TERRIBLE. Called a day earlier to make an appointment for July 4 at 2 pm. We asked if they are open and they said yes. On July 4 around 11:30 am I got a call asking if we can come in earlier and we said we can come in at 12. The man laughed over the phone and said they want to go home early. I understood that as it's a holiday and did not really take that in any bad way. Right before hanging up the man then said it's $65 for one hour Swedish massage and cash only. Desperately needing a massage and since I was already looking forward to it i said okay even though I know prices are around $45/50. The moment we arrived the man made us pay first. We went to the room and got prepared. We started and spent a majority of the time getting massaged in just one area, my shoulders and upper back. Literally after I flipped to the front of my body the lady spent maybe 5 ish minutes massaging the front of my legs and they they were done. Did not even touch the front of my chest or front of my arms/shoulders. The service was also cut short and did not even reach one hour. I wanted to love this place... Like, really love it. But I just can't. Here's why: I am used to relaxation/Swedish massages at an expensive beauty spa in west Palmdale. Sometimes I will get some knots worked out, and the area is tender for a bit but otherwise they allow me to feel refreshed for days to come. This is not the case at Yanzi massage. I was excited to try it because it was much more affordable than the expensive places. It had decent reviews so I thought, why not? 50 for 1 hour massage with hot stones-great! Immediately my therapist started massaging vigorously, to the point of pain. I thought, maybe this is supposed to work out neck kinks? Just let it be. But the whole hour was extremely rough, and felt so rushed. There was really nothing relaxing about it at all. Also, the hot stones were extremely hot! To the point my nerves were shooting warnings where they touched. About 5 seconds after, they cooled enough to where they were just warm/hot and it was OK. But again, very fast, almost rushed motions. The unexpected chopping motions were surprising, and not enjoyable. I was really glad when it was over. The tenderness/pain lasted 5 days. My body felt stiff and bruised. I couldn't see any physical bruises, but under the skin bruises are just as painful. I couldn't wait for the pain to go away. The people there are nice. The music was a scratchy song repeated over and over on a portable boombox behind the front desk. If your body requires rough, Thai style massages, this place is for you. But if you're just looking for a relaxation or Swedish massage, do NOT go here. The pain for days after is just not worth it. read more

I drove there to see if they were able to get me in, I was amazed they were able to having plenty of clients already there and it was 6:30 pm on a Saturday night. I explained the issue I was having, they got me info a room and started a deep tissue fully body massage, but concentrated on the problem area. I really have to stress this, "THIS HAS BEEN THE BEST MASSAGE EVER!" So good that I made more appointments and will continue to support their business I was asked if I'd like a female to do the massage, I told him it didn't matter just need somebody that can really dig in deep. I got a 30 minute full body massage and the woman who did it was attentive. The issue was the oil they used. I guess I was allergic to it and it caused me to get hives. I don't think I'll go back. Went here for my birthday to get a massage. I got the 30 minute foot and 30 minute full body. It was very disappointing. The woman who massaged me hardly massaged my feet, she spent more time rubbing my shins, ankles, and back of my foot. It was also not a full 30 minutes. She kept having to leave the room and come back. Then eventually after the foot massage was done she took me to another room to do full body. She massaged my back pretty well but then at times covered me with a towel and rubbed me over the towel which was really weird. Also was not a full 30 minutes. Upon leaving I told the man working at the front desk we did not receive full hour massages and he just looked at me and said okay. I recently visited YanZi this past weekend and I will definitely be coming back. It was a Friday night, I just got home from work after working a long day and a tough commute. I was looking for a go to spot where I can relax and unwind. I found this place on yelp and decided to give it a try. My partner and I walked in with no appointment, we were greeted and welcomed when we walked in the door. Luckily we did not have to wait and two people were ready and available. She asked me if I wanted male or female and also asked if I wanted my own room or a shared one. I picked male and I also picked a shared room. I was extremely satisfied with the professionalism. They walked us to our room and gave us enough time to set our belongings down, get undressed and ready for the massage. I decided to go with a full body massage ($45) and I was so happy I did. They did an excellent job, worked on my knots and back pain very well. The ambiance of the room was very relaxing. The lights were dimmed low, they had meditating music and water sounds. I was ready to fall asleep when they told me it was over. I felt rejuvenated. When it was all done, they were waiting for us in the front with water. The staff was very friendly and professional. We were here after our 17 hours flight from the Holy Land, shoulder blade and lower back aches and to pick the right masseuse all you need is to let the owner your choice of massage, soft-middle or strong, he'll pick the right person for you. Enjoyed an hour long full body massage. Helen did a great job. Initially the massage was too hard so I asked Helen to massage more gently and she did. I was the first appointment of the day and when I said it was warm in the place, they turned on the A/C. Had I not communicated about the strength of the massage or the temperature, then of course I would have been unhappy. But I did and they immediately accommodated me. This is good customer service. Many of the reviews from people with unhappy experiences are partly due to people not speaking up. This is not the fault of the establishment. I bet if customers suggested other music, the owner, whom I met, would try her best to expand her selection. I, personally, enjoyed the music. For what I paid, I was pleased. This place was clean, relaxing, professional and reasonably priced. They do not accept SpaFinder gift cards. Just an FYI.
