When I experienced low water pressure in the shower, maintenance responded quickly, replaced the shower head, and ensured everything was working properly. They also encouraged me to reach out if I needed anything else, demonstrating their commitment to guest satisfaction. The housekeeping team was exceptional. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to help. They always greeted me with a smile, provided any additional supplies I needed, and did an excellent job servicing my room. Their attention to detail did not go unnoticed. I would also like to recognize Ms. Kim, the bartender, who was an absolute pleasure. She remembered my name, my preferred drink, and even how I liked my food prepared. Most of them seemed like they had not been working there long. And when their friends showed up, it was like no other customers existed. This place is entirely cash less. You must pay with a card and to play games you must have a Rigby's card. If you do not have one, you can purchase one for $1 and must initially load it with at least $20. So SAVE that card if there is a remote chance you will return. Overall an OK experience. It's definitely the place to go for teenagers. Maybe I'll comeback during daytime hours and see if it's a little different.
