They get a 1 star because the place was clean. Customer service was horrible from the server and manager. I served 11 years in the military and go out every Veterans Day and today was by far the worst. A couple was seated after us and the server went to take they order first and then ours. She went to the table in front of us 3x to see if they needed anything and never asked us. I wanted chips and dip added to my order but didn't get it because she never came back to the table. We waited over an hour to get in which is understandable due to recently opening. Social distance is not practiced! We were a table of 4 with a baby. We were seated next to a table of 6 that was not a foot away and the next table was not a foot away with a table of 5. Did not feel comfortable at all! She ordered a salad that took forever to be delivered. When the salad came, she ordered onion rings. When they never came, server told her they didn't have onion rings. I visited this establishment twice this week. My first visit was Monday. From the beginning it was not pleasant. The hostess was very rude when I was trying to get seated. I got in line on the app to expedite the process. I came inside to check in and see my place in line. I was instead overlooked and had 3 customers helped and seated before me, even though I was waiting before them. When I stated I was there before them, she told me that they were getting seated because their table was ready. That shouldn't matter. You should be helped in the order you came in. That gave me bad vibes already. After that, the meal was good. My 2nd visit was last night. This time, the check in process was much better! The hostess was very friendly. I'm unsure of her name, but she was the corporate trainer. We were seated at our table and greeted by another hostess who told us the server would be with us shortly. The server came, took drink orders and we waited for the rest of our party to arrive. Our other guests arrived and we were ready to order. Mid way through ordering the waitress said she would be right back. Right in the middle. The system was rebooting and we were unable to order. There was no alternate way to take our order. We were unable to order on the kiosk either. I feel this was very inconvenient. Once the system was back up, she finished taking our order. After that point, we didn't see much of our waitress at all. She seemed to be the only person waiting tables. Other people brought our food, other people cleared the table, other people even refilled our drinks. This was just absurd by the end of dinner. I understand the restaurant was short staffed, but there were too many people standing around and walking around not doing anything to help out. Many employees were on their cell phones and walking back and forth. One staff member, Sarah, who was a hostess, was AMAZING. She made our night a little better by constantly checking on us and making sure we had what we need. I will most likely not visit this establishment again any time soon. Getting started, our server had no idea what she was doing from the start. We were willing to overlook this as the restaurant has only been open for a short time and a lot of OJT goes on. We ordered and sat for what seemed over a half hour and watched folks that came in after us getting served. I mentioned this to her and lo and behold about four minutes later our food came out. This was at total disaster as my medium steak was well done and cold and my wife's ribs were so dry that we thought we saw dust when she cut into them. This was our second time there and it was a complete opposite of our first visit. We waited for or server to appear again and asked about our chocolate chip cookie and told her to hold the ice cream and we would need a to go box. I am so happy to have Chili's in Warner Robins! I have eaten there several times since they opened. The hostesses have always been super friendly and helpful. I didn't understand the waiting system the first time I went and a very helpful hostess, explained the system and wait times. Servers have always been very knowledgeable about the menu. I've given this location more than one chance to get things right and they consistently fall short. It's always the same manager with poor managerial skills. They are slow and dishonest about it. If you can tell me you're short of help and behind once I arrive, you can tell me that when you lie that it will be ready in 20 minutes. 3rd time I've sat in the pick up spot for 45 minutes waiting on an order I placed 40 minutes prior. Tables were not being cleared off I place a to go order that took 45 minutes. While I was waiting I went into the bar area to have a drink I was absolutely ignored deliberately by the bartender and the manager and was not allowed to have a drink while I waited for my order. Very disappointed!!! I came to this restaurant because I was told their chili was good. I started eating and to my surprise, there was paper in the bottom of the bowl. They took the chili off of our bill. It was not busy but it took a long time for our other food to arrive. Once it did everything we ordered was not tasty at all. I ordered the Texas cheese fries and the cheese was so cold that when you pulled the fries up everything came off of it. I don't know if finding paper in the chili threw my taste buds off. Our server was not attentive. We had to ask other servers for drink refills. This was not the experience that I was hoping for. Well, I'm disappointed with the quality of the sides that came with my dry rub ribs. The french fries were limp as if they;d been cooked way before the ribs were done. The corn on the cob was as mushy as creamed corn, but still on the cob. Way over boiled in hot water and seems as though it was left in the pot to keep it warm. The dry rub ribs were just ok, tender, but lacking much flavor. The curbside service person was pleasant, but initially only brought out 1 of 3 orders and seemed a bit puzzled. She returned with the rest, but I checked the order while still onsite bo be sure it was correct. The restaurant was not particularly busy, as it was about 2pm Easter Sunday. It was puzzling to me that prices aren't posted in the online menu, & the food receipt had no item prices or even a total for the bill. I had a really good experience both times I've gone. My hostess was nice and attentive and got us seated early way before our estimated time. Finally went tonight. Needless to say, I was very disappointed! Wait was not long at all. Drink was good and our waitress was.... At first, I thought she was pretty awesome and then.... She was just there for her money. They brought our appetizer platter to the wrong table and I watched one of the girls eat off of it and then returned it to the kitchen because it was not their order. The waitress came and asked us what was wrong with the platter. I advised her that the guy brought it to the wrong table and not to us. Before she walked off, I kindly advised her that I did not want that platter back after sitting there watching the girl eat off of it. She assured me it was not going to be the same platter. Maybe 5 mins later she brought a platter. I again asked.... "This is not that same platter correct?" She reassured me it was not. As I got to the boneless chicken, it was a little cold so when the manager walked by I asked him a general question... "On a night like tonight, how long would it take the kitchen to make a platter such as this one?" His response was about 10 mins. Save your money and go elsewhere. We typically love Chili's but this establishment at Warner Robins Georgia is absoluteshit. We ordered the brisket quesadilla and boss burger and very disappointed with each. My husband opened up the quesadilla to find only cheese and was cold and my burger was a soggy mess/cold with a side of also sloppy street corn. I ended up calling to speak with a manager because it was horrible quality for $30 worth of food and my husband was still hungry and wanted what he had ordered. The manager Trevor offered to redo the quesadilla and said he would throw in a cookie for the inconvenience which is kinda crap since unfortunately went back home to find the exact same situation with there being no brisket in the quesadilla. Will not be returning here ever again. Seems as though no effort is being made at all with the food. Wish I would of just got money back instead of a reorder.
