This was my second trivia night here and it keeps getting better every time. Huge shout-out to Bryce the Barman, he truly stands out. Bryce is incredibly attentive, friendly, and welcoming, remembers faces, checks in at the right moments and keeps the energy upbeat without ever being overbearing. He's the kind of bartender that makes you want to come back because you feel taken care of and appreciated. Jo was also great and added to the warm, inviting atmosphere, but Bryce really anchors the experience behind the bar. The crowd during trivia is always fun and lively, which makes the night fly by. The burger was excellent juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right and the menu is moderately priced, especially considering the quality. Overall, it's a fantastic neighborhood spot with great service, good food, and a welcoming vibe. Bryce alone is worth the visit, and I'll definitely be back again. read more

Such a gem and go-to restaurant in the area! The view is amazing. Food is fantastic. Drinks are lovely. Service is excellent. We sat outdoors and got to enjoy the wonderful temperature and view. We were a big group and we got to try out a variety of appetizers and entrees.. For starters we got the nachos, calamari, and bread. The steaks were perfectly grilled! On a day off from work, or even after work, I try to hangout at a bar or restaurant. Then one day which was two weeks ago, I've decided to go out of the area to hang out and have a drink at a place called Our Place. Located in Lake Forest (Orange County). It's a OC version of Cheers. Except, Sam Malone doesn't even work here, and Norm Peterson doesn't even come here for drink. LOL. I came here 2 Fridays ago to some drink. When I came inside, I saw there's a live band playing which is happening on Fridays and Saturdays. It was packed last night. I had myself a jack and coke, and enjoy some great music. The guy who made my drink that night is the owner I think. Great guy. Then last week (Wednesday), I came here again for food and drink. I got a Tater Kegs and their special which was Chicken Alfredo fettuccini (I think it what it was). Food was soooo tasty. Not too bad at all. Oh, and I got my jack and coke. Service was super friendly. Very cool people to talk to. I just need to know everyone their name. Overall, this is a great bar to go to. And if you go here long enough, everyone will know your name. 5 stars. read more

This is the best damn bar in OC. The food has no right being as good as it is. You'd expect bar food to be passable but it's legit delicious. The bartenders are super nice and always attentive. They have good vibes at the spot and a nice big outside patio area. Clean bathrooms and they have really good house music Tuesday's. read more

Super small inside and they unfortunately allow all the inside tables (literally less than 10) be reserved so when we popped into grab some food and drinks most of the tables were empty but had reserved labels on them (not a special event either) . Surprised with such a small venue they would allow people to hold tables. Won't try again. read more

Me and my wife and friend enjoyed the steak tips sandwich (but only order it w just steak , no soggy fixins !) and fried fish and outstanding steak fries White wine and margaritas very satisfying , as well Server is a one - woman band but I think our place needs one more server to handle a big crowd ! Literally the most fun and comforting divey bar Ive ever been in!! The staff here (Kat, Joe, Brandi, Cliff, everyone) is amazing and John and Cobra Karaoke is on another level. Went here to see Sugarmill Slim and grabbed a bite beforehand. The food was actually really good! (Ya never really know what you're gonna get at some venues) I was so pleasantly surprised! The service was absolutely amazing - she was so fantastic, just nice and attentive but not hovering. I NEVER had to ask for anything, she was right there at the perfect time! The vibe of the place was welcoming and you could tell they it didn't matter your age or music genre you prefer, it just felt good and like home. We'll be back for sure! read more

My DH wanted to come here for a trivia night. We met up with some friends and had a great time answering questions and filling up on bar food. My DH and I ate ahead of time so we weren't particularly hungry. We opted for the loaded tots and some waters while we played the trivia. Our friends ordered the mac & cheese along with the fish & chips. We placed atrociously last in trivia but apparently last place also got to take weird blue shots with the trivia master. It makes sense to most everyone in there (yes, we are all friendly) that more than one bartender & more than one waitress would be a good business decision. Well, crazy to say this in 2024, but my black girlfriend and I were just denied service in this bar while charging our EV truck because we "looked weird." Literally the only difference between us and the other 5 patrons in the bar was that the color of our skin was dark. There was no explanation, and she proceeds to ask us to leave before we could even sit down. We're from Anaheim, and we have never experienced such blatant racism from a bartender like this at any establishment. We will never be returning and we suggest you stay as far away from the racist blonde bartender here as you can get. -1 star for racism read more
