Recently, I purchased many items but when I reached the register and tried to pay with cash, the clerk stated "we dont accept cash" Since when is cash unacceptable?? I informed her I only had cash and therefore could not make the purchase. The manager then walked over and was also not helpful, and dismissive. She offered no apologies. She then proceeded to tell me if I had the exact amount they could take that. I asked if this was a new policy? The manager said" well the truck with the cash hasnt arrived yet" Why was this not mentioned earlier? A sign indicating cash issues would be better that telling a customer "We don't accept cash" Maybe at the front of the store or by the registers? The sales clerk that are on the floor are very nice and helpful, but the cashiers and manager need better customer service training as it negatively affects the Bath & Body Works brand. We were left with a very unpleasant experience and will never shop there again. The Parkridge Center store in Manassas will get our business, they are great and make shopping there very enjoyable.

I got one of their wallflower plugs as well. They are taking safety precautions because of covid. All the staff were wearing masks and they also have disposable masks in the front for customers in case you aren't wearing one (which you should be btw). But I think companies having disposable masks on hand is great because not everyone has gotten into the habit of wearing one. This way you have no excuse and can shop in the store.
