They placed us in a "room" separated only by curtains, where other guests were already getting full‑body massages. If I were the one receiving a massage, I'd want more privacy than that. The foot massage itself was just okay -- not what I expected. Even my SO agrees. He had better ones. Since he loves foot massages. If you're looking for real relief from foot pain or plantar fasciitis, this isn't the place. Because the space is divided by curtains, you can hear small talk around you. There's also a bit of a language barrier, as the staff speaks limited English, but enough to get by. On the positive side, the restroom was clean and there's plenty of parking. Have you ever felt like you needed a massage after your massage because you were so sore and not relaxed? First, let me start by saying I have been to this place about 4 to 5 times before and tonight was the first time I received a terrible massage. It was so bad it almost cancels all the good massages out. Before Covid hit, this place seemed to have a staff that actually knew how to massage. I've recommended this place to friends and at least two friends started coming here because of my positive reviews from the past. I made a full-body appointment over the phone and paid $65 cash for my massage as soon as I arrived. Yes, they always take the cash up front which I was used to and they will try to upsell you and that I was also used to. I paid extra to get the lavender massage oil and during the massage, I somehow got the hot stones, which I did not ask for since it's been really outside lady. It sounded like the woman, Cindy, who was my masseuse was going to pass out. She kept saying, so hot, so hot, and I wanted to say I didn't ask for hot stones but the language barrier is tricky there. I believe she only knows a few English words based on our exchange. When I get a massage, I ALWAYS leave my undies on. It makes me more comfortable and I don't need my buttocks fondled. When Cindy walked into the room, she literally pulled down my panties without asking and said something in her language. I say, huh? She tossed my panties aside and moved to begin the massage. Against my better judgment, I left it alone. During the hour massage, Cindy ground her elbow into me so hard that I had to ask her to go softer because the pain was intense. She stayed in one area for way too long where I felt like I was being tortured and was just counting the minute for her to move on. She grabbed my hair and wrapped it into a tight ponytail pulling it so hard that I let out a yelp and then it continued to pull and hurt until I finally moved my hand up to release the pain. Cindy grabbed my arms and moved me around in an abrasive manner and none of it felt good. None! She touched my butt, groin, and even skimmed by my lady bits a few times too many. She got up on the massage table twice and I could feel her body sitting on me which is awkward when you are naked with a thin sheet on. It made me super uncomfortable and tense. When finally asked to turn over, I tried to hold the sheet but my breasts and buttocks were exposed until I reached up and moved the sheet so I was covered again, but it almost felt intentional from her. When you're in that situation, thinking, how the hell is this happening when the other massages were so good, you don't think to jump up and yell "stop!" and demand a refund from the manager. I hate that we, as a society, are programmed so much that even when we are that uncomfortable we don't speak up. The entire hour, I was uncomfortable, in pain, and not relaxed at all. Cindy knows nothing about muscles or massaging. She just shoves you around and grinds her elbow into you. The moment she finally said finished, I was so relieved. I was in so much pain it took me 10 minutes to shuffle around in the dark to get dressed again. When the guy up front saw me, he immediately said I owed him five more dollars. I paid and told him I was very sore. He just shrugged it off and said, okay, see you next time. Well, if the owner is reading this, there won't be the next time and I will respectfully pass on an offer for a free massage. I will make it a point to tell all those people I referred to not to go here anymore since it changed so much from a year ago. I need to go soak my sore back muscles in the tub now. read more

This is not a legitimate massage place. The only way they can possibly have such high reviews is if the reviews aren't real. There is absolutely no way that these people have had a single day of massage training. Yelp, you did me wrong this time. I have been writing this review for well over a week, and it ended up being too long for Yelp to post. I felt it was important to describe my experience in its entirety because almost everything that happened during this 90minute "massage" was completely inappropriate, so I put it in Notes and posted screen shots of the experience. I kept thinking that maybe it was a culture thing, or maybe that's how they get started but it'll get better-- it never did. I have never felt more unsafe and violated in a place of business. I was honestly glad to get out of there safely. I will say, for those that don't care to read the whole tale, that the massage was extremely unprofessional and really really rough- I was sore for over a week. Not, like, normal "good" soreness after a good hard massage. I want to stress that I normally prefer a deep tissue massage, but this was not the same. I literally felt beaten up. I couldn't even touch my shoulders or my back without pain. The ENTIRE time I was tense and trying to give hints that what he was doing was uncomfortable. There was not a single moment where I could relax. Long story short, I should have left from the get-go. I would have paid $80 to not have that experience and be that sore for so long afterwards. But for the people like me who tend to want to give places a chance, do yourself a favor and skip this one. This place is 100% a front. Pleasant and very relaxing experience . Never know who you're going to get or if they're going to be good. Here they are ALL AMAZING! They really know what they're doing and I love the curtains and the very soft relaxing music in the background. The red dark curtains make it dark so you can close ur eyes and fall asleep. The phone and voices are kept to a minimal. Tip - make an appointment they do get busy but do welcome walk ins. Price is great for massage. Extremely disappointed..The massage is usually great, the girls are kind, but will never return again.. Two of us went on saturday for an hour foot massage, me getting the regular and the other female getting sea salt added to her massage..all fine until my water bucket was removed and pushed to the sife, only to see my bucket ofnwater pulled.over and used to wash off the other females sea salt..NASTY Massage comes to an end and as we get up to grab our belongings, the worker folds the towel that was just used on me and places.it back on the foot stool, straightens the madsage chair cover, along with the head towel..EVEN NASTIER.. Had felt damp towels there before but would have never guessed the covers and towel are not changed out after every massage...
