Very nice Courtyard! Very new and clean. Loved the design with the big lobby and courtyard in the back. Really well maintained and the staff is awesome! One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in.

Sometimes when you're on the road you have barely enough time to check in to a hotel before you have to check out. That proved to be the case here and this hotel deserves a bit more attention from me than that...even 3 months after the visit. Check in: quick and convenient and accomplished by a stellar receptionist. Polite, courteous, helpful (as was all the staff...although...uh, their recommendations for beer....well, that will come later.) Room: clean, comfortable, plenty of pillows of assorted softness (a necessity for me!) Bathroom: clean, good water pressure (another necessity) with plenty of hot water...and a little tile bench for your weary body to sit if you want a shower massage (figurative). Bistro: meh....nothing to write home about; we ordered "to go" so we could watch "the game" in our room. Less than 10 bucks gets you less than 3 star food. The bartender and wait staff were especially cordial and conversant. However, their recommendations for local brews were slightly off-the-mark for my palate. (Note to self: stick to untappd notes). All-in-all a pleasant stay at a reasonable price...sleep here., eat somewhere else.

I'm updating this review adding two stars, and some framing comments. The stay details captured below still hold. "Meh. Stayed here twice in the last 45 days. Sorry I booked it the second time (Only did so because team mates were already staying there.) December trip was notable because the same long black hair that greeted me on the bathroom floor on arrival was there the next afternoon after the maid(s) visited. Found out last weekend that they "don't clean rooms during a stay," apparently not even after themselves. Also found out that if you ask for the TV to be serviced, they won't. In fact they apparently don't have batteries for the TV remotes. They also don't have proper replacement for expected i room hygiene items like shampoo. Worst of all is they are not proactive in communicating any of this. Nor does management (onsite and corporate care about feedback from guests who've had a bad experience." Since writing this management reached out with a pretty honest admission of failure, both for stay issues, and delay in reaching out. I believe that the current management is a bit overwhelmed and doing their best in the Covid-19 environment and will grant them the benefit of grace, hoping they improve. Marriott itself has significant Customer Service response issues that hampered the response here, and keep me a Hilton Honors fan. The proprietary franchisee, Peach State Hospitality, also appear to have accountability issues. Nevertheless I would give this property another chance in the future.

    They gifted snacks!

Only stayed a night. Checkin staff very friendly. Even gave me snacks! There is a small snack store by the Checkin area. The room was nice. The furniture seemed fairly new. Room size was good. Lots of space in the bathroom. Appreciate the wall temperature control and the abundance of charging areas. Also liked that there was plenty of lighting. Didn't have a chance to enjoy but they had lots of seating areas inside and out. Tvs inside. Computer stations. Outside also had a fountain and a life sized chess mat and pieces. I was by an elevator and there was a loud noise in the bathroom fan. Unexpected but I was tired so it didn't matter. The towels and sheets had a bit of chemical odor, not ideal but definitively preferred vs something dirty. The room was very clean. They had a bunch of football balloons around the lobby. That seemed cool. I was told on football nights they have viewing parties. Definitely recommend.

We booked a room here around midnight last night from their website. Check in was super easy, and we were extremely impressed with the hotel overall. It looks new or at least newly furnished. The lounge areas are very modern and decorated very well. The room was also exceptionally well decorated and comfortable. The pillows were all down feathers and the beds were comfortable. I slept really well.

This is a nice courtyard located near WR base. Good size parking lot, knowledgeable friendly staff, and clean room. Majority of guests here are related to the WR base, so don't be scared of uniform, this isn't the YMCA night. The area is high traffic area and its hard to run, so runners be aware. Alternative is quick drive to Wilson trail.

I had the worst night of my life bc of the horrible "mattress"!! I sank into it and am 125lbs! I decided I would attempt to flip it and was horrified to see this yellow poly foam like the kind you by at Joanne's fabrics!!! I am a erect now in the most pain I've been in in years! If you need any support don't stay in a courtyard- apparently ALL have this type!!! It's disgusting!

The location that I was traveling to was less than 5 minutes away from the hotel, which was a plus in my mind. I stayed here during the GA Golden Olympics in the month of September and it wasn't crowded, provided breakfast and amazing selection of coffee (with flavored coffee creamer), teas and hot chocolate. There were so many eatery options surrounding the hotel including Cookout, McDonald's, Checkers, Cheddar's, Krispy Kreme, Longhorns and much more. Additionally, there are various shopping plazas and grocery stores nearby as well including but not limited to Walmart, Target and Kroger. The service and cleanliness of the hotel was absolutely amazing. I usually stay at Hilton Hotels while traveling for work and I've never experienced a "bad" hotel experience with Hilton. I would recommend staying here if you're in the Warner Robins area for a quick trip with the family.

