Interesting... but enjoyable. You walk into a small lobby with a heavy scent of aroma therapy oils and you ring the lobby bell for service at a small counter, with a window. The menu is small and limited in terms of what they offer. I had to ask the masseuse if there was a body and foot combination and she said that there was for $65. It didn't really save me any money because she said that a full body for one hour was $40 and the foot was $25. My masseuse was quite flexible as she fit me in at the last minute on a Saturday night. Once you are ready for your massage, you are led down a hallway and there are several rooms off to the side where you can enjoy your private massage. The facility was clean, but the bathroom could have been more pleasant and warmer as there was some stucco repairs that needed to be done, and the sink looked as if it was a sink to wash clothes in- not your hands. Be prepared to be in the buff for your massage. Don't be shy. My masseuse was kind, easy to talk to and she asked me what particular areas on my body I wanted her to focus on. My overall experience was more of... stroking with oils by hot stones, but I prefer the deep tissue, hands on approach. As soon as I was trying to leave, the masseuse opened the door to let me out and we both saw a homeless guy looking inside of my car with a flashlight that was parked close to the door. Thank Goodness he wasn't really in his right mind because he didn't seem to notice that we were observing him. He then moved to the car parked next to mine and was looking in it as well. He then scurried off down the Pep Boys driveway into the darkness. There was nothing that we could really do about the situation, so I just briskly walked to my car as fast as I could. I've had the most horrible experience with this place. First, she stayed on digging on my right shoulder for the whole 30 mins. I told her several times that it's already hurting and that she can move forward and massage the other part of my body. Since I wanted the deep tissue whole body massage. So she then proceeded by just rubbing my legs with oil. No pressure whatsoever. She had to leave and answer the phone calls several times. - Absolute worst. Not worth $70 at all. She even had the audacity to tell me that I should've told her to stop the massage if I wasn't liking it when I asked her if I had to pay her full after receiving an awful massage. Too much friction!!! A nice firm massage left my muscles feeling good but my skin has friction burns on my back and I can't reach them to put on a band-aid. This happened twice now so I'm reluctant to go back. read more

Horrible massage! I was tricked into a 60$ massage when she asked me a few minutes in "you want deep tissue?" I said sure, thinking that just meant that she would give me a few tissue type massage. Nope, 25$ more. She then proceeded to do horribly dig her elbows Into 2 places on my shoulders over and over. Then lightly ran her hands over everywhere else on my body with no massage besides her ridiculous elbow jabs straight into my shoulder blades over and over despite my requests for her to stop. Awful massage. I feel so ripped off and I'm literally bruised on my shoulders. I work hard for my money and can rarely afford this. I left in ten times the pain I went in with. It has been over a week since my last visit and I still feel good and usually I can go for a massage every other day but here I'm more than pleased with the service. It's a little tricky navigating budget massage places, there's always that fear that it might be one of "those places"....this is not, just a regular ole budget friendly massage spot. I was greeted by Annie as soon as I arrived, she made me feel welcomed and comfortable. I was shown to a private room that was well heated given the cold weather outside, it wasn't fancy but it was clean. I opted for the one hour Swedish massage with a thirty minute foot massage, totaling $85 plus tip, I tend to overtip in budget places as is expected, if you have a problem with that then I would suggest going to a more expensive spa location. Annie did a very thorough job, pressure was firm, she also combined hot rocks into my treatment. The foot massage was a bit painful at times, she was really getting into my calves and arches, but the next day I feel great! I will definitely be going back, I think the Deep Tissue would benefit me a little more than the Swedish did, but I'd rather start with something a little more gentle and make sure I can trust the person not to hurt me. read more

I wanted to try out a new massage place from the one that I always go to. Found this little place. Called to see if they had any spots available. Sure enough she said yes. Arrived 5 mins later since it's located close to my house. As soon as I walked in she asked if I had called. A few seconds later. She took me to a room. The massage was good. I didn't get the deep tissue cuz I wanted to try the other one out. It was relaxing. She did step out a few times to do things. I guess she was alone. But that's understandable. Went in with my bf to get a massage about 5min into the massage she excused herself and was gone for at least 10m I know because I'm also a massage therapist so timing is everything! When she was gone I can hear her doing laundry switching from washer to dryer it was just awkward she came back in continued the massage then excused herself again. Then when she "massaged" my legs she seriously just effleurage lotion with light strokes left the room AGAIN! To get towels to wipe it off then the same to the other side. I wouldn't come again. Overall she has a pretty good feeling of where help is needed most without you even having to tell her. She went overtime a few times by 10 minutes and didn't charge extra. But I was not giving up my neck and shoulders were very sore so I wanted a massage, I found this place and they told me to come right over. Very nice staff. I told the masseuse where I wanted her to focus on and man she did. Best massage thus far. I got a full body massage with hot stones. But she kept focusing on the areas I requested, I loved it! She use just the right amount of pressure, I do not feel tense at all now. Their one hour full body with stones was 50 dollar and ever penny worth it. If u want a full body massage and have troublesome areas I recommend this location. Went back again. I was there at 7:30 in the evening and walked right in. Got a 1.5 hour massage. She is small, so I was worried about the deep tissue massage that I got, but she used the hot stones, and was able to get pretty deep with them. Only complaint is that her English is poor (she is Chinese). I am planning on going back next chance I get. The questions below ask about payment--I have never tried many of the options like Apple Pay (I hate Apple), but I have had no issue with cash, debit or credit cards. There is a large parking lot you can park in. I wouldn't recommend leaving a bike out front--no rack, so you can't lock it up--it might not be there when you come out. read more

The therpist asked me where should she focus, but before she started the massage, she was able to find where she needs to focus just by touching. I asked for a Swedish massage and she kept applying her fingers on one area. So I motioned to her about a Swedish massage and asked her to rub the whole back but she barely swept her fingers over my back. This place is an absolute joke and ripoff. I began by getting the 1 hr Swedish massage and about 20 min into it I asked if this was as hard as she goes as it felt like my 1 yr old was rubbing lotion on my back. She tried to talk me into paying more for the deep tissue. At this point I am not paying more and she is insisting that all the Swedish massage consists of is what she was doing which was literally running her hands over my back. Long story short I told her I'm done and will pay for the 20 min I was in there and she insisted on charging the 30 min massage when really I should not have paid anything but I was trying to be reasonable. They began getting hostile and so I said I was going to walk outside and tried paying for the 20 min finger rub I received and the two women attacked me from the back trying to tackle me and put me back in the store. Of course that didn't work and they began screaming for security. Basically to not have to deal with cops and all of that I gave the crooks their 30 min massage money and got out of there. Unbelievable experience. Still in shock. The business seems extremely shady in lots of other ways besides simply ripping people off by false advertisement.
