Came here yesterday for dine in and I enjoyed my experience with two caveats. I am a fan of yard house and have been to the franchises in Massachusetts, Maryland, and California. I thought the front desk staff were a little standoffish, it was also very silly that they did not allow folks to sit on the bench inside because of social distancing, but had no signs or anything indicating this. What's even worse is that they ushered us to the foyer area where we definitely were not six feet apart. Our waiter was amazing, very attentive and friendly. I think his name was Brandon so definitely a big up to him. Our food was a B plus. The only reason why it wasn't an A was because while eating my leftovers just now, I noticed that there was macaroni in my garlic noodle. They must have boiled the two together and not have separated them properly. It was quite a few as well. I wonder if this is an issue with the Darden franchise because at another franchise I had additions in my food as well. I will still come back but I do hope they can get some of their social distancing / Covid restrictions in order and make sure it was safe for everyone, and hope that I don't have any unwanted items in my food read more

I love this place. Very eclectic menu. Huge menu of beers with tons of locals...try them. My favorite dish of all time there is the lobster garlic noodles. Huge portion that can be shared or have leftovers and they aren't stingy on the seafood. This time I got the Baja shrimp tacos and their new chicken taco. Also very good. My daughter had the kids fish sticks with French fries. Fish sticks are huge and good. The fries tho I'm not a fan of because they almost seem frozen. My server Sam. The sweetest. So attentive and kind and patient. Hands down the best server I've had all the times I've come there. Oh and if you order to go, they are pretty fast. But I've had moments the quality wasn't up to par. read more

at this day and age how can prope still not care about food allergies? so after attending this restaurant for a birthday party dinner anticipating all the food listed it turn out that these food are cross contaminated and customer service was so tacky and didn't see it fit to come to our table to explain after stating there's a food allergy to shell food the waiter went ahead and still placed the order knowingly there's a allergy towards shell food this restaurant is something else... Ambiance was messy food was wet from previous party and the waiters were just wondering around read more

First time here. Service or should I say lack of service, not once did our waiter stopped by to see if we needed anything. We had to hunt her down for ranch and waited a long long time for a box to go. Food was horrible, they cooked the chips and wings in old oil. Everything was super greasy. I ordered the tortilla soup which was not tortilla soup but green chili cheese soup or something. Super greasy and made me sick. I got to my hotel stomach sick. I definitely do not recommend it. Expensive, lack of service and greasy food. read more

This is a restaurant I frequent a lot. That's because the food is really good. Their appetizers and entrees are so amazing, I've rarely had a bad experience here after going so many times. There's also a ton of drink options to choose from. read more

Food is just so-so. You need to be extremely patient for the food even the restaurant is almost empty.

Went to the mall after work with my partner to get something and decided to take a bite, so we picked Yard House 'cause I had never been here before... It was right after Happy Hour ended, too bad. But the place was still SUPER CROWDED. I ordered the *BBQ BACON CHEDDAR BURGER**, and *SUNSET SANGRIA* for drink. I have no complaints about the food or drink. My burger was perfectly cooked. Meat was juicy but perfectly cooked at the same time. The burger's flavor was delicious and since I am a loyal fan of Bacon, that made it even more perfect(!!!). My drink was also very delicious and strong enough to forget about the daily stress we face at work. It was citrusy* but sweet enough at the same time. Our server, which name I cannot recall, was very busy and took a little bit of time to get to us for everything. Took her time to take the order, to bring the drinks, the food and then the tab. That is the reason why I only rated with 4 Stars. I understand it was not the waitress' fault but have to address this business should be better prepared for crowds since they know how crowded it gets. Despite the fact that it was super crowded and that delayed our waitress, I definitely want to come back another time to enjoy the Happy Hour. read more

Great place for everyone to enjoy. This is the wife and I go to when entertaining out of town family.

Excellent food and service. I personally don't drink but they have such a large variety of beers. Wow. Amazing!

This is a very nice place to go if you want to get away from the everyday and you live in the 5 boroughs. I went here with a friend for some light fare and a few drinks. Turned out to be some of the best tacos I've every had. Well seasoned and without all of the "extra stuff" the foodhit the spot. I Ordered a taco combo which came with a choice of rice or potatoes I believe. All I know is that I made the right choice. . Had a margarita to add and it kicked in quickly. I definitely didn't need a another one. Definitely a place to go if you want some good food without all the hoopla attached. They have a craft beer selection that I didn't have the pleasure of sampling any but I will on my next visit. The waitress was extremely cool and she smiled a lot :) Its very important to smile.. now more than ever! read more

If you want a bowl of scallions or to inflict punishment on someone who's lost a bet, get the steak bowl and ask specifically for no red onions. They will make sure you get them in green, even though it's not listed on the menu lol and make sure you have plenty of gum/mints. Easily the nastiest mouthful of anything I've ever had in Yonkers read more

