It's not as private as I am used to, but the customer service and massage techniques make up for it. Everyone is kind and seem to enjoy their job and take pride in what they do. Sometimes there is a child in the back that is loud and plays games and uses voice to text. It is disruptive, which is why I'm giving 4 stars. Palmdale, CA My SO…read moreand I needed a foot massage and found this place during my search. Their prices are affordable, so I booked an appointment. We arrived early and were accommodated right away. They placed us in a "room" separated only by curtains, where other guests were already getting full‑body massages. If I were the one receiving a massage, I'd want more privacy than that. The foot massage itself was just okay -- not what I expected. Even my SO agrees. He had better ones. Since he loves foot massages. If you're looking for real relief from foot pain or plantar fasciitis, this isn't the place. Because the space is divided by curtains, you can hear small talk around you. There's also a bit of a language barrier, as the staff speaks limited English, but enough to get by. On the positive side, the restroom was clean and there's plenty of parking. Overall, an affordable option, but not ideal if you're seeking therapeutic foot relief or a private, relaxing environment. Off to find that place....

El was super sweet, and if I was basing my review solely on that, I would've given five stars,…read morehowever, when you are paying for service, you have to take other things into consideration. First of all the massage itself was really good in terms of pressure and pricing. The part that wasn't so great for me was that when I spoke to her to make my appointment she did not let me know that the Massage was going to be taking place in her home. I didn't realize that it was in her home until the appointment was set and she gave me the address and I was on my way. Although I am nobody to judge the tidiness/cleanliness of other people's homes, I do feel that I am entitled to an opinion when the service is being offered there, and it wasn't as clean as I would've hoped it would be. There was a pillow cloth covering the face hole portion, and it did not smell clean. I had to arrange it so that it was moved as far away from my face as possible. Also after discussing my reason for wanting a massage, I let her know that I do not like to talk during the massage. She is a very chatty person, which I know some people enjoy, but it really distracted me from the therapeutic massage I was seeking. she repeatedly asked me if the pressure was OK and to let her know if it was hurting, and I told her multiple times that everything was fine and that if at any point, it hurt, I would let her know . Lastly I specifically mentioned one area that was the main reason for my visit that day, and ironically, that area received the least amount of attention, and I left with it still hurt hurting. Overall, although the massage felt great on the rest of my body, I wasn't able to fully relax because I felt I had to respond in conversation, and my main problem area that day was not addressed the way I was hoping it would be. For those reasons I won't be returning. She might be a great fit for someone else, but it did not work out for me.

She would spend too much on some areas and leave other parts of my body unattended. It was uncomfortable at times. But when I tried to say something about it, she needed to stop and figured out how to communicate with me and understand what I was saying, it happened twice so I decided to just let it be because it was time consuming and she was not massaging and I paid for one hour. Also she stepped out side for a bit so in my world you need to compensate for that time. Sadly, the lack of communication made this experience uncomfortable for me lesson learned next time to have someone understand the language or have a translator.

This is a very unprofessional business the owners are a couple who don't have any knowledge in the Beauty industry. I spoke with Alex to get my refund for a package that I purchased in the beauty bar and I also asked for documentation of what I supposably sign. Alex keeps neglecting our conversations and he won't send me the documents I asked for. First of all I had an appointment with an esthetician who is licensed, and when I get there the owner Alejandra tells me that the license esthetician called out sick, which that was a lie. The esthetician was no longer working in the beauty bar. Alejandra then tells me she has experience in facials so I gave her a chance to do my facial. I paid for nothing I seen no difference in my face and soon after I find out this girl is not licensed, and she's not even an esthetician. Please be very careful when you treat your skin specially your face. Always make sure that the person who treating you has experience and is licensed. Again for your own sake don't buy packages or memberships.
