Blue and bacon burger

I'm personally a big fan of Yard House! I've been to many locations all throughout the United States, and one thing I can say is that the food and overall experience are consistently good across locations. I got the cheeseburger this time and it was delicious! It was cooked perfectly and had great flavor. I also really liked their fries. I'm usually not a fan of super thin-cut fries because they tend to get cold so quickly, but these were a little thicker cut and still really tasty. Their spinach artichoke dip is also really great, in my opinion. And if you happen to go during happy hour, they have some good options. The ambience is cool and low-key, making it a great spot to hang out, especially if you're looking to watch some sports. They also have a huge variety of beers on tap, so there's definitely something for everyone!

Great place! Large spot, lots of seating. The tables are huge lol. We just got the classic pepperoni pizza and it was great ! It was on the thinner side. But tasted great. Feeds two, I would say. The waitress was super nice and attentive! Lots of food options. Yum yum!

What a fun evening to celebrate another Dodger win! Our server was amazing! Considering it was Happy Hours, we scored too. Sliders were good. Calamari were a little too overcooked. Nachos and garlic noodles were just right. However, our dessert was DELICIOUS & our server was AMAZINGLY cool

Yard House is one of my go-to spots at the Irvine Spectrum when I'm meeting up with a group. It has a fun, lively atmosphere, a huge drink selection, and the prices are pretty reasonable for the area. Cocktails are usually around $13, the portions are generous, and the food has always been solid. If you can make it during happy hour, even better--the half-price appetizers are a great deal and several are large enough to feel like a full meal. Another thing I really appreciate is how easy they make it to split the bill. Using the tablet at the table, each person can select exactly which items they want to pay for and check out individually. No awkward math or trying to divide one giant check. Between that convenience, the good value, and the lively Irvine Spectrum location, it's a great option for drinks, dinner, or a casual night out with friends.

Came here to Yard House in the Spectrum for Father's Day. The place was totally packed for the World Cup. Energy was crazy. Still got seated instantly in a comfy booth. Elite service. Figured it's the absolute best spot for an ice-cold brew and some quick snacks. Love that. We just ordered a few apps before bouncing. The poke nachos were good. Fish quality could be a tiny bit better, but stil solid. Got some wings too. Half Korean chili, half BBQ. That BBQ had a perfect little kick to it! Good food, good people, perfect vibe.

After a fun morning and afternoon watching professional pickleball at Lifetime in San Clemente, my eldest daughter and I went to Irvine Spectrum for dinner at Yard House (YH). We had a couple Darden gift cards to use up so here we are for the dine-in experience. Parking was a bit challenging as everyone wanted to be at Irvine Spectrum at the same time as us, but we got lucky to snatch a spot. Thank you! YH was nearby so it was less than a few minutes walk from parking to restaurant. We were greeted with a smile upon entry. They were pretty busy, but we got lucky to be seated right away. Thank you again! Nolan, Claire, and Jeff (our servers) were super friendly and amazing in their presence and service. They got our foods and drinks to us timely and checked up on us from time to time. Thank you all for the exceptional service from beginning to end! Now for the food... My 3 mix & match tacos with spicy rice and pinto beans did not impress unfortunately. Cumin Chili Shrimp was tasty, but it lacked substance... it needed more veggies or something. Beer-Battered Fish was the best taco out of the 3 even though I didn't care for the sriracha aioli as it had a strong flavor that I can't describe... huge fish filet though. Vampire Carnitas had flavorful pork, but its exterior was fried with cheese or something that made it a salty taco. Rice is labeled spicy, but it's not spicy at all... pretty bland. Pinto beans were okay... nothing special. Hence, 4 stars! My daugther got the Whisky Glazed Salmon with tomato bisque as an add-on. WOW, black pepper glazed salmon was out of this world delicious! Parmesan mashed potatoes were delightfully smooth. Roasted carrots and baby broccoli were tenderly sweet. Tomato bisque was perfectly seasoned. Highly recommend plate and add-on! I should have gotten an order of this salmon plate instead of the tacos. Next time I know better. I couldn't help myself and order more food... - Truffled Mushroom Pizza was nicely done. Love the truffle flavor and aromatic mushrooms. Very tasty and would get again. - Onion Ring Tower fell short unfortunately with its flat and non-crispy batter. It came with two different dips... light ranch and honey mustard I think. Tower presentation was impressive though... it gets an A+ for appeal! I'll pass on this next time though. - Sweet Potato Fries were pretty standard. Nothing too exciting. It came with a dark honey dip which was different. Now for the drink... Picante Margarita virgin style was refreshingly delightful. If I wasn't driving, I would get it with the liquor (calirosa rosa blanco, orange liqueur, citrus agave, cayenne syrup, tajin rim). Will get again hopefully with the liquor next time! =) We're not frequent customers of YH, but now we've tasted their foods and drinks... we will indeed return for more deliciousness... salmon plate, pizza, and margarita here we come. Thanks YH! See you again soon!

