We had a very disappointing experience. Our order was made incorrectly, and when we brought it to their attention, the staff refused to acknowledge or fix the mistake. There was no accountability and no effort to provide good customer service. It felt like there was little pride in the quality of the food or the overall experience. My order was incorrect. The food was bland. Once I notified the young lady that I ordered chicken and shrimp fajitas but was given chicken and steak, she first said they were out of shrimp. If that was the case shouldn't she have told me and given me the option to order something else? Of course but that wasn't the case bc next she said my manager said we can do the shrimp but it will be an up charge. Why would I pay for your mistake? I love to give a good review, in this case I can only give a mediocre one. Upon walking in the restaurant there was an odd smell, not super pleasant when coming to eat. The restroom door didn't have a lock on it and it just needed a little TLC to be comforting in there. It was clean though so that helps some. The half price drinks are a nice perk but the drinks themselves were sub par. I only ordered one frozen strawberry margarita and it was not worth ordering another. The waiter was nice. Not overly friendly but still kind. Our kids enjoyed their orders. The food was good, not great just very basic and average. I hate to say it but it's not somewhere I plan to visit again. We brought our parents here after church it was already 1:30 in the afternoon we figured it would be a good place to come and have a wonderful Mexican meal. Unfortunately we waited a very very long time in the front and nobody came to help us. My Husband had to walk through the restaurant to find somebody, Strange because they weren't busy at all, they had one big party that was finishing up they had already done their bill and we're just talking. The bar had a couple people but most of the restaurant was empty. We finally found a waitress and she grabbed menus and finely sat us at a booth. a young man came and gave us chips and salsa he was very friendly and nice, we never saw another person come back to the table, we waited a good 15 minutes or more, we then saw four gentlemen get seated across from us and right away a very young Hispanic waitress went and took THIEIR order! We couldn't understand why nobody was waiting on us? we were just sitting quietly waiting, when I spoke up and asked the young waitress if we could be waited on? She looked over at me and laughed and turned back around toward patrons! At that time,the waitress that had originally sat us walked up and asked if we were ready to order? REALLY? By this time we were already getting up ready to leave, I shared our unhappiness with her. I can't believe how downhill this restaurant's gone we really liked coming here with our friends But I have to say, We will Not be recommending this restaurant any longer, nor will We ever come back. I understand help is hard to find these days but that's not the problem this time. I witnessed at least four people working! Good drink special. Think there was 1 or 2 other parties in the restaurant and the service was still very scarce. Only accepting cash that day. I ended up paying for the drink for the guy next to me- he missed the sign that it was cash only that day and they didn't tell him till after he ordered a drink. Could tell he felt embarrassed. Had a sketchy (worker? Regular?) person wandering around that appeared to be strung out or something. Also, not sure how I felt about having "Blanca" listed as "name of party" on my receipt.. Went here with a group of friends after a meeting today. Arrived around 1:45 pm, food orders weren't taken for about 30 minutes. Food finally arrived after 3:00 pm. Food was cold. Service was slow at best. No refills offered on beverages. Server bussing another table spilled a large quantity of beer from a bottle on her tray that was lying on its side. Three of our group got wet, one was soaked through her sweater to the back of her dress. Had to stop other servers several times to explain what happened before manager actually appeared to address the issue ( the 3 got a 10% discount on their bills). Then when trying to checkout we were told we had to sign the receipt BEFORE the card was swiped. Who does that? Will never return to poor service and cold food! W read more

This place sucks!!!! Husband I went for dinner and cocktails. Margaritas (lime) have a funny "sweet " taste. Not sure why they would be sweet because they are suppose to be sour flavored. Maybe it's because of...cockroaches! Yes I mean it. We sat at the bar for dinner a cockroach ran across the husband's plate and down into his lap before he swatted it to the ground and tries to step on it. It didn't sue. They never do. Then the man next to it tried to step on it but only stunned it also. Moments later it scurried under a booth. By this time an employee came back behind the bar and the kind man told him about the cockroach. Now our waitress and another guy came back and the 1st guy told what them what happened. One said "oh yah probably because we leave the back door open" another said "I would have screamed" and the 3rd actually told us that they had bigger bugs there the day before!!! The waitress told us she was sorry but not very emphatically. She then told one of the guys to find the big. He did, killed and said "I'm going to show it to the manager". So we waited for the manager to come over to us. NOPE!! Only our waitress came back, said she was sorry again and offered us a free dessert. (Like we would trust the food!). We declined and she went to speak with someone and came back and told us she gave us a discount on our bill. Discount!! It should have been free!! We paid our bill, took the remaining food with us to feed the rest of the cockroach's in the dumpster and left. Disgusting place!! read more

Stopped here for late lunch on our way back to Miami. We actually were going to another place down the street that had excellent reviews but when we got there they were closed so decided to come here. The reviews here weren't as good so I was not expecting it to be as good as it turned out to be. We were a party of 9. Everyone ordered something different and everyone loved their food. I had the mixed fajitas which was delicious. My husband had a burrito, enchilada and chile relleno combination platter and he also said his was delicious. The complimentary chips and salsa were perfect. The chips were warm and tasted fresh. The salsa was very good. A little spicy but not too much. Service was also great. I was a little disappointed with the flavor, it was bland and I had to ask twice for hot sauce. The salsa didn't taste fresh or homemade, and also offered little spice. The cheese sauce was average. The food wasn't terrible, but it wasn't great either. I ate everything on my plate, but I did not lick it clean.
