    Emily... server extraordinaire!
    Lizz H.

First visit! We enjoyed a relaxing few hours on the patio the Friday afternoon before Mother's Day. The weather was perfect and the food was great. It was relatively quiet in terms of people so that was super nice! Because we entered through a gate directly onto the patio, we did not experience the inside vibe at all. The patio looks out ovee a public area with ping pong tables and lots of grass. Families, especially the little ones, were out in full force enjoying it all. I was only hit once by a plastic ping pong ball during our visit. Just kidding.:) Actually it was fun watching all the comings and goings of all the happy peeps. So 100-plus draft beers is one of the features and passions of the Yard House according to the bio... along with an array of delicious sounding craft cocktails from which to choose. A minimal wine list unfortunately. Nothing to write home about. I found a Sonoma County, Chalk Hill Chardonnay which was satisfactory. I would probably go for the cocktail next time. I was most impressed with the customer service. The hostess who seated us was nice and welcoming. So a great big shout out to Cate! She just set the tone for a great time. Our wait person, Emily, also went above and beyond to make sure all our questions were answered about food and drinks. She honored our request to change the bread type on our order of the Stacked Turkey Club. That was definitely appreciated. (And by the way, the club sandwich was soooo good and fresh!) She and one other server (Alex) were working diligently on the patio tending to everyone's needs and doing a fantastic job. Located in the beautiful Folsom, Pallido Shopping Center... parking can be tricky. The covered parking garage is the way to go. So for me it is a yes! Based on the food quality, customer service, and ambiance, I will definitely come back and check out everything else the Yard House has to offer. And there is definitely a lot. Happy hour menu looks pretty enticing. Cheers!

We were seated right away @ a high top table. Bar was right there so we got 2 watch drinks get made: entertainment!!! We ordered iced teas & the tea was freshly brewed!!! We ordered the spinach dip-YUM!!! One of my favorites!!! And this time, we tried the calamari: my 1st bite was piping hot & I dipped it in a warm spicy tomato sauce-OMG!!! Soooo good!!! The calamari had 2 dipping sauces, the other 1 being a jalapeño tartar sauce. Savanah was our waitress & she had a great smile & was friendly!!! Great service, Savanah!!!

I really like the atmosphere of this restaurant; it's right in town, while the other Yard House is all the way in Roseville and is much larger. I love the outdoor area, even though the music was a little loud--it had a fun vibe! I always order the poke nachos; they're consistently good. The service was good and fairly quick for it being a FIFA soccer night. I wish it wasn't as noisy and echoey inside, and that the outdoor music wasn't blasting with rock tunes. This is a great spot for groups of friends with kids because you can play right next to the restaurant and have space to run if parents take turns! For a hot day, the umbrellas and location kept us from the sun. I'd definitely recommend visiting and trying out their new spot! parking is not the easiest in the Palladio so plan to walk, wait for a spot or park over by Nordstrom Rack!

Had a great meal with great service! We got the Shiitake garlic noodles as an appetizer, but the size was more like entree. The tacos were delicious; the vampire carnitas taco was unexpectedly delightful, and the beer-battered fish taco was wonderfully crunchy balanced well with the slaw and guac. The filet was cooked perfectly; a cut off the edge showed a perfectly reddish pink. The interior has plenty of TV monitors showing a variety of sports. They also have a view of the central plaza which will be lit up and spirited come holiday season, so a seat in their patio section will still be part of the festivities. The service was excellent as the training of staff has been very detailed. I loved that our waitress checked in on us immediately after our food came out allowing the opportunity for corrections or additions. We look forward to new and adventurous beers in the future!

Joan and Sean were both Delightful. This yard house seems a bit Smaller than the rest but it was a packed house on Friday afternoon. The food was hot and fresh, service was awesome and love The online waitlist. They are still new so drinks might come a bit slower as they seem to be going their routine down. Overall We had good experience here.

Excellent service on a busy Friday night! Went to the bar first and grabbed some beers as it was still Happy hour! Got seated fairly quickly on the patio! Wait staff Bella was excellent!! Food was excellent! Will definitely be back especially with the great Happy prices and portions!! Thanks Cassie also for checking in to make sure all was great!!

Stopped by for happy hour and really enjoyed it. We got the chicken lettuce wraps, pizza, calamari, and couple beer, and everything hit the spot. Service was friendly, the vibe was good, and they have a great happy hour selection for both food and drinks. Definitely a nice place to hang out.

This lobster garlic noodle looks nothing like the one the owners posted. This has barely 2 pieces of lobster.

I stopped by the Yard House today specifically because I saw a photo posted by the business owner of the lobster garlic noodles, and it looked incredible, loaded with lobster and very appealing. I sat at the bar, had great service, and the cocktails were excellent. When the lobster garlic noodles arrived, the flavor itself was actually delicious. However, the dish looked nothing like the photo that drew me in. Mine had maybe two pieces of lobster and probably less than 40% of what was shown in the advertised picture. It honestly felt very misleading and disappointing considering the expectation set by the restaurant's own photos. Great atmosphere, drinks, and service, but the presentation and portion of the lobster in the actual dish did not match what was advertised.

The only reason for yard house is the lobster garlic noodles! Can you say yum one of my favs dishes at the yard house. Ambience love it, fav dish love it def worth the try

Mohammed and the server in training (didn't catch her name sorry!!) were great. I've been to other locations before but they offered great insight on the menu options. We ordered the poke nachos, cali roll stack and 2 lavender drops. My friend wasn't a huge fan of the drink and Mohammed offered to get it taken off the check and swapped her drink out, thank you! The poke nachos are my favorite item here and their happy hour menu is a great deal. This location is a bit smaller and minimal compared to DOCO and Roseville but I'm glad we have one out in Folsom now.

