Maybe good food but, so loud in here that it hurt my eardrums! I had to leave immediately. I like music but this is ridiculous!

My first time coming here it was extremely slow. An hour waiting to be seated only to be seated barely inside the door and told to wait there instead. Another hour or so waiting on food that should take less than 20 minutes to cook. I had to send my crab back because even despite asking what all was on it or what they put with the crab legs I was still not told they would use Cajun sauce. So I again had to wait another 30-40 minutes for food. Me and my family left and didn't come back. However during quarantine we thought we'd try it again. At that time you had to order online only and it seemed that without all the customers this place was putting out good quick food and it was good. However now that they've opened up again and accept dine in customers their back to their original 2 hour wait period and rushed/ overcooked and sometimes bland food. read more

The food here is very good. Service on the other hand has gone down. Took forever to get a drink order, do not check in with you to see if you need anything. The appetizer came out with a meal. The atmosphere has changed and is not very customer-friendly. Not sure if we will be back, which is sad because the food is good. read more

Food was fresh and hot. Crab legs were big and plump. Service was on point (almost a little overwhelming). We arrived around 12:00 at lunch on a Saturday. We were seated immediately. We had 2 different people approach to take our orders. After drinks were brought we were pressured to place an order that moment. Menu is large so I felt like I needed to look over it. 3 minutes later she was back asking if we were ready. The amount of food is well worth the money. Great, fresh food! Nice nautical theme; cool atmosphere and music. Spacious interior with lots of seating and a large bar. A reasonably priced and varied menu. The cocktail menu was extensive. We ordered wings, sweet potato fries, cajun crab legs and crawfish with a shrimp po'boy. To drink: beer & moscato. Everything had good flavor, was freshly cooked and delicious. Service was slightly slow though our waitress was very polite and kept us topped off. In the end the wait was well worth it. We left with full smiles and bellies. Was very disappointed with our dining experience. Atmosphere was pleasant. Restaurant was clean. Was seated took forever to even be greeted or get a drink. Food arrive Whiting was overcooked, fries were warm and soggy. Shrimp was decent. Hush puppies were warm and probably best of meal. Could not get a refill. Has to go ask. Food was brought to the table. No condiments after waiting thinking server was going to return with some and food began to get cold went and found anyone and asked for ketchup, tarter sauce and cocktail sauce. Asked twice for bill...took forever to get the bill. I dont usually write anything negative but feel this was not acceptable service. This is my personal opinion. Restaurant will not survive if service and food does not improve. I hope the review will provide I put and enable them to make corrections. read more

Horrible service. Our order came incomplete and they forgot to bring everything we needed to be able to eat our food. No sauce was added to the meal, no bibs, no gloves or bucket and the waitress keep asking us if we were leaving (came 3 times in a row )and wanted to pay while we were still eating. I placed an $83 order of shrimp and crabs, had it delivered to my house and the shrimp that I ordered was cooked wrong. It was close to closing so it was too late for them to re-deliver the food. Stephen the manager, said that he would comp the 2 pounds of shrimp that I ordered and send me a new order. When I called to get the new order of shrimp today he tried to act like he didn't know what I was talking about and then said that he hast to have the old food in order to make me a new one. Which is completely against what he had said. So he lied and did not honor the comp on almost $40 in shrimp... I will never order from here again! Instead of going to tasty crab Yami crab! I can't review the food here, because we never got that far. After waiting patiently, buzzer in hand, we saw people seated who arrived after we did. The person at the desk said the hostess had marked us as already seated. After speaking to the assistant manager, we left. We went on a Saturday evening to time this place. There was a wait for table. Waitress was not knowledgeable of the menu. she stated that she would have to ask when went asked about items on the menu. While waiting for our food we had to ask for refills and for her to remove the empty cups and dirty dishes when our food arrived to the table. The order was not correct had to wait for 1 person out of the party of 5 food to come out. Waitress seemed to be overwhelmed and did not prove us with good service. We asked for items and the waitress never came back with them like lemons and more gloves. I had the crab cakes which were a disappointment. I'm guessing since they include the gratuity (18%) into the total cost of the meal is the reason for the quality of service we got from our waitress. Everything was over-cooked. The service was horrible. They served our food and we had to flag someone down to bring silverware so we could eat. The worst part, the waitress told me that adding an extra 1/2 pound of crab legs was $5, but when the bill came she charged me $14. I asked, she shrugged her shoulders and said, "they changed the price" and walked off. The food isn't very good... and who charges $4.50 for a draft beer? That is the most I've ever had to pay for a draft. Also, I wouldn't recommend eating at the bar. It's very small and the employees hover around it like a swarm of bees. Makes it almost impossible to enjoy your food, your drink, or the game. We went to Yami crab for my sisters birthday! Our server was Felicia and she was great! I did the seafood combo with half shrimp and half crab leg with corn and fries! The crab legs were good and so were the shrimp but next time I think I would prefer to just have the crab legs cause they were delicious and easy to crack into! Overall service was good and food was good! I think it is hyped up a little bit but I could just be saying that because I was kind of tired, Ohhh and they have some really good music you could legit have a dance party in there! The short version: Crab is excellent, but side dish portions are tiny, so the meal is not a good value. The slightly longer version: My wife and I tried Yami Crab last night, but left with mixed feelings. She ordered half a pound of snow crab legs, I ordered the full pound of king crab. The crab arrived quickly, and the portions seemed as advertised, but each of our steam bags contained only two small red potatoes and one small section of corn on the cob. There was no salad or bread included, so be aware that the menu prices are pretty much for the crab only, as the sides included were best described as just a garnish. The half-pound of snow crab for $14 was therefore a marginal value at best, and the pound of king crab for $35 was overpriced for what we got. Service was adequate, but a little on the slow side. Overall, while the crab was quite good, the rest of the experience was mediocre at best. There are other seafood choices in the area, so I doubt we'll give this place much business in the future. read more

First time trying this place and I found it rather pleasant. I had a shrimp po boy and it was good but only 6 inches in length. To be called a Po Boy it must be 12 inches. I'm a Louisiana boy. I'm in town visiting my parents for their birthdays and they asked me to share a review about the great time we had last night. We had appetizers and main courses, and the food was delivered quickly. It was tasty, a good value for the price, and exactly as described on the menu. Our waitress, Payton, was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. And, as my mom is disabled, it was great that we were able to get a booth near the door where her assistive device could be placed out of the way of other guests and the staff. It was a busy night across the whole restaurant, but Payton never lost her cool and was able to deliver all our needs even with a full house. We will be back. read more

I just moved to Warner Robins from the coast and this was definitely my seafood fix! The food came out hot and the staff was very friendly. Katie was amazing. I'm sure she checked on me every 5 mins, but I'd rather that than not at all. I'll definitely be back. I got the seafood combo with shrimp (no head), I like that they give that option and snow crab legs with the Yami seasoning, spice level hot. The food at yami crab is good especially the po boy. Classic favorite from my childhood and done amazing. Wide variety on the menu and reasonable pricing for seafood and it's better than most in the area! However me and my husband have decided not to continue coming here due to how we've seen the staff behave to their hostesses and servers. (which are mainly young ladies) and it's a huge turn away when you see the cooks eyeing down servers when they are getting drinks/food for tables. Maybe next time? read more