Yard House - SCALLION BOWL aka steak bowl - New American Near Me - Yonkers, New York

Profoundly loud, long delays for food, seldom checked on by waitstaff, cold food. The pork egg rolls were dental floss thin, and a little anemic in the flavor department, but were nicely propped up by the sauces-- one a spicy mustardy type and the other a sweet blend with chili flakes. I got the seafood pasta, with shrimp and lobster. The shrimp were cold and less than noteworthy. The chunks of lobster were a nice touch. The size of the claw flesh was rather small-- perhaps the result of a home aquarium pet pilferage. The said, tasted almost good and ravioli came in a nice velvety cream base, which was appreciated. Inside the ravioli--which were perfectly cooked--was anyone's guess. I couldn't tell, but my hope is that it was somewhat fresh...but only time will tell. The nachos were a bright note, handsomely sized, worthily appointed with chicken, a hefty serving of sour cream and guacamole and generously cheesed. Again, not so hot upon arrival. Was with a friend I hadn't seen in a while, so was in magnanimous spirit, and rounded way up to three stars. read more

Ordered takeout, will never order here again. Chicken nachos was awful, not very presentable. Orange chicken I ordered felt like it was microwaved. Dry and inedible. Worst orange chicken I ever had! Sweet potato fries were soggy. Very disappointed with this place! read more

Chris the manager was totally dismissive of my order mishap! I ordered a steak medium rare. The first time it came back well done, the second time medium. When I showed Kris the manager he quickly took my steak and came back cut open more to show me what I now saw as medium and not medium rare. I asked if they could just give me the sake and let me leave since I've already been here for an hour waiting on food and my party is done, and he told me no they could not just give me free food. So I in fact ended up taking the steak back because there's nothing else open where I can eat. Charlie and Santos were amazing and very helpful while Chris made me feel like I was just trying to get freebies. I've never felt so embarrassed in my life and I will not return for that matter. I was out on a date and I was in the mood for a nice steak and decided to give Yard House a second try. I came here a few years back and I was not pleased with the experience at all but I was in the Ridge hill mall and some thing was smelling really good and my nose pointed me straight to Yard house. I ordered the 20 ounce bone in ribeye which came with mashed potatoes and broccoli. When my steak came out it smelled amazing cooked to medium perfection the broccoli was chard as if they threw it on the grill and the mashed potatoes were very tasty. I enjoyed my meal and watched a mixture of things as they had many different sporting events playing on the TVs. I really enjoyed my time here and I would definitely come back the food was amazing and the staff was really cool and helpful it was a great experience Which definitely made up for my not so good time when I first time coming here years ago. read more

Came here for a birthday dinner in July once restaurants started opening up due to Covid. Social distancing was upheld. Servers in mask and at a distance. Food was decent (too sweet glaze on everything) but I think they got rid of the bbq chicken salad which was my favorite. Drinks were good as well. Had a mango mojito and really liked that. read more

I live in the Ridge Hill, Yonkers area. I came here after an extensive work out at LA fitness and decided I wanted some high-protein meal, so I ordered the steak bowl. The steak came medium rare as expected. The veggies that came with it were on point! They were crunchy and delicious. It was actually crowded here tonight too, and it wasn't even that late it was more so after 5:30 PM and the service was quick. The waitress was nice, and out of all of the locations that I've gone to, this one is probably my favorite location. read more

I struggled between 3 and 4 stars. Their beer selection and freshness deserves the 4 stars, the food, good but regular bar quality, is a 3 for me. Over the years I have tried a variety of beers there, and enjoyed them all. My friend needs gluten free, and they had it! In a bottle, but they had it and he enjoyed it. We had the normal burger, chicken and fries, all good, by the way. Over 100 beers to choose from! Place is rather noisy and crowed (we went to the one in Ridge Hill in Yonkers, NY), so we try to go off hours. Enjoy beer lovers! read more

The chicken sandwich with the sweet potato pancakes is a must! Bartenders were on point with the service.

This place is an absolute GOLD MINE. The ambiance, food and company were on point. In my group there was a total of 14 people and not one person had anything to complain about. The only bump in the road was that one of the few steak that came out was well done instead of medium rare. They were quick to get a new steak on the grill and brought it out in descent time. We had Poke Nachos, fried Mac n cheese, onion ring tower for starters. In addition, boneless wings, pepper crusted filet steak, rib eye, caprese chicken which is a little spicy and a side of Cesar salad. Man this was good. Low lighting and very big place. Great beer selection over 100 to choose from. BTW, the selection of food was amazing. Asian, american you will find something to enjoy. Always a great time when I visit the Yard House. I remember when they first opened...huge craft selection! Although it has been trimmed down over time, they maintain the quality selection. Great food and service. Nice place to catch the games during football season. Food is AMAZING here!!! Friendly service and food options are amazing. Comfortable atmosphere and great service. No complaints, you can count on the Yard Hose for a good meal and a nice night out. I had the Sesame Noodles which were a big portion, enough for me to take home some for lunch the next day. Loved the vegan options and our waitress Carmen was FANTASTIC! between the drinks, the food, and the overall vibe- I couldn't ask for more! Makes you feel like you aren't in the mall when you're there, which is a nice little respite from all the crowds. Always a great place to visit. Good food with a large bar and spacious table seating. So many great drink options. read more