Im not just imagining it and usually dont complain. Something is going on with the Hilton brand. I have been staying for 12 years and they have always been wonderful. When I left, they charged me a smoking fee! Ridiculous! They refuse to give it back saying they have proof but not telling me what their proof is. Unfortunately, the only thing rolling was my patience right out the door. Let's start with the room--apparently towels and washcloths are now considered luxury add-ons. When I asked the front desk about it, I was told to come back in an hour... like I was reserving spa time instead of trying to take a basic shower. I returned, hopeful and naive, only to be handed what can only be described as a pool towel and a couple of hand towels. Nothing says "refreshing stay" like drying off with something the size of a napkin. The remote control didn't work because the batteries were dead (a nice throwback to 1998), and the body wash in the shower was completely empty. Had to go back and request soap like I was bartering for rare goods. Now, let's talk about the lobby situation--which appeared to be staffed by exactly one human being for the entire building. Shoutout to Ray, who was somehow juggling a line of guests checking in, people demanding towels, broken room keys, and--my personal favorite--a full-blown "room key shortage." Yes, apparently keys are now a limited resource. Despite the chaos, Ray was genuinely pleasant and impressively patient, which is the only reason this review isn't just a string of exclamation points. Now, breakfast. I went down at 8:30, which I thought was a reasonable, adult time. Apparently not. The selection was... minimal, and by minimal I mean "are we closing?" The highlight? A sign proudly declaring "this is how we roll" placed directly above an empty cinnamon roll case. Bold. Inspiring. Slightly insulting. Overall, if you enjoy scavenger hunts for basic amenities, ironic breakfast signage, and the thrill of possibly not getting a room key, this is your place. Otherwise, you might want to roll on to literally anywhere else.

We stayed at this hotel for a few nights. The location is perfect. There's a Walmart, Kroger, and plenty of places to eat near by. The best part is that Buc-Ee's is only 8 minutes away. The hotel was very nice and the employees were so nice and accommodating. Ashley at the front desk was a joy to be around and speak to about any minor things you may need etc. They have a microwave and fridge, an outdoor pool, and a fitness center. They also have a laundry room if you need to wash your clothes. They provide breakfast in the morning. Speaking of breakfast, their biscuits were the BEST. So soft and fluffy every single time. I think this will be our preferred hotel when we come in town.

Issue 1 I was given a room someone else occupied and the computer showed it empty, when the elevator stops on second floor it jars like it broke and everyone in it rushed out and took the stairs, if goes to third floor it sounds like the rope will snap and fall it's really bad sound, the internet for the tv to watch YouTube or any internet tv is unwatchable as it sticks and buffers over and over and says no signal, the premium internet for members didn't work, the lights over my beds didn't turn on, my door need a spartan kick to open, some of the outlets in the room didn't work, the tv jumps all over its volume from quiet to incredibly loud. For a Marriot property it looks like one, but definitely needs some tlc. Oh and most the hallways smell like weed so I assume people are smoking and people generally don't care. It's still a good bed to sleep in and centrally located. Would stay again if needed but not top my list for Marriot properties.

We had an interior King room, with a full sized kitchen, living area, sleeping area and bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed (plates, cups, utensils) and even pots and pans that we didn't use. A full size fridge, microwave, kitchen sink, and stove top. (The coffee pot was in the bathroom.) The sofa was not the comfiest but also not awful. There was full length mirror that hid a closet to hang clothes and an iron with an ironing board. You could tell that the room was older but it was VERY CLEAN. There was plenty of parking. When we first arrived and checked in, the gentleman at the front desk wasn't very helpful BUT it was late and there may have been a slight language barrier. The other times I went to the front desk, there was young lady working that was very kind and very helpful. The breakfast was decent. They had toast, bagels, waffles, cereal, eggs, sausage, jams, butter, milk, tea, and juice. I didn't try any eggs or sausage as they were in warming trays and I prefer not to eat from those and the waffles were a little sour tasting but that was from the baking soda not being mixed in well (I did not get sick at all.) Why it wasn't five stars...There is no elevator. It only two floors so it's not that big a deal but when you're staying for a week and have a LOT of luggage, bringing everything in and out was a little annoying having to make a bunch of trips. There was also a very distinct food smell in the hallway. It didn't permeate into the room but it was not always pleasant. And lastly, there was also a *different* distinct smell in the stairwell several times when I went to get ice. I didn't personally care but others might. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.
