This is a hidden gem amongst the many restaurants in the general area. Upon walking in we were greeted by their friendly staff. The restaurant is small so it fills up fast. There is a sizable bar area, a perfect place to meet up for drinks. Customer service is excellent. Our waitress was amicable and attentive. Chips and salsa were brought to the table shortly after being seated. I love their salsa, kinda spicy like i prefer and the chips are good too. They have a nice drink selection, but my husband and I both went with the Salsas's Margarita, it was made well and we both enjoyed our drinks. My entrée was the veggie fajitas, fresh perfectly grilled veggies which comes with flour tortillas and a side of beans and rice. My meal was delicious, definitely one of the best vegetarian Mexican meals I've had. My husband had the shrimp fajitas which he enjoyed. The picky eater of the group my son had the chicken and shrimp, he ate all his food so that is a sign that he enjoyed it. We love this place!! This is a Mexican Restaurant. We are officially regulars at this establishment. Food tastes fresh, great flavor, food is quick to come out and its not greasy. The place is clean and its a nice variety of music. Its nice to come in and get a variety of spanish music classics and new age spanish music. The drinks have been delicious here not a typical cheap tasting margarita. Staff is friendly and on point with your meal. So far I have not had a disappointing night here. I have gotten the Quesadilla Texan (chicken, steak and shrimp), Donkey, carnitas, flan and cheese dip. Love them all! We have recommended this place to a few people and so far good feedback. Had a party of 8 for dinner today. Server seemed to rush us in the beginning since we had to wait on 3 people to arrive. This began to set the tone for the rest of the night. Food comes out , cold house specials. Had to ask them to be reheated. Constantly asking for refills , no extra napkins given , really no out the park service. Food quality was poor. Quesadilla was unseasoned and cheese had dried up. House special with nachos was piss poor. The only good experience we had was margs. We let our server know that we weren't please but she simply brushed us off and took the plates. Didn't offer any suggestions to fix the situation( tip was included so she probably didn't care ). We had to ask another server to bring the manager. He went to go work out details with our server which she denies most of the things we were saying. I chose to not take a discount ($97) but simply pay and let that be my last dollar given to their business. When checking out I motioned for the manager to give my receipt back and he began to go back and forth with me. Saying " if you would just communicate and you just want to skip the line" ( please know we were the only group at the front for checkout) I tell the manager I don't want to argue , let me pay so I can leave. I don't appreciate going back and forth with managers. Overall a terrible experience and we will not be back. El bronco will keep our business. read more

Salsas food truck came to our job for FTF so I figured I would give them a try. I ordered the carne asada fries which came with fries topped with grilled steak, queso, pico de Gallo, and guacamole. I was a little disappointed the fries were very soggy and even with all this stuff on top they were a little bland. I think if the steak and guac were seasoned better the plate would have been amazing. With it lacking flavor and texture though it just didn't do it for me. I will probably try them again in the future. I just need to order something else and maybe dine in at their actual restaurant. read more

Food: I ordered the Asada (steak). It was served up sizzling on a bed of green peppers and onions. It also came with rice, beans, and guacamole. I thought the food was very good. Atmosphere: The restaurant was clean, but there were lots of flies buzzing around. They should install one of those blowers to keep the flies out. Customer Service: Great customer service. 5 Stars. Especially for Warner Robins, this place puts El J's to shame. The décor is tasteful, the staff is wonderful and is full of charisma....and...the food is the bomb. They are about 1.5 miles from the Russell Gate of Robins AFB and they give 10% military discount. The chicken, pork and meat is always tender, rice is yummy, and I can't wait to try the other things on the menu. The prices are also great, especially for lunch! read more

This place is amazing! I got the tamales and they were soooo good. It's authentic Mexican food and it is definitely now my favorite place to eat in Warner Robins. As far as appearance the outside of the build is bright and beautiful. Very clean and makes you want to go inside. The inside is very inviting and warm. The employees were nice and very prompt. If anyone is looking for a great Mexican restaurant to eat at during this pandemic you need to try this place. I've been to a couple of restaurants and this one by far follows CDC guidelines. They all wear masks, gloves, use disposable menus, do not use salt and pepper shakers, and are extremely careful. If you ask for salt to put on the chips they put some in a small cup. If you haven't tried it, it's a must to take a break from cooking. If you follow them on fb they also have a food truck that goes to different neighborhoods. read more

