I recently stayed at the Courtyard Marriott in Warner Robins for two weeks while traveling for business, and I cannot say enough positive things about my experience. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff made me feel genuinely welcome. Ms. Natasha and Antonio were absolutely wonderful. They consistently provided outstanding customer service, greeted me with a smile, and promptly assisted with every request I had. As a Marriott Diamond Member, I greatly appreciated being acknowledged and thanked for my loyalty. Upon check-in, I requested a microwave, even though the room did not come equipped with one. The staff accommodated my request without hesitation, which I truly appreciated. When I experienced low water pressure in the shower, maintenance responded quickly, replaced the shower head, and ensured everything was working properly. They also encouraged me to reach out if I needed anything else, demonstrating their commitment to guest satisfaction. The housekeeping team was exceptional. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to help. They always greeted me with a smile, provided any additional supplies I needed, and did an excellent job servicing my room. Their attention to detail did not go unnoticed. I would also like to recognize Ms. Kim, the bartender, who was an absolute pleasure. She remembered my name, my preferred drink, and even how I liked my food prepared. I ordered chicken wings--all flats, extra crispy--and a Caesar salad with no croutons and extra cucumbers. The cook executed my order perfectly. Everything was absolutely delicious and prepared exactly as requested. Another standout feature of this property was its cleanliness. The interior and exterior of the hotel were spotless and well-maintained. I especially enjoyed the outdoor patio area, and the swimming pool and fitness center were clean, inviting, and well cared for throughout my stay. Having stayed at many Marriott properties over the years as a Diamond Member, I can confidently say that the Courtyard Marriott Warner Robins ranks among my favorites. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed, valued, and appreciated. If I am ever back in the area, this property will be my first choice. My family and I traveled to Warner Robins for a funeral. I originally made reservations at a different hotel, but I'm a creature of habit so I canceled and booked here. Antonio was very helpful as I called several times to make adjustments. Our room was clean and newly renovated. The staff were amazing. They accommodated every request. Courtyard has definitely redeemed themselves from our previous visit a few years ago. We will definitely be back. read more

Sometimes when you're on the road you have barely enough time to check in to a hotel before you have to check out. That proved to be the case here and this hotel deserves a bit more attention from me than that...even 3 months after the visit. Check in: quick and convenient and accomplished by a stellar receptionist. Polite, courteous, helpful (as was all the staff...although...uh, their recommendations for beer....well, that will come later.) Room: clean, comfortable, plenty of pillows of assorted softness (a necessity for me!) Bathroom: clean, good water pressure (another necessity) with plenty of hot water...and a little tile bench for your weary body to sit if you want a shower massage (figurative). Bistro: meh....nothing to write home about; we ordered "to go" so we could watch "the game" in our room. Less than 10 bucks gets you less than 3 star food. The bartender and wait staff were especially cordial and conversant. However, their recommendations for local brews were slightly off-the-mark for my palate. (Note to self: stick to untappd notes). All-in-all a pleasant stay at a reasonable price...sleep here., eat somewhere else. read more

From checking in and front desk being so kind to help me plan my day and how to get to my meetings and making sure my points would be added to breakfast that morning and two people preparing everything so fresh, quickly and friendly. I'm updating this review adding two stars, and some framing comments. The stay details captured below still hold. "Meh. Stayed here twice in the last 45 days. Sorry I booked it the second time (Only did so because team mates were already staying there.) December trip was notable because the same long black hair that greeted me on the bathroom floor on arrival was there the next afternoon after the maid(s) visited. Found out last weekend that they "don't clean rooms during a stay," apparently not even after themselves. Also found out that if you ask for the TV to be serviced, they won't. In fact they apparently don't have batteries for the TV remotes. They also don't have proper replacement for expected i room hygiene items like shampoo. Worst of all is they are not proactive in communicating any of this. Nor does management (onsite and corporate care about feedback from guests who've had a bad experience." Since writing this management reached out with a pretty honest admission of failure, both for stay issues, and delay in reaching out. I believe that the current management is a bit overwhelmed and doing their best in the Covid-19 environment and will grant them the benefit of grace, hoping they improve. Marriott itself has significant Customer Service response issues that hampered the response here, and keep me a Hilton Honors fan. The proprietary franchisee, Peach State Hospitality, also appear to have accountability issues. Nevertheless I would give this property another chance in the future. read more

