Everything was excellent from the start to the end. Courteous staff and quick service. We had the shrimp a la diabla and it was delicious. And also the asada steak with rice beans and salad. Add a glass of sangria and your dinner is amazing. Five stars for this hidden jewel in Perry. read more

I have been only a few times since it is not close to my home. The times I did eat there it was a good experience and the food was delish!

Best Mexican restaurant in Middle GA, hands down. The staff is amazing and the food is even more amazing. Menu items you won't find at other places. Ask for Jose to be your server!! The only thing about this location is that it is pretty small, and usually is very busy during dinner time. Worth the wait! read more

The Margaritas are excellent and the food delicious. Izora, our server was friendly & efficient. She is an asset to your establishment. The prices are also reasonable. read more

I read the reviews of the other Jalisco and thought this one would be fine, it wasn't. Just hoping I don't get sick from eating here. Food had very obviously been reheated in the microwave. Rice was dry, flavorless, and had harder chunks like it was sitting out. Didn't even like my taco and it's hard to mess up a taco. Bathrooms are at the end of a large hallway that's also being used as a storage closet for cleaning supplies and the toilets looked like they were falling apart. Don't go here! read more

This was the worst Carne Asada I have ever had. Thin and overcooked to the point I could not eat it. I was with a group so I did not complain but I will not go back. read more

My wife and I have enjoyed lunch here numerous times. The food is excellent and the service is outstanding. We look forward to eating here in the near future. read more

Can be hit or miss with service. We frequent this place mainly for the location. Food is always served hot and quick.

Hhhmmm 2/3...and not cheap either. I was literally scared going into the bathroom with broken flickering lights and was ready for a horror movie scene of being abducted or something. That's where the 2 comes from. The food actually was ok and chips/salsa hot and fresh so that's where the 3 comes from. It's literally off the highway exit so convenient but in Wal-Mart lot with cadre of the typical low end stores so make your decision wisely. I didn't necessarily feel safe in parking lot either. Business owner can make easy improvements to the place. read more

I went there and the food was disgusting 0/10 it's was dry the "carne asada" was nasty the meet tasted so bad the service was 3/10 he was so weird and as soon as we stopped talking he left and we wanted to ask for more the place was dirty it just wasn't right DEFINITELY WOULDN'T GO THERE AGAIN!!!! 0/100 over all read more

Not a good experience. Went around lunch time and we were the ONLY ones there. We left when wife found a hair in her food.

Great food and service. I don't remember the dish that I ordered, but it was delicious. Their margaritas were wonderful, and they Did Not Use a Mix. I want to go again and bring more friends. read more

First I love Mexican food!!! This place is always good! Went for valentines and ordered a house special! It was busy that night so food wasn't as fast but it's always worth the wait!! A great hometown favorite for sure!!! But Mexican is good any night really! The staff is always friendly! Will probably be back in a few days!! read more

I would not recommend this restaurant. I had a bug in my salad. This was noticed when waitress set plate on table. I asked for a new salad and another bug. A non flying, gnat or juvenile fly came of salad again. My family and myself lost their appetites. Only half of everyone's food was eaten. I requested that we not be responsible for the bill. The manager refused and stated he gave me more than an appropriate discount by taking off salad which was not eaten. He finally offered to settle at a 20 dollar bill after other customers came in standing behind me. I just hope we don't get sick. read more

Overall good. Coke and chips and salsa were great. The cheese dip was good, but they didn't put the jalapeños in the dip, they came on the side. The grilled chicken was a little bland, but was OK. We would go back! read more

I have come to the realization that I like Mexican restaurants for lunch because I don't feel guilty ordering a beer at 11:40AM! Jalisco was a random stop on the road trip down to Florida. Service was really good, friendly and fast. My friend had the chicken chilaquiles and I asked if a Chile Poblano dinner special could be sized and priced for lunch and they worked it out for me. It is great to see a staff, kitchen and management team that are willing to accommodate their patrons. Food was A-OK, would definitely come back if in the area again. read more

I'll begin by confessing a bias for Mexican food of any quality. It's like sex. Even if it's bad, it's still pretty good. So having said that, Jalisco is along the lines of a Craigslist hook-up. You can eat Mexican here, but there's more to the story. If you'd like a little vibe or ambiance with your meal eat elsewhere. Nothing about this interior is clean, thought out or compelling. It's all rough from the water stained drop ceiling to the greasy floor tiles. The food is acceptable, but the environs make you wonder. Bathrooms, no way. Wait to pee at Waffle House. I think my kid summed it up. When he said, "this is like an old abandoned place where all the people mumble when they talk." Nailed it. If you're looking for dirty and quick, it'll work. If you want to leave feeling good about your choices...move on. read more

The best Mexican we have had in a LONG time! Great flavors and all was hot. Service was excellent and fast. We recommend the Chimichangas (one beef tips, one chicken) and the #3 combo. Also the salsa was excellent. read more

Good Mexican food. Guacamole was great, enchiladas good. Flan did have a spoiled smell so we did not eat it but everything else was good. Chile relleno was not what I traditionally know chili rellenos to be like - just a strip of mild overlooked pepper in sauce. I recommend the tacos and enchiladas. Meat has a good flavorful taste. Good service. read more

Wife and I only go here when we go visiting her brother's country cabin. The first time we went, we were taken here by brother John and his wife. Man , I freaked when I saw the bleak ancient strip center this place sits in. I just knew that ptomaine was in my immediate future, and hugging the ceramic bathroom god would be my activity of the night. Ah relief! This hole-in-the-wall 90 frackin' minutes from 285 has the BEST shrimp burritos on the face of the earth. Never mind the beans, never mind the rice. Pile on avocado slices and salsa and send yo' mouth way south of the border, ole'! read more

The food is authentic but the service is terrible. The wait staff has no clue. The carnitas plate was good but when I asked for corn tortillas instead of flour that was brought originally, they never arrived. I had to send my daughters quesadillas back because they were full of onions and peppers and hardly any chicken. The cheese dip was good as was the salsa. I would not recommend this place, it's too frustrating to deal with staff this bad read more

Had the shrimp, chicken&steak over rice with a cheese sauce . Very good !! This was too short for yelp so im adding yada yada yada.

This place is awesome. Great food, fresh ingredients. Loved their frozen margarita! Friendly staff and great service.

Nice service. Salsa was also good. Xx was good..=) I dont like the ground beef they use in enchaladas....i forgot to order chicken...and enchalada sauce: no bueno. Corn tortilla on enchalada was kinda hard.. Tamale was alright. I did like the mexican cheese they used melted on top. Over all...i Wouldnt suggest this place. Sorry. read more

Good food, the best Mexican in the area. Needs to improve the air quality in the restaurant though. Good service and reasonable price.

Little hole in the wall restaurant but one of the best around! I have eaten here almost very Sunday for years and have never had a bad meal. The wait staff is super nice and will go out of there way to accommodate you. Among the best dishes are the arroz a la parilla (house special), sincronizada, and chimichangas. Definitely worth trying out. read more

Great staff and great food. The only problem I have with this restaurant is that every time I visit, the drinks taste like a cleaning product.