I came here to try their happy hour menu, which happens Monday-Friday 3-6pm. Selected appetizers are half off, including $2 off draft beer, wine, spirit, and cocktails. I ordered the poke nachos and the chicken tenders. My bill came out to $18 for both items. This is a great deal as the portions are huge. I liked the poke nachos a lot, all the flavor and ingredients do well together. The only thing I would nitpick about it is that it doesn't look exactly like the picture where there is more tuna, but then again, it is happy hour so I can't complain. It is still a great deal. The chicken tenders came with A LOT of tenders, however, it was a little bit dry and bland for my liking. My server was Hudson, and he was very nice and attentive, especially since I was only dining in for one person. I will come back again to try their other items.

had the pleasure of coming in here I was a little worried since mostly every yard house I've been into especially in the doco had been ran down and the food is nasty.. I was in the area so I decided to give it a try very clean as it's very new. Nice ambience. I had the pleasure of having Gigi my server. She was absolutely amazing and helped me decide what I wanted to eat. I will say the spinach dip was a little too milky for my. Liking but I do hope that this place stays clean and doesn't eventually turn into a spot where no one wants to go. My son had a steak and fries which is a new addition to the kids menu. He absolutely loved it..! Gigi did an amazing job although I think that she was the only server for a while and had a lot of tables. I do think that I will return maybe to have a cocktails at a later date.

Cocktails are $2 off for happy hour 3-6pm M-F

A new place. We love their happy hour prices. Lines are long. They're still learning. Our table had quite an issue with using a coupon & splitting a check. I was overcharged $15 on my bill. Managers and staff are great. Patio is nice, but can be pound with kids playing at the fountain.

There was plenty of seating on the shady patio, but it was really hot outside, so we opted to wait for a table inside. We had a drink and watched the NBA finals on the TVs (there was no sound so it wasn't noisy). I tried the Mustang Sally cocktail and it was well balanced and delicious! We were seated for dinner pretty quickly. The only problem I had was deciding what to order. The luau shrimp salad? Meatball sub? I finally decided on the lobster mac and cheese. While the portion wasn't large, it was delicious! Creamy and mild with fresh lobster (not fishy) and garlicy breadcrumbs. My husband got the ribeye and was thin but large with great seasoning and veggies. I'm not a big steak fan but I really liked it. We ended up grabbing some beignets to go for the kids, which were really tasty and came with 3 dipping sauces (our favorite was the Berry, although we ended up eating most of them without sauce). The atmosphere was upscale, but very casual, quiet and fun. We saw families with young children, couples on dates, and friends enjoying a meal together. It was the perfect vibe that we were looking for, comfortable, but classy. And the food was high-quality and tasty. We will definitely be back!

Upon entering, the hostess with the brown curly hair was noticeably rude and unwelcoming, which isn't the first impression you'd hope for when celebrating a special occasion. The food, however, was outstanding and was definitely the highlight of the evening. Every dish we ordered was well-prepared and delicious. Service was a mixed experience. While our server was polite, the service was quite slow throughout the meal, despite the restaurant being fairly empty at the time. Overall, the excellent food helped make up for some of the service issues, but the rude greeting and slow service took away from what should have been a memorable anniversary dinner. I hope management addresses these concerns, as the kitchen is clearly doing a great job.

Thus cheered, we were seated quickly, even though we arrived without a reservation. Water, bread and menus came quickly. Perusing them to the background mix of contemporary mellow pop (think James Taylor and Van Morrison) and old standards, we decided on the petite prime rib for the carnivore (me) and sea scallops served over risotto for my wife. We each chose flights of wine to accompany our entrees. Despite including three wines per flight, the pours were fairly generous. Our dishes were perfectly prepared and came out more quickly than we expected, considering that the place was almost full. Our server checked back just enough and took care of any special requests promptly, even offering to exchange one of the wines (out of six!) that we didn't like for something better suited to our taste. The pace was leisurely which was fine given the good food and wine accompanied by the relaxed vibe of the live music. And the prices were quite reasonable given the quality of both the food and service. A dark-ish old school atmosphere added to its charm for us Baby Boomers, but even younger diners seemed to be enjoying themselves. As for us, we highly recommend it!

We had to ask for menus, and it took quite a while for someone to take our order. In fact, the bartender ended up taking our order because no server had come by. At about 7:00 they came to take our plates off our table that were staged when we sat. I mentioned we haven't received our chicken appetizer and she said "oh yah sorry it's coming" but still walked off with the appetizer plates to put the chicken on. Our food didn't arrive until about 7:10 p.m., and one of the meals was completely incorrect. On top of that, our food came out at different times instead of being served together. The portion sizes were surprisingly small for the price point. I ordered the Mahi tacos, which had only a small amount of fish and slaw, although each taco did include a generous amount of avocado. My husband's Hawaiian BBQ which he added Kalbi beef was also a very small portion and didn't feel worth the $36 price tag. We were so hungry that we didn't even get to take photos. The hostess was very enthusiastic about clearing our table and was attentive in that regard. Lily, our server, was kind and pleasant, and honestly, I felt sorry for her because she appeared to be the only waitress working. We had to ask for our check at the end of the meal, but Lily did comp our chicken wings because of the service issues, which was appreciated. Overall, the prompt seating was a good start, but the slow service, incorrect order, staggered food delivery, and small portions relative to the prices made for a disappointing dining experience. While Lily did her best, it seemed like the restaurant may have been understaffed.