Great hotel to stay at. We left our previous hotel because of poor conditions and for a last minute stop in to get a couple rooms, they were very accommodating. The staff was very helpful and we were able to get early check in so we could relax a little while before the celebration that we were in town for. After we came back from the event, the hotel staff were again very friendly in greeting us as we came in. This a small thing but is very important in the hospitality business. We stayed here on our way to FL. Wife didn't realize it was that far from 75, but the bonus was no Highway noise. The outside appeared nice and well kept. We checked in late and the receptionist may have been a little high, but it's hard to get employees sometimes. He didn't recognize me as titanium and it was an odd interaction asking for my ID. Headed up to the room to get some rest. Room is well loved with some stains and worn spots. The bothersome part was the door did not close to latch completely. And we didn't notice until we went to put deadbolt on. The pillows were bad and the mattress was super hard. The lobby did have a pleasant smell to it, but not sure that it worth another stay. In fact, I was a little concerned the pleasant odor may have been masking something worse! read more

The service was good- the lady at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating and they were quick to bring us our pack n play for our 1 yr old. However the room itself needs some serious love. The furniture and carpet were all stained in multiple places, the AC was muggy and very humid, the room and furniture smelled strongly of must and BO, the floor in the bathroom had hair on it and was sticky- overall the room was just very obviously not cleaned thoroughly and was outdated. The bed was comfy and it served its purpose for the night, but we left as early as possible simply because we were uncomfortable in the room. This place has potential to be a very nice hotel, but needs to renovate and give it a DEEP clean. read more

Only ok. Great location. Room was tired and there was a tremendous amount of light pollution during the night...both from the hallway and the window, which made it tough to sleep. Also the desk chair was visibly worn and the upholstered chair had significant stains. The breakfast was an extra $10 so I went to Chick-fil-A for $7.00. Only stayed a night. Checkin staff very friendly. Even gave me snacks! There is a small snack store by the Checkin area. The room was nice. The furniture seemed fairly new. Room size was good. Lots of space in the bathroom. Appreciate the wall temperature control and the abundance of charging areas. Also liked that there was plenty of lighting. Didn't have a chance to enjoy but they had lots of seating areas inside and out. Tvs inside. Computer stations. Outside also had a fountain and a life sized chess mat and pieces. I was by an elevator and there was a loud noise in the bathroom fan. Unexpected but I was tired so it didn't matter. The towels and sheets had a bit of chemical odor, not ideal but definitively preferred vs something dirty. The room was very clean. They had a bunch of football balloons around the lobby. That seemed cool. I was told on football nights they have viewing parties. Definitely recommend. read more

We booked a room here around midnight last night from their website. Check in was super easy, and we were extremely impressed with the hotel overall. It looks new or at least newly furnished. The lounge areas are very modern and decorated very well. The room was also exceptionally well decorated and comfortable. The pillows were all down feathers and the beds were comfortable. This is a nice courtyard located near WR base. Good size parking lot, knowledgeable friendly staff, and clean room. Majority of guests here are related to the WR base, so don't be scared of uniform, this isn't the YMCA night. The area is high traffic area and its hard to run, so runners be aware. Alternative is quick drive to Wilson trail. read more

My sister and I were so pleased with the exceptional service at the front desk and the bistro. Bistro serves as a bar at night with snacks and as the breakfast bar in the morning. Sat and talked with the bartender while waiting for our Uber Eats to arrive (Cracker barrel - needed some comfort food). In the morning, had the Avocado toast (excellent!!!) and Starbucks for breakfast. The rooms were clean and the bed and pillows very comfortable. Shower awesomely powerful! We will be back. This is a clean and friendly hotel. I've been to a lot and this is one of the toos. They have a bistro that has a happy hour and a few appetizers. The hotel attendant was very friendly. Jesse at the bar is Awesome and very attentive. The chef is on point with the food. We tried some chicks curry soup that was like a party in my mouth. The wings were good and crispy. First day I had a Turkey Reuben. It was very tasty. The second night, I had the roast beef Reuben served with horseradish. So very good. The chef even came out and greeted us making sure we were happy with the food. My room was clean and all the toiletries I needed were in the room, along with a coffee maker that had Starbucks coffee. Used to stay here frequently. Last experience- cut my reservation short. Asked me to move out then asked me to change rooms. Turned my key off! Indifferent employees. Creepy homeless people wandering parking lot late at night . Reported this. Was told there was nothing they could do. Rooms need updating. One time I checked in here and they gave me a room that the bathroom had not even been cleaned. Air conditioning does not work. Wall paper peeling off walls! Will never stay here again. Not a safe area. Was told homeless camp in the woods next to the parking lot. Have stayed here before and people were out drunk and partying in the parking lot til late it. Just not a safe place to stay anymore. Management is indifferent and this place has gone way downhill! (All in the matter of a few months.). It's the weekend management that is really bad! read more

