He offered suggestions and ideas as well. I just wanted simple, low maintenance with rocks, and just enough grass for my dog. Their quote (with a large amount of rocks) was better than a quote with just grass and their sprinkler redo price was almost $1000 cheaper. They also completed the work while it was raining and had leftover grass that they laid in my neighbors yard (aside from the area we fixed bc the pool company destroyed their grass and sprinklers) at no extra charge. My grass never looked terribly patchy, so they must have high standards of what trash will lay and how they lay it. I highly recommend them.

Nick was always prompt as well as very honest when talking through all my options. I used CountryScapes for a new irrigation system, masonry, and landscaping. Roberto did an absolute phenomenal job in the masonry work which was I was most concerned with. My wife was concerned with everything matching the house colors and it did perfectly! They were even able to use the leftover house brick from when our house was built!! They put all new mulch and planted new plants in our front flowerbed which looks great. I also asked them to install new Zoysa sod in front yard due to the challenges that we've had with shade from our big bnb oak trees. The sod looks amazing and have recieved tons of compliments from friends and neighbors. Thank you to CountryScapes for all the stellar work and I will definitely be referring people their way!

It cost almost a thousand dollars for a fairly small area of yard around my patio in Berry Creek in Georgetown. I would not use them again! I am still having issues from not enough water, as irrigation system is very spotty in places. I have four plants in the front we just planted and they are dying in a place where they were supposed to fix those sprinklers, but they did not. So, I will have to get a better company out here. It is too bad, but they also only had one man working, while the other one just walked around. They were supposed to be partners, and I try hard to avoid these types of situations, where they charge for two men, but only one works. You see a lot of this in the Austin Area. But, I had an emergency situation, was short on time and everyone else was booked as it was the busy season. Notice too on their web site, that they do not give out their exact address of business, not good! I have learned there is a reason some companies do not give this out. If there are problems, then they can just ignore your phone calls and are off the hook for anything that goes wrong.

As with most years, the first month of the new mowing season are a little choppy for getting done what has been left on the back burner during winter and Perfection is ready to help get Spring underway. Rain interruptions, schedule conflicts and general last-minute hiccups in getting yard work done in the early spring make for some forced patience but good communications with Corey and his outstanding work ethic (goes for his crew as well) always ends up making me, the customer, right in choosing Perfection Landscape as my regular yard care professionals. While they may have been great in the beginning, their service started lacking and falling. There were times that I would have to go over and mow her yard because Perfection had just been there and it didn't appear they had touched anything. They offer weed-eating, but that wasn't ever done past their first visit. The yard was never 'lined up' or edge. The straw that broke the camel's back was when their mower picked up a rock and it hit the driver's window of my mother's car. No one bothered to tell her about it. Instead she had to find out the following day when leaving for a medical appointment. She replaced the window. When she called Perfection to cancel service, the operative on the phone got hostile with her claiming that the mowers NEVER kick up rocks. That the mowers ALWAYS do a wonderful job. That Perfection REFUSES to accepts responsibility for the broken window, or their crap service. My mother's yard looks impeccable at this very moment... my brother-in-law went and did everything that Perfection was hired to do, and failed.
