Worst massage experience of my life. No real massage techniques at all!! If you want a rubbing massage this is the place to go! I can't believe I Paid $120 for a 1 hour couples massage. Left disappointed and even more tense then when i walked in. This is the first time i wanted to leave mid massage. Start of the massage lady kept doing same motions for almost 20 minutes. No pressure no nothing, just rubbing her hands on my back and shoulder like uhhhh what are you doing. Throughout the massage both ladies kept walking out to answer the phone, i want to say they left about 3 or 4 times each! By the time the rubbing massage was over i looked at the clock and we didn't even get a full hour! Super unprofessional place. I would not recommend this place to anyone at all. Worst place ever! I will never go back again! The lady that massaged me asked me if I could do 25 minutes instead of 30 for the same price as a 30 min massage. She charged me $2 more than the 30 min and on top $2 more on the type I gave. When I checked the receipts she only gave me a 25 minute massage. And that's on top of her leaving the room to go attend to another customer. To top it off, I hadn't finished taking my cloths off when she came in the room. And I hadn't finished getting dressed when she came back in the room. She also made inappropriate comments like "you have a nice body" Don't come to this place!! It's the worst! The massage wasn't the best! The door would frequently be left open as the lady would come and go while taking phone calls, which made me feel really uncomfortable. She also didn't do anything but rub oil on me for the first thirty minutes, until I asked her to apply more pressure. Demanded a tip after, so I offered another 10% and they wanted to charge another credit card transaction fee on top of the tip, and rudely insisted they were going to take double the tip I offered. I went here one night after I pulled a muscle. Lidi took me right away. The place was so clean and quiet inside. Lidi gave the most amazing massage. Plus, I loved being able to talk with her. So this is my second review for this massage spot. My first review I was not happy with the pressure of the massage however I thought I should give it another shot. I have frequented this place several times now because it is near my home. Recently I had a very negative experience. There was one person answering the phone, greeting customers and doing the massage. She stopped several times to attend to other things. The music sounded like pop and was not relaxing I was really bothered when I gave her a $8 tip at the end and she said "that's it". I couldn't believe it. My man and I will never go to another place for full body massages here in the AV. I've been to a bunch of "nicer" places and have paid way more than $50/hour, and still haven't felt as relaxed or pleased with the service as I do here. You obviously don't get the luxuries or amenities that other higher-priced spas have, but if you're looking for a quality full-body massage for a decent price, this is my ultimate fave. My favorite is when they oil you up and use their forearms to take out the knots in your back. Hurts soooo good. I do suggest tipping at least $10 because they do a really good job. On top of that, the massage lady demanded a tip at the very end, 20$, so I ended up paying 70$ for an hour massage. She also asked me to take off my underwear, and when I said no, she pulled them down to expose my butt 3/4 the way telling me "You OK with this". I did not consent to having her grope me. The place itself doesn't really offer that much, it has 3 rooms with two bed inside, a side table and a lamp, the waiting area has water dispenser, one couch and a lot of plants, it's pretty plain but let me tell you, they do the trick! These ladies know how to work on those knots and pressure points, I like how they utilize their elbow for more effective massage, I come here mostly for my neck and shoulder and make sure to do it Friday because I can guarantee you, you will sleep like a baby after their service! I had a 50 minute massage and it felt wonderful. My neck still has cramps but I didn't let her know I was feeling extra tense there. I just kind of thought I would see how the first one went without a lot of direction. It is a holiday and I was able to pretty much just walk in and get a massage (I called first to make sure). That is awesome. So I don't know if this place is my first choice or a recommendation - but I also don't know if I would have gotten in anywhere else on a holiday at the last minute. I went there today for the very first time and let me tell you that I was soo impressed. The therapist Lilly took me in on short noticed (I called 15 min. Prior) and when I got there she said don't worry about anything, I paid $50 for an hour and I didn't have to tell her anything! She took care of me like she said. I came in exhausted, sore and just having an overall feeling of awfulness from back pain, tension, stress, plantar fasciitis, carpal tunnel & tendinitis and I am so glad I found this gem. Her hands were just right. She kept checking in with me and worked through every knot and muscle that needed attention. My husband and I went here for a one hour full-body massage for $50. Right off the bat, the ladies who worked there were super nice and accommodating. You pay first, then they take you back. The best part about this massage was at the beginning. They put hot oil and start you off with a back massage. This was probably the best part of the massage since my problem area was my back. My masseuse asked me twice if the pressure was okay and to tell her if it was too much. It was very relaxing. There were a couple moments of talking between the two ladies but not too distracting. The rest of the massage--I felt, could have been better. It felt as if they were just rubbing me instead of massaging me. The head "massage" felt more like light scratching of the head. Also, unfortunately, my masseuse had a cough and had to excuse herself for a minute. On a side note, the blankets were very thin so ladies, I suggest you keep both undergarments on. Excellent deep tissue massage! Although I feel sore the next days but it's normal. The owner, the lead massage which I always request gets the different sore parts of my body like shoulders, neck, lower back, legs, arms & head. I walked in there in pain literally aching my back was so stiff had about 5 knots in my back and Lee explained what massage would be best for me needless to say she did great. I feel amazing. I will continue to come here weekly until my knots are completely gone. Peaceful clean place. I had a hard time finding the spot but it's because I'm not from here and wasn't familiar with the area. This place is great! Ask for the Wendy and make sure to tell her where your knots are at. She does a great job. Be sure to be patient with them, it may be hard to communicate sometimes but it's worth it. Seriously, this place can leave you relaxed. I went to this place on August 3, 2014. I saw them advertised on craigist , offering a one hour massage for $50.00. The place is very clean and is almost brand new. The first time, I had a therapist named Hanna. She showed me the massage room which was better than most other places I have gone. She asked me how I wanted the pressure and I told her what I wanted. She showed very good technique and the pressure was great. I went back on 8-17-14. I had a therapist named Lilly. Once again , her technique and pressure was great. She really was able to work the knots in my back. I have been to about 10 different massage places in Lancaster. This place is by far the best as far as a facility and the quality of the therapists. I had other places where I would goi for a while, then decide I wanted something better. I feel I have found a great place for a massage. I plan to go there 2-3 times a month.
