She would spend too much on some areas and leave other parts of my body unattended. It was uncomfortable at times. But when I tried to say something about it, she needed to stop and figured out how to communicate with me and understand what I was saying, it happened twice so I decided to just let it be because it was time consuming and she was not massaging and I paid for one hour. Also she stepped out side for a bit so in my world you need to compensate for that time. Sadly, the lack of communication made this experience uncomfortable for me lesson learned next time to have someone understand the language or have a translator.

This place, compared to many others I looked at, had a great array of package deals for really fantastic prices. I emailed about how to purchase a package (somehow I missed how to do that on their website, don't be oblivious like me) and got helped out by Shayna. She was WONDERFUL despite having to help me stumble my way through the process. She was patient, understanding, flexible, and communicated perfectly. Jump ahead to the actual service. Queen for a Day package is a 60 minutes facial, 60 minutes massage, body salt scrub, manicure, and pedicure. My friend said the massage she had was the best massage she'd ever had (and she gets loads, including regularly from a physical therapist). The massage was her favorite, but she said she felt like she was glowing after everything. She sent multiple photos throughout and she indeed looked incredible!

First of all the massage itself was really good in terms of pressure and pricing. The part that wasn't so great for me was that when I spoke to her to make my appointment she did not let me know that the Massage was going to be taking place in her home. I didn't realize that it was in her home until the appointment was set and she gave me the address and I was on my way. Although I am nobody to judge the tidiness/cleanliness of other people's homes, I do feel that I am entitled to an opinion when the service is being offered there, and it wasn't as clean as I would've hoped it would be. There was a pillow cloth covering the face hole portion, and it did not smell clean. I had to arrange it so that it was moved as far away from my face as possible. Also after discussing my reason for wanting a massage, I let her know that I do not like to talk during the massage. She is a very chatty person, which I know some people enjoy, but it really distracted me from the therapeutic massage I was seeking. she repeatedly asked me if the pressure was OK and to let her know if it was hurting, and I told her multiple times that everything was fine and that if at any point, it hurt, I would let her know . Lastly I specifically mentioned one area that was the main reason for my visit that day, and ironically, that area received the least amount of attention, and I left with it still hurt hurting. Overall, although the massage felt great on the rest of my body, I wasn't able to fully relax because I felt I had to respond in conversation, and my main problem area that day was not addressed the way I was hoping it would be. For those reasons I won't be returning. She might be a great fit for someone else, but it did not work out for me.