Unusually slow service, especially on a Tuesday. The server took forever to come back when we asked for an additional minute to allow our late arriving guests to decide, then the food took forever to arrive and when it did, my order was wrong. The fix took another long time during which the rest of my party finished their meals. Finally it was time for the check to arrive and the server didn't split the check as requested and so another wait was required for her to fix it. Drinks ran dry repeatedly and for a restaurant named Salsa's - we ran out of salsa twice. I hope the other manager comes back because this is unusual service failures for our otherwise favorite Mexican restaurant. read more

I'll start by saying a compliment. The food is delicious and the California burrito has a great pound for dollar value compared to other restaurants of the like. Now, one might be asking if that's the case, why 3 stars? Well to make it short, I ordered the same meal 3 times, and received a different price all 3 times. The manager came out and assisted the second and third time but, regardless, their selection system is either completely flawed, or perfectly designed to rip-off unsuspecting (potentially inebriated) customers. My last receipt stated a $1.00 charge for "no meat" because I don't eat meat. This now leads me to believe the latter. I've now ordered from two other Mexican restaurants in the area where both changed the price from what I was quoted on the phone to the new price I received at the counter. Note, their California burrito comes with a wonderful serving of unquestionably quintessential queso, so what happened to my first order..? Get all info when your order, who you spoke to, price, etc., and audibly record it if you can. read more

I just had the worst experience ever at this establishment and it's unfortunate because the food is good. I tried calling my order in because I had my little baby with me. Everytime I've called, it goes to voicemail without ringing but I knew they were open because their Facebook page informed that their dining area was open. I arrived to the restaurant and there was a sign to pull around for pick up orders. I wanted to avoid getting out the car but there weren't any further instructions. I found an employee out back who told me that the areas where the cones were, I can pull in and run in to place my order. I never intended to stay in because I had my baby. I pulled behind another car whom also went into the restaurant to wait on her order. I placed my order and a guy, I assume is the manager, asked me was that my car and told me "you need to move your car, you're blocking the drive thru". It wasn't so much of what he said but his tone was extremely rude and condescending. I tried to explain that his own employee told me I can pull up there and I just needed to place an order cause their phones weren't working (which they informed me, it means they're busy") anyway he was NOT trying to hear me out, he continued to talk over me in his loud and condescending tone. Although very agitated at this point, I continued to complete my order and I asked about the 1st responder discount. He told me multiple times that it didn't exist and it's not on the site (see attached picture). I left very agitated but after realizing I had a choice to go to El Bronco, I requested a refund. I called in to El Bronco and the nice lady on the phone instructed me what to do after I've placed a phone order and informed me that there will be a person whom will get my name and park me and bring the food out so that I won't have to get out the car. OMG!! I have lived in Mexico, Texas, and Cali. I have struggled to find good, authentic Mexican food. I ordered dinner for the family through Doordash for my daughter's birthday and the food was sooooo good. I got tamales and I am a tamale snob and these were so good. The meat inside was like slow cooked roast or tenderloin, tender and tasty. I ordered the three huge steak burritos for the men and chicken quesadillas for my daughter. Everyone loved what they got. I was very pleasantly surprised since most of the "Mexican" food in this area is pretty bland. Our server was funny, sweet, and fast. Great food. As you would expect from a restaurant named salsas, the salsa is wonderful. We both had the "combination A" that consists of a burrito, an enchilada, a tostada, and a taco. Our service was great as well. Our server was Corina, very friendly and professional. As a former server myself I am very particular regarding these things. Diner for two was 23 dollars, very reasonable considering the quality of the food and the service. We will definitely be returning to this restaurant. One of my favorites in town. read more

My wife & I have eaten here several times, but today was not a pleasant experience at all. I ordered a combination plate as usual. I received my food promptly as usual and started to eat it, when I noticed a urine taste/smell in the beef enchiladas. I then tried the beef taco and the same smell/taste applied as well. I asked my wife to check the food smell and taste, and she said something was wrong with it. I notified the waiter and advised something was wrong with the food and he said "you're kidding, right?" I advised him I was not kidding and he went and got another associate to see me. The other associate asked what was wrong and I told him the food was no good, and had an awful taste. He asked did I want another plate or something else and I told him I didn't. He said he would check the food in the back for any problems. The remainder of the time I sat while my wife finished her food and not once did the staff come back to check on us for refills or anything. When the waiter did come back he brought our bill and said you can pay up front. No apologies for my bad experience, no offer for a carry out box for my wife. He just put the bill on the table and left. When we went up front to pay, the associate that came over earlier that I told the food was bad, offered no apology or anything to retain our business. This was my last visit to this place. It was bad enough that the food was bad, but to not even be courteous enough to make sure my wife was taken care of afterwards with refills & a carry out box was the straw that broke the camels back to tell me how unappreciative they are to their regular customers. read more
