the way from Seattle to Olympia and to two different repair shops at night without complaint, and was very receptive to questions I had about my car, which will save me a lot of money in the long run. I thought I needed to have my car towed to a mechanic, but when I called and Yared arrived (in literally 3 minutes), he was honest with me about what needed to be done and spared me a possibly expensive trip. Not only did Yared test my battery and quickly install a new one, he also tested the entire electrical system (for free) and let me see the results first-hand so I knew what was truly wrong with my car. Yared is the BEST! First time EVER that I got into my car and it wouldn't start! I was a little panicked but within 15 minutes of calling AAA Yared came to my rescue. I was greeted with a bright smile and all worry I had was gone. Within 10 minutes I was on my way home. I called AAA for a jump-start and they estimated that help would arrive within an hour. Ten minutes later Yared arrived with a smile on his face and ready to help. Yared got my battery started, performed some tests, got me setup with a new battery since mine was on its last legs, and I was off and running in no time. My car battery died (or so I thought) so I found Yared's number online and called him to ask how much it was to come jump my car and how long it would take him to get to me. The price was very reasonable and he got to me in under 30min. After a quick check under the hood, he determined that it wasn't the battery, but parts of the starter were loose. He tightened those, told me to start the car and it started! He fixed the problem in less than 10 min and was extremely nice. We were in Seattle on vacation and our battery died. Our hotel called triple A and Yared came to the rescue. He got there in less time than promised and once he was there did a great job. We ended up buying a new battery from him even though (and he was honest about this) it would cost about 30 dollars more than us going to an auto parts store ourselves. I hadn't driven my car for a few months, so it was understandable that it was completely on the blink when I tried to start it. I called AAA and they said they'd send someone over. I figured it would take an hour or two, but Yared arrived within 15 minutes on a Monday afternoon. There was a two-step process that needed to be followed for my Porsche and he was quite knowledgeable about it and got me started within 20 minutes. Mr Yared is not an honest person. He misrepresents himself and his intentions to suit his purpose, and will use flattery in order to manipulate others. He is also not respectful of women, and appears to regard them as inferior to himself. Mr Yared is condescending and patronizing in interactions with women to an insulting degree, and becomes aggressive when they disagree with his views. However ingratiating he may appear in order to benefit his business, this is a facade which drops when Mr Yared thinks he is unobserved by a customer. read more

When my battery died, I called AAA and they said the wait would be 2 hours. Yared arrived in less than 20 minutes and provided the most friendly and professional service - even though he was delaying dinner with his family to help me out on a busy night. He did a quick assessment and told me that my battery needed replacing - but instead of trying to up-sell me on one of his products, he suggested I return it to the place of purchase for a replacement under warranty. I was in a Hit & Run accident on September 9, 2017. My AAA dispatcher told me that a tow would get to me within 2 hours, but Yared was at my location within 20 minutes. Not only was he VERY professional, but when I told him of my circumstances, he was VERY consoling and made me feel SO much better about my situation (Karma, right?!) Yared is the man. My battery died in my parking garage downtown and after an AAA call he was there in no time at all. He recommended me to go get it charged at a servicing center, but upon my arrival, I found that the center was closing early for the day. My car was completely dead in the parking lot.
