I said no because of the tired tone she used to ask but...yes, the boxes woulda been nice given the price and the fact that they were likely held 5 steps away. Make the effort. My primary concern is that this place is pretty dirty and needs to tidied up in general. This is supposed to be a luxury experience. I'm walking in here to spend some hard earned money and treat myself. I don't want to have to wipe my hand on a kleenex because the shelves are dusty and there's makeup smeared everywhere like Ulta and Sephora. But that's what happened. Boxes and perfume bottles were dusty, stock looked old, shelves were out of whack, testers were filthy, and some areas just looked like they needed to be stocked. And I was there within an hour of the place being opened. Also, if it matters to you, Chantecaille is not stocked at this location as of the writing of this review- go to the Old Town or Arlington locations.

The salon keeps track of colors and products used so they are available when we move again. I've been going to the Fair Lakes Ulta every 6-7 weeks for just over a year. The store is always clean and I am welcomed upon arrival. Ashley, my hair stylist is friendly, professional, and skilled. She always asks questions and makes recommendations before starting. Personally, She always thanks me, is gracious and kind. She is in her early 20s and frequently talks about her family in a positive way. She lives within a few miles of her family and is always happy to talk about spending time with her younger siblings and traveling with them. She is smart, kind, and truly seems to leave positivity with everyone she comes across. She has such good energy. I leave my appointments feeling beautiful and relaxed. I booked a salon appointment for a wash and style. The stylist was very rude upon me walking up. Then told me I was wrong and that I had never booked it, that it was only a style, as well as she had absolutely no time for me. I was made to feel like I was inconveniencing her by even being there, despite having booked an appointment. I was also not given any effort to resolve the situation or help me find another stylist. I ended up leaving without receiving the service I had specifically scheduled. I've always had great experiences at Ulta, so this was especially disappointing.

This store have more supplies than other Dollar tree around the area and they are almost always so full of stock and much cleaner than most stores in the area. I was looking for a little gift for a baptism and found a beautiful little angel that was holding a malachite stone for protection - perfect! At the register I saw the much talked about Dubai chocolate bar that I had always wanted to try so I coughed up the $25 & splurged lol.
