Our room and amenities were nice for a good price. Bed very comfy. The free breakfast a nice to have - standard fare. My main beef is that our floor was not clean enough for dog and people. I know it's a dog room and dogs, even my baby, are not especially clean. But I check the floor near the walls before we can do any damage and if it's already dirty it creeps me out. Maybe they should offer free paper slippers. Or I'm sure there must be floor cleaning machines that could clean it in a snap. If you're traveling in a people only room you might give it 4 or 5 stars.

One would think, with the machine broken, that they'd set up a coffee station in the lobby but there's no coffee available after 10:00 a.m. when breakfast closes. In the rooms there are Keurigs which is possibly the worst coffee on Earth outside of the Postum my grandparents drank when I was a kid. And don't get me started on the Keurig decaf, which should be an embarrassment to coffee makers everywhere. 3. Dinner was much better than expected, especially the salmon, an extra large filet perfectly cooked and seasoned. However, the menu is confusing - it lists the main protein with two side courses (for instance, salmon with grains and mixed vegetables). Then the waitress asks what you want for your two sides, and thinking those came as an addition, we all ordered salads. It was only when dinner arrived that we discovered the "two sides" were INSTEAD of the sides listed on the menu. That should be fixed. 4. Breakfast is made to order (and a bit pricey - $9 for yogurt with some granola and frozen fruit?). We requested real milk for the table and were told there was none available in the hotel, only the little creamers full of stabilizers and additives. When one of us expressed astonishment, he was told he might be able to purchase some from the front kiosk. Ditto juice - only water, or inexpensive OJ were available, even though we were paying. But we could get juice from the kiosk. In short, the kitchen cooking was better than expected, but staff should learn not to suggest people purchase milk for their coffee!! All in all though, I'd recommend this hotel without reservation - but bring your own milk.

It's because they won't flush correctly. It's getting to the point that we may stop going to trivia just because of the location.

The service and cleanliness of the hotel was absolutely amazing. I usually stay at Hilton Hotels while traveling for work and I've never experienced a "bad" hotel experience with Hilton. Im not just imagining it and usually dont complain. Something is going on with the Hilton brand. I have been staying for 12 years and they have always been wonderful. When I left, they charged me a smoking fee! Ridiculous! They refuse to give it back saying they have proof but not telling me what their proof is. They cant have proof because I NEVER SMOKED IN THE ROOM! Hikton says its up to the hotel. Well, hopefully, my credit card will reverse the charge.

Nothing says "refreshing stay" like drying off with something the size of a napkin. The remote control didn't work because the batteries were dead (a nice throwback to 1998), and the body wash in the shower was completely empty. Had to go back and request soap like I was bartering for rare goods. Now, let's talk about the lobby situation--which appeared to be staffed by exactly one human being for the entire building. Shoutout to Ray, who was somehow juggling a line of guests checking in, people demanding towels, broken room keys, and--my personal favorite--a full-blown "room key shortage." Yes, apparently keys are now a limited resource. Despite the chaos, Ray was genuinely pleasant and impressively patient, which is the only reason this review isn't just a string of exclamation points. Now, breakfast. I went down at 8:30, which I thought was a reasonable, adult time. Apparently not. The selection was... minimal, and by minimal I mean "are we closing?" The highlight? A sign proudly declaring "this is how we roll" placed directly above an empty cinnamon roll case. Bold. Inspiring. Slightly insulting. Overall, if you enjoy scavenger hunts for basic amenities, ironic breakfast signage, and the thrill of possibly not getting a room key, this is your place. Ashley at the front desk was a joy to be around and speak to about any minor things you may need etc. They have a microwave and fridge, an outdoor pool, and a fitness center. They also have a laundry room if you need to wash your clothes. They provide breakfast in the morning. Speaking of breakfast, their biscuits were the BEST. So soft and fluffy every single time. I think this will be our preferred hotel when we come in town.

The worse part was the guy placed parents in a room on one side of me and two kids too young to be in a room alone on the other side of me. Then gave them the keys to the car. Let's say there were at least 30 "beeps" to confirm the doors were locked or they were running to charge their laptop there. Including a kid argument outside my door at 2:15 a.m. There was also a small dog in the next room down-but didn't bark often. I felt safe here and would stay again. Convenient to 75. Seven miles N of Buccee's, too.