We stayed here the Sunday before July 4th to celebrate my son's birthday. I had called ahead to see if there were any rooms available and what the rate would be since I am a Marriott Rewards member. Kennedi answered the phone and answered all of my questions. I told her we would see her soon and she said she would be looking for us. When we arrived, Kennedi was there at the check-in desk and I asked if she was Kennedi and told her we had just spoken on the phone. She was very friendly and got us checked in very quickly. We went up to our room and it was nice - typical Courtyard. Our room overlooked the courtyard with the fountain and sitting area, which was a really nice place to relax after our day. The rooms were very neat and very clean. There was even a welcome note on our TV! Bathrooms are always a sticking point with me when we travel and I was very pleased to see that the bathroom was nice sized and very clean. The linens and pillows were wonderful and we slept great. It was very quiet. I will say that on our future trips to Warner Robins to see our son, this will definitely be our "home away from home." read more

Had to travel to Warner Robins for work and stayed at the Courtyard for 4 nights. Overall, I was pretty impressed with this hotel. The rooms were spacious and the bed was super comfortable. There was a mini fridge and coffeemaker in the room. Tons of places to charge electronics (right next to the bed too, an added bonus). Every part of the room was in very good shape - almost like things were brand new. The fitness center was quite good for a small gym. A stationary bike, 2 treadmills, 2 ellipticals, and FREE WEIGHTS! So happy that a hotel gym actually had free weights. Lots of seating both inside and out. The Bistro downstairs was very warm and welcoming. I didn't eat anything from there, but others in my party did and they seemed pleased overall. There is also a table with computers and printing stations adjacent to the check-in area. Only small annoyance was that my room key kept deactivating itself, so I had to go back down to the lobby to get it reset. It was fairly quick and easy though, so not a huge deal. I would definitely stay here again in the future. read more

The staff was so professional and incredibly polite. Was down in Warner Robins for AT and we stayed there 14 days. It was great. They hotel features a salt water pool, hot tub, small but adequate fitness room, a great hotel bistro/bar, and a decent business center. The front desk staff is accomodating to every request. Even letting us email them things to print off in color (the only printer for guests is black and white). The rooms are very nice. I stayed in a King single and it was fantastic. Except the pillows but I am not a fan of the microfiber filled pillows. The hotel is right off the main drag so its close to everything. The interstate is only minutes up the road (about 20) and Warner Robins AFB is about 15 mins the other way. Most stores and restaurants are located on that road as well. Couldn't of had a better stay. If I am ever down there again that is the place I will go. read more

I come here for business about every 4 months or so. Usually I stay only a night, maybe two. So imagine my surprise this last visit when I went to the bar for dinner and the bartendar asked if I wanted my drink. I don't generally get a typical drink so for him to know what I drink after not being here for two months, that's impressive. So much so that I said yes to him when I really didn't want a drink! The staff is extremely friendly from restaurant to front desk. While working in my room one day I heard a member of the cleaning staff singing in the room next door while vacuuming. I had booked my stay here well in advance. Unfortunately, at 7:45pm the night of my stay, after traveling all day, I received a "courtesy call" from the front desk telling me that they had overbooked the hotel tonight and they had arranged for a room for me at La Quinta. I was only a few miles away when I received the phone call so I still went to the courtyard and wanted more information. There was no manager available and the front desk associate had to deal with all the upset customers herself. Great stopping point after a long day. Front desk staff was courteous but not incredibly personable. The room wasn't very big but it was comfortable and clean. The fridge was small but a nice addition to hold some of our items. The back courtyard was a nice place for our kids to run around and play with the large chess game. The area has plenty of choices to eat, but we were tired and decided to try the bistro in the hotel for dinner. The service was great and our salad and pizza were better than we thought it would be. The bistro staff was the best part though- so nice to our kids and understanding of how hard it can be to travel with small children. Since we had such a great time at dinner we thought we'd try the breakfast. It didn't disappoint. Portions were huge and everything tasted great. Plus I got my favorite Starbucks latte- what's not to love. The staff that morning was attentive (we were the only ones there) but one seemed slightly irritated to be working that morning (and our kids weren't even bad). I am a gold elite status member of Marriott; I made reservations through the marriott site and they would not honor per-diem rates. When I checked in, they put me in a regular room; I had to ask for an upgrade (usually, most marriott properties do this automatically for gold and above). I asked that since I was on business travel, and they wouldn't honor the per-diem rate, if I could at least get free breakfast and they denied that. I then found out my co-worker who booked through "hotels.com" got a better room for $10 under per-diem. I did find out though that when my co-worker was in the lobby and asked if they had any coffee, they pointed them to the internal coffee bar and charged him $3 - when anyone knows that Courtyard puts out a free coffee station. Again...this Courtyard is focused on revenue and not customer service. I won't stay here again. The amenities of this were pretty standard. If you've stayed at one Courtyard, you already know what this has to offer. read more

It is 5 stars but I knocked it down a half star for no free continental breakfast or even coffee. At the $150 a night tag. They could at least give you a coffee and a roll.
