The place is super clean and organized and everyone here is nice. They work at a good speed while also giving your nails, hands, and feet the attention they need. I believe they have the clear dividers as well as a Covid protocol. If I remember correctly they have a 50 cent charge if you pay with card. Anyways, they do an amazing job and my nails always last 2 weeks and more!

Initially, the only reason why I came across the nail salon was because I was hungry & knew there was a Subway down the street from my aunts house. When I arrived at shopping center that Subway was in, I saw the nail salon & considered going in. I have bad anxiety so if my nails don't look nice, I will bite them so bad. I called to see if they were taking walk ins prior to walking in & a man answered and stated they were taking walk ins. I asked him if I were to show up right now would there be someone available for a gel mani & the man said yes. Upon entrance, I wasn't greeted. There was no one at the front desk/cashier. I was the only customer in the salon so its not like they were too busy to greet me. It was more of a "what color do you want" from a distance & then I was instructed to sit at a certain station. I honestly don't know the name of the man that was there nor the name of the lady that did my gel mani. The lady did open up a brand new set of nail tools (not sure if thats what there called lol). & also was very gentle & fast with the gel mani. Which I appreciate because my nails are so small that a lot of nail techs have difficulty working with them. Speed wise, Im glad it was quick just because I cant stand sitting for hrs. Not much conversation due to language barrier, but she was very polite & nice. At the end of the mani, she gave me a hand massage. Overall, I didn't have a bad experience. Im very satisfied with how many nails came out. Im very simple & simple is what I got. I just ask for a little more customer service. Greet your customers upon arrival. I would of given 5 stars if customer service was practiced today. Would I come back? Only if my sissy is unable to do my nails, then yes I would. Only cause its convenient and close to the place that I stay when I am in town.

The staff was friendly, the salon was clean and comfortable, and they had a huge selection of colors to choose from. My girlfriend had a design in mind and they were more than happy to come up with something she liked. They also offer complimentary drinks, which was a nice touch while we were getting everything done. Overall, really good service and a relaxing experience.
