Here we go ;) Had 40 min fo dinner @ Wartown, & saw the Chilis- Honestly hit the spot, better than expected, bar area was v clean and straight; bartender was bustin er b___, no one was missin anything; She was present and did not confuse a single order (per the reviews :) The B.Mary was slightly above avg, Ordered a salad no less; The Ancho Salmon Caesar Salad Honestly came in v nicely. V plump salmon filet was bewitching. Maybe too many croutons, what u gonna do? They don't skimp on the Caesar dressing fo sure; just know, in case u were looking for a lighter salad or diet. The bar area was v comfortable w multiple wides playing separate games. All staff were hardworking & polite. read more

First we were yelled at thankfully not to use the front door due to projectile Linda Blair vomit all in the vestibule! That should have been our sign to turn around...the host sits us at the booth right next to the entrance with the lovely biohazard bag resting hust about the back rest of the booth! Second red flag...i ask the waiter to be moved as the smell is pretty atrocious. I ask him if we can sit in his section still and he seats us. We were going to try their new nachos but they "just ran out." Which is fine considering the food we did order tasted like I wanted to puke on my way out too...The food was so...over cooked and greasy. We got the trio it was awful. I hope your waiter can get another job somewhere because he was awesome! I only saw one dead roach by the bathroom so there's that...Needless to say chilis is about to follow its brother ocharleys out the door...and out of business....get a frozen pizza and some beer from the gas station you'll have a better experience read more

Greeted and seated quickly, drink order took and brought over quickly as well. The food came shortly after everything piping hot except the big mouth bites they were lukewarm. The food was good Sprite was crispy overall decent Sunday lunch. We received to go sprites but it tasted like club soda, so we left that on the table. If I could give zero stars I would give negative -5 stars. This is the second time this month service was horrible. Would they want to be served their plate like this. The cook needs to be fired and management instead of socializing on their personal phone they should learn better leadership skills. read more

Won't be going back!!!!! Waiter didn't listen and I had to correct her on each item I ordered. Now I'm feeling nausea bc I told her chicken only quesadilla and she gave me bacon. My greatest compliment is for our server Rod. He stayed on top of his section and my observation is there was not one table left to want. I was totally impressed how he interacted with an elderly woman who was by herself dining. He crouched down next to her to take her order that was incredibly respectful. This location of Chili's has drastically turned around when they first opened it was a train wreck. It now seems that they have a staff that knows what they're doing and is happy to work there last two times. I've been customer service and food have been excellent. Let's hope it stays that way. Visiting from Utah. It's been awhile since I've had a good chicken quesadilla salad at Chili's...until I went to the one in Warner Robins. We sat at the bar, it was a Sunday night. This review might be outdated, but felt I had to comment. This was the worst managed restaurant I had--or have--ever seen. I gave it one star for the tasty food quality, and that doesn't guarantee all entrees are competently prepared. Can't comment on that. We only went once and never returned. We showed up during the standard dinner time. No one was manning the reception, and a number of servers walked by and did nothing to rectify the situation. After about ten minutes, finally someone came out of the kitchen and finally seated us, but made no apology. Then we sat at the table for what seemed like forever before someone came to take care of us. That someone was the bartender, who had to go get someone to wait on us. Tables were not getting bused, and had old plates and trash on them. There was a huge wall mirror on one wall near us; it was filthy. When we finally got our food and had been ready to leave for some time, the bartender again had to go find our server to get us the check. We did see the manager one time during the meal. She was chatting amiably with servers and not ensuring anything was getting done. Like I said, the food was good (not great) but not worth dealing with the rest of the circus that was going on. My last three visits have all been consistently bad. Service is extremely slow. It's like they have one person doing certain jobs for example one person talking drink orders, another delivering the drinks, then a completely different person taking your food order and then another person delivering food and it continues is same order until paying your bill. This method is nothing but a total disaster. Food is good but service is a complete disaster. Sad to say it will never improve. read more

Joined the waitlist and it said 15-25 minutes. Waited over 45 minutes. Lady came in with a party of 9 and asked me how long the wait was for us. The hostess got her info down and sat that party and another party ahead of us when I watched BOTH parties put their info in. He told me parties were ahead of us when I saw him clear our name out of the iPad. Don't lie to customers especially when they are the ones who are going to be tipping you. Finally got seated, asked the waiter for an extra plate for my son and saw him walking around talking to other staff. My son used a napkin for his food since he was sharing. Manager came over and looked right at him and didn't offer him a plate. The waiter finally came over and realized he forgot after my son was 1/2 way done. The best person at this restaurant was the guy who brought out our drinks and food. From start to finish it was a nightmare. No clue why they have a "waitlist" if they aren't going to go down it. Just to be clear, the only reason I'm giving the place a 2 star rating is because our server was very nice and the experience wasn't entirely her fault It seemed like everything that could go wrong with the food, went wrong. My buddy ordered a Dr Pepper and he kept getting Diet Coke. This happened multiple times and the drink had to be sent back. Another one of the guys I was with ordered a medium steak and the steak was practically mooing on his plate. I ordered the brisket quesadilla and it just wasn't good at all. The flavor was bad, the cheese was burnt on to the tortilla. My Coke Zero was the highlight of the night. read more

I went to this place twice for lunch and every time me and my wife went. Their service were outstanding. We was greeted and seated fast. They practice social distance and we will continue to visit for their good food. The management and servers were phenomenal. OMG 3 visits all with long waits and lots of empty tables with "protection" that can be used. The turn around is terrible. I rather drive to Macon and get seated immediately. Service is slow and the acoustics makes it hard to hear the waiters. I love the franchise but this is bad here. Don't tell me that leaving 3 tables open for COVID makes this wait so long. Get a buser to clean tables or extra staff to keep up with cleaning tables or just fire your lazy hostesses... slowww as molasses. Food so far is good the services to get the food is awful. read more

This place does not even deserve the one star I am required to give. Waited 15 minutes to place a drink order. Got our drinks after having to ask twice for them. Food order was placed 17 minutes after drinks. We waited another 40 minutes for food. Had to ask several times for food.Finally told server we were leaving and was told food was headed out. Chicken was cold, fries were hot, half of our order was missing or wrong and had to ask several times for missing items. Server was not very attentive. I base tip on performance and service! When I have to ASK for a drink refill multiple times that isn't quality service! Asked server if they were understaffed and she replied no, why do you ask? Probably won't return. Very sad since this establishment hasn't been opened a year yet. read more

Disappointing. There was confusion about getting a table, even after we'd been notified after waiting 15 minutes that a table was ready. Who's running the show here? They got my order wrong when I ordered Salmon Caesar Salad but I got chicken instead. To their credit, the chicken was very tasty. But the salad itself was pretty skimpy; basically just lettuce. And for some reason it came out dry, so I had to wait another 5 minutes for 2 little dressing cups. No quality control on the line. At least my Stella beers were nice and cold. And my wife's Smokehouse Combo 3 was really good. The corn was the star of the show. Probably won't be back, unfortunately. read more

Excellent service, food, and drinks. Very happy with the service we received less than an hour before close. Highly recommend this Chili's!
