My friend and I both placed an order for two styles of boneless wings of the same style. We did order different dipping sauces. We also ordered a appetizer of onion rings. About 10 minutes later the waitress brought my order, but not my friends. My order came out correct except the Buffalo wings. It was the mild sauce and not the extra spicy. It took another 5 minutes for my friends order to come out. One of his boneless wings they mixed up the sauce for what style of wings he wanted. We decided not to bother with mentioning anything because we had to get going. The waitress was extremely nice. She brought us drink refill without asking. The wings were perfectly cooked. While the type of wings ordered were incorrect, we still both enjoyed the flavor we hadn't tried. Sadly this type of mix up seems to happen more often thwn not when I visit Applebee's. Change your training, ordering system or something Applebee's because it needs fixed.
