I went with my bf and we had separate rooms...I asked for a woman and they denied my request...I had a male massage me in the past but was a little weird about it...I wasn't that happy that they insisted a male did mine and I come to find out that my bf got a female. The man respectful and everything went well. The reason I am writing this review is because when my bf ended his (5 min before me) the lady that checked us in went to his room and asked him to tip for my massage, and was very persistent about it. I am very annoyed by anyone who asks for a tip. Tips are based on performance and to ask for anything is just rude and unprofessional. They asked me if I wanted hot stones before the massage began but never asked my bf.. Got the combo massage with my daughter, had to pay $45 for the hour and she asked if I wanted to add a tip, I'm paying my tip in cash. I had a man and my daughter had a lady, the lady would leave the massage to do other things . Although the price was very low? Which is amazing! My massage experience was far from relaxing. I requested a hard massage as in pressure level. I did not know that would mean rough and rushed. My back is more sore than it was when I went in for the initial massage. My foot massage was amazing as the pressure was perfect. But I cannot say I enjoyed my massage, I wasn't relaxed and was fighting the pain the entire time. I will not be returning. read more

I came in for an afternoon massage for back pain. My massage therapist was Mayri - I'm really not sure if I spelled her name right, but she was excellent. It was really quiet, which was relaxing. She used the most perfect pressure, which really melted away the pain. She also did a hot stone part and hot towel part.. So all this for an hour at $40 .. Not too shabby.. I shall return. read more

Came in for a 60 minute foot massage with my husband. The massage lasted 50 minutes instead of the 60 minutes we paid for. One of the therapists must have just woken up because she kept yawning during the massage (bad breath to boot). Facility seemed dirty and the bottom layer of towels were not fresh. Quality of massage was "just ok" and did not seem particularly therapeutic or focused. We will look for another place. read more

I just got home from here. I had a 30 minute back massage by Eva. Loved it!!!! She was very sweet and did an excellent job. I will definitely be going back! Maybe my feet are next! I came in on a Saturday night for a massage with one of my friends. I did the 60 minute combo massage. My friend did the 60 minute foot massage. The massages began with us next to each other for the foot massages. Our masseuses were very rude by talking to each other throughout the entire 30 minutes in their native language. We were unable to relax. The remaining 30 minutes I was taken to a private room with a massage table. My masseuse was alright but kept leaving the room for supplies, answering her personal cell phone while massaging me and leaving to answer questions for other staff members. In the 60 minutes I was unable to fully relax or enjoy the service I was paying for. And last as we were paying for our services. I paid with a credit card for my combo massage, $35 was the advertised cost as well as the price verbalized to me. The woman charged me $36 dollars asked me to place the tip on card. I told her I'd tip in cash. I gave her $8.00 tip. And at that time she told me the tip was $15.00. My original tip was over 20%. The masseuse was demanding a 43% tip on my service. That is RIDICULOUS especially for the low to mediocre of the services I received. My friend paid cash for her services, advertised price was $20 and verbalized price agreed upon was $20. When she paid she gave $20. Her masseuse told her that her tip had to be $10. That is a 50% tip on the services rendered. This place is operating a scam for their pathetic services. No where in the facility was there a posting for their demanded tip amount. Tips are optional for the person receiving services. Tipping is not a requirement. This place needs investigated for the scamming ways. read more
