Terrible Takeout Experience: Lost Order, Overpriced, and Rude Staff Rating: My Experience I stopped by for a simple pick-up order, but right out of the gate they told me "DoorDash needs to come in" I'm not Door dash this was my personal order. Once someone finally came to the window, they informed me my order had already been given away. They asked me to park in spot #1 and promised to remake it and bring it out. When I got home, I realized they barely remade anything: - The grilled chicken burrito looked like a mini burrito - The two "large" loaded quesadillas had all the filling clustered in the middle what there was of them. Leaving nearly two-inch-wide bare tortilla rims. - All of the items had so little meat - you can say they didn't have any meat in them. - They forgot to include my bag of chips & salsa entirely. That $62.60 tab felt like daylight robbery for sub-par portions and missing items. Why I'm Leaving This Review - My order was given away by mistake, then "remade" without quality control. - Portions were embarrassingly small compared to the price. - Key items (chips & salsa) were missing. - Calling to complain felt impossible--staff interrupted me, went on the defensive, hung up, and left me on hold without warning. Final Thoughts I understand mistakes happen, but the complete lack of accountability, rude phone interaction, and substandard food make it clear they don't value customers. I won't be back, and I wouldn't recommend this spot if you actually want to get what you paid for. Surcheros is Warner Robbins' newest restaurant, which opened on August 20th. Since day 1, the parking lot has been filled to capacity every time my husband and I drive past. We decided to wait a week for the excitement to die down before trying the Tex-Mex restaurant. Our first visit was on a Wednesday night. The parking lot was packed, but we managed to find a spot. The ambiance was vibrant. There were several tables filled with large groups enjoying their meals. They also have outdoor seating available. When we walked in, the line of patrons was wrapped around, so I figured we would be waiting long and that they might possibly run out of something before we make it to the front, like Chipotle always does. Neither of my thoughts was true. The line moved efficiently, and while waiting, it gave us time to decide what we would order. My husband ordered a grilled chicken salad, and I ordered a Veggie salad both in a taco bowl. I loved the many fresh toppings that we had to choose from and the base we had an option of romaine lettuce, iceberg or spinach. They offered several sauces, so I tried the southwestern vinegarette and the surcheros sauce. I didn't realize I could have gotten the veggies grilled in the sauce until afterward. Next time, I will get the grilled veggies. A bag of fresh chips came with each meal and 1 beverage per order. This restaurant offers great value for a fresh made meal. The taco bowl was cute, but it was small, and therefore, my salad was extra small. Also, I didn't eat the bowl since I had the chips. The sauces were decent. Customer service was five stars, everyone on the staff was friendly and professional. My food was 4 stars, I loved the freshness of all the veggies on my Veggie salad. Nothing was very flavorful for me. The guacamole just tasted like smashed avocado, and the pico pico de gallo was bland as well. Food was fine. I left a tip though then realized they added in ~10% gratuity automatically! I left a %20 tip for absolutely nothing. The service team was awesome, and the establishment was bright and clean. I ordered a carnitas bowl since I am a first timer at this establishment. Honestly speaking, I was not a fan of the carnitas which was overly salted and then some more. The veggies were fresh, but the carnitas so overly seasoned that the bowl itself was basically inedible. As someone who's ancestors may have coined the term "Your food is not seasoned unless you're sneezing" I can say the carnitas was straight high blood pressure causing. Eat with caution. read more

Food is very good. Staff was very nice and friendly. Restaurant looks clean and nice to eat inside. It's expensive but worth it. I got the loaded quesadilla with chicken, a large cheese dip and the dessert smores quesadilla. It was all very delicious and good. Only complaint I have is the large cheese dip is $6.99 but doesn't look very large. Lol. read more