A bunch of yummy food off the happy hour menu

I haven't been here in a minute. Before a movie we stopped by and noticed happy hour was still happening. We got a small pizza, hummus plate, and a few other items. Prices were insane, the entire bill was like $50 which also included a few drinks. Service was great, the place is always busy with music and sports on every tv. Would for sure come back!

Chicken Lettuce Wraps

We came on a Saturday afternoon for lunch/dinner. To start, the wait wasn't that bad which was nice! I think we waited 15-20 minutes. It was quick for a Saturday :) Food- Great! We all ordered very different things (beer, cocktails, pancakes, chicken wraps, fries, salads, poke, burger, ice cream sundae) and all were great :) Service- Our waiter and waitress were really sweet and helpful. There were a few shift changes so some orders got lost in translation and we had to ask a few times about food that we ordered. A few of our items were forgotten about but we eventually got them :) All of the staff was great, but I think some things got a little lost among the business of a Saturday, which I think was also prom night as we saw some parties dressed up! Inside was huge! Tonsssssss of seating and tables. Nicely decorated and clean. I would definitely come back :)

Megan S.

We went in as a group of 8, and surprisingly they had no wait on a Saturday night which was really good. I got the truffle cheese burger and it was tasty. I do think yard house is over priced when you don't go during their happy hour. Next time I would only go during happy hour and get the poke nachos.

Cheeseburger Sliders

A fun sports bar with great happy hour deals at Irvine Spectrum. There is a parking structure nearby, but you would still need to cross a small street to get to the restaurant. They have mostly indoor seating with a small outdoor patio. Service interactions are minimal because all of the tables have little screens that you can place your order and pay on. The only items that you can't order from there are the alcoholic beverages. The food comes out very quickly. My favorite thing to order (especially during happy hour) are the poke nachos. The fish is of decent quality and pairs well with the rest of the ingredients. The portion sizes are decent and the flavor is good. Some of the items fall on the more oily side, but it's still a fun place to eat.

BBQ Chicken Salad
Jocelyn Y.

Servers super friendly. Portions were large. Great spot to watch the game. Bbq chicken salad - super good! crispy onions, yum chicken, just maybe a bit too much dressing 10 crispy wings - these were ok. I feel like the chicken was sorta hard. this dish brings my rating down. Poke nachos - good! the chips themselves were fried nicely as well. i think chicken nachos would have given a huge portion. I would rate this place 4.5. Would come again!

Nasty floor under our booth. Nobody here cleans up after each guest. Onion rings and french fries and trash. Oh my.
Evonne G.

I am usually a huge fan of Yard House but this experience was a major disappointment. First, the restaurant was filthy. As we walked to our booth, I could see the nasty food and trash leftover from all the patrons underneath the tables. I couldn't believe what the floor underneath our booth looked like. I took a picture as proof. So gross!!! So that was a bad start. Then we found out they were our of lemonade. Sorry kids! I ordered a beer that didn't arrive until after we finished our appetizers. Every time I reminded my server, she would assure me she was getting it then I'd watch her get lost in the kitchen. It was just terrible . Very disappointing.

The question is what can I get the beyond sausage on that's vegan? Aynone got any ideas? Otherwise I'm getting the same thing again.

You can also get the house turkey burger or beyond burger. You also may just get the same thing again.

I noticed they have a huge vegan menu, but how do I know if their house brew beer is vegan? Do they use fish bladder to filter their beer?

Sup? I'm ready?