After a long drive, my friend and I had a taste for some delicious burgers for dinner. I tried Yard House in Indianapolis and I was dissapointed, so I thought I give a try again, maybe my opinion would change. I wish I could provide more stars, but once again I was not impressed with the quality and taste of the food. The atmosphere was great, the wait wasn't long, but the waiter was missing half the time. I had to grab the attention of other waiters to get our waiter. Even though it was dinner time, I shouldn't have to continue to wave down other waiters to get service. I order a side salad, bbq bacon cheddar burger, fries, and a strawberry lemonade. The side salad was bland, the burger was extremely dry, but the Strawberry Lemonade was sooo GOOD!! I wish I could offer more stars for this place, but unfortunately, the second time around didn't satisfy. read more

Simple bar food, great for a casual night. Very reasonable priced. Service was pleasant and fast

Gone way down hill. Was a great spot precovid, but now the food tastes like a bad chilli's or something. No thanks

We ordered takeout from here for lunch because we were so impressed by the variety and innovation of dishes offered on the menu, though the actual food unfortunately didn't quite meet our expectations. We got the spicy jambalaya with linguine, the lobster garlic noodles, and a side of parmesan truffle fries to share. The jambalaya was pretty flavorful and I especially enjoyed the chunks of andouille sausage, but the actual pieces of crawfish weren't exactly incorporated into the dish and looked (and tasted) more like a garnish/afterthought. The lobster noodles tasted a bit bland and the noodles had a kind of congealed texture, which we weren't big fans of. We also thought our fries looked a bit lonely in the rather large container they came in (the picture was taken before we started eating)...guess they were feeling stingier than usual while packing our appetizer:/ However, the lady that we picked up our order from was very kind! read more

Last night I ordered for dinner some wings and a pretzel from Yard House. Used to love going here but for some reason fell off my list of places. The pretzel was huge and delicious. Last time I ate here I did take out, and when I found myself in the area again and needed dinner. This time around I dined in the restaurant. The host and our server was super friendly! I had customized my order and when I began eating I thought there may have been something on my sandwich I couldn't eat. Upon notifying my waitress she immediately brought my food back to the kitchen as she agreed the order looked incorrect. (Come to find out the lighting made it appear wrong but in actuality it was fine) With that said the kitchen still remade my food - the fact that the waitress showed concern and made sure I was getting what I had ordered was so appreciated! I also love places that have onion ring appetizers so I had to try it while I was here and was not disappointed! I was shocked how many onion rings you revived. I was so accustomed to another place by me at home that gives you a tower of thicker cut rings compared to Yard House's thinner cut stack - I would've realized this had I gone back to Yelp reviews prior to this visit. Would not hesitate to return to this location when my travels bring me to the area! read more

The staff here is the best!!! Not only did we have a wonderful meal but one of the hostesses helped me find my ring when it slipped off my finger into the garbage can in the ladies room after I washed my hands. Came for lunch after Rockin' Jump with the family. I wasn't expecting much of the place. But have to say, it is a great place for family with kids and groups. The food was so good that we forgot to take any pictures. The kids had the chicken tenders and BBQ chicken with fries. They loved the crispy chicken, but weren't too much of a fan of the bbq chicken. We also had the Korean style gardein chicken wings, fried hot chicken sandwich and the cheese pizza from the lunch selection. The chicken wings were extremely crispy and spicy but careful if you can't handle spice. The chicken in the sandwich was also very crispy and went well with the coleslaw. The 8" pizza was as expected and came with a side of choice. I asked for the chicken tortilla soup, which was surprising better than I expected. This has to be the first time I asked for another order of a side. We loved the creamy texture and taste of the chicken tortilla soup so much, that we got it to go along with the Korean style gardein wings. Aside from the food, the atmosphere and service were great. We were shown to a booth in the back. The lighting of the entire restaurant is pretty dim but in a good way. It felt like we weren't bothering anyone, even though the kids were pretty loud at times. Also despite a window right behind us, we didn't even notice that it had rained until we came outside. Our server was very nice and considerate. Only downside would be that it took a while to get our food. So don't be surprised if you are still waiting after 20 minutes. It wasn't very busy when we came in, but it did take a while to get our food. This would have made me give a poor review, but the food was so exceptional that I can not possibly give a rating less that a 5. read more