Love the food is delicious

My most recent visit was for my birthday dinner with a friend, and we absolutely enjoyed our time at this restaurant. Appetizers: we got the chicken empanadas and shrimp empanadas & both were good. The chicken empanadas are always my favorite--they are so good and the habanero ketchup is really tasty. I get it every single time I go there. For the entrées, we tried the rum pepper shrimp, and my friend had the plantain crusted chicken. Both really good and we enjoyed our meals. For the drinks, we got the piña coladas, and another rum drink & both were really good! Our server was kind enough to put my small cake that I brought to dinner in the fridge & bring it out for us when it was time for dessert. I would absolutely go back again for dinner or even just for drinks. The ambience is gorgeous & feels very romantic. This place is perfect for (solo) dates and large parties alike. I really love sitting in their booths. They also offer mini complimentary glasses of champagne when you check in. Overall, 10/10 every time!

Really neat interior design and the exterior patio for seating is amazing when they turn on their lights. We sat in one of the booths, which was comfortable. Overall, I would say that service was only OK. there wasn't an extreme amount of attentiveness during our dining experience. but I think the food made up in that lacked area. We ordered one of the appetizers, which was fried calamari shrimp, and supposed to have fried peppers, but there were no fried peppers in it, so that was a little bit of a bummer. For the main course, I got the roasted chicken, which was absolutely delicious. Well cooked chicken, moist and juicy, and very crisp, crunchy skin, overall really good flavor. The buttered rice was pretty good, and the beans were pretty good too. The plantains maybe could've used a touch of salt, but besides that everything was really good. We were too full for dessert, so we didn't get anything on this trip I'm glad we came because it was really good. Far exceeded my expectation on the overall flavor. I will definitely be back to try other dishes and definitely recommend to other diners wanting to eat in some place delicious.

Definitely make a reservation here! I believe there are only like 4 booths!…read moreWe were able to secure a booth because someone missed their reservation. You will have to go through the main tikibar (Stowaway) and walk to a side door in the back. The theme is along the lines of Pinocchio. After you enter the side door, you will be transported and see a story book. You will walk through a whale's mouth to get to your booth. There is so much to look at all around so take your time admiring the decor while you drink. The tiki drinks are different from Stowaway and are delicious! It's definitely more intimate so you can talk to the bartenders. Though since it's all booths, you won't really see them make the drinks. You actually enter through the mouth of a whale, which immediately sets the tone. The decor and theming are really well done, with plenty of unique details that make the space feel immersive. The atmosphere is more intimate and private compared to the main tiki bar, which makes it a nice change of pace. The food menu is limited, but what we tried was good. The drinks were definitely the highlight. I had the Farewell Jimmy, Smoke the Monster Out, and Geppetto's Last Words--all three were great. Smooth, tropical, flavorful, and definitely potent. Service was okay, but nothing particularly stood out. Overall, The Belly of the Beast is a cool place to check out if you enjoy themed bars and unique experiences. For me, it's probably more of a one-time experience rather than somewhere I'd regularly return to. Still, the creativity, decor, and cocktails make it worth experiencing at least once.

This place is located inside a gorgeous shopping center in Irvine…read more It's located inside, Bacchus Bar and Bistro. Which, was extremely crowded. They have tons of parking in this shopping center. They share it with TONS of other places. One of my BFFs saw this on an Instagram video and wanted to check it out. *They do take reservations When we came in we checked in with one of the waitresses. She said she would seat us in a minute. To be honest, she did forget about us. A waiter walked up to us and asked us what was going on (we were standing there for around 7 - 10 minutes) and we told him we had a reservation for the speakeasy. He immediately apologized and sat us. This camp themed speakeasy has a couple booths. It's on the smaller sides. Which, speakeasy's are usually small to begin with. I did not get the waitresses name, my friend and I were busy catching up. The waitress was nice, but not attentive. I will say service was a 2/5. However, the actual restaurant, cozy pine is located in, was packed because of the World Cup being on TV. So I definitely was not going to complain The food Our food order did come out extremely FAST. Faster than our drink orders. -the campfire guacamole -BBQ shoestring fries (had bbq seasoning all over them so it tasted like a BBQ potato chip) -Glamping plate (charcuterie board) -steak tacos (one without onion and cilantro -churro affogato Again, the food was VERY fast!! And to be honest it wasn't that bad. I'll say, speakeasy's usually shine in the drink department vs food. Drinks -Lycheed and Loaded Ketel One, lychee liqueur, lemon, elderflower. We ordered from the menu: Bug Juice, Devils Postpile and non alcoholic Black Cherry Bomb. The wait for the drinks was around 15-20mins and were prepared by what we believed was the same bar for the restaurant outside. The only difference was the drinks were made themed for the speakeasy.
