I came over for food & drinks with sissy pooh and her friend after cussing a neighbor out real good. Yeah, she real nosey. It was long overdue. But maybe she has learned her lesson. I wish I could give half stars, as it's really like a 3.5. The food is really good, but the service is hit or miss. I last went on Tuesday, National Margarita Day. You would think with National Margarita Day actually falling on Taco Tuesday it would be a celebration as the planets were clearly aligned perfectly. However it appears Fajitas was the only Mexican Restaurant not celebrating. Like there were no specials at all. This restaurant was just okay. The waitress was really nice and she made the visit very enjoyable. The food was good. I didn't try any of the margaritas only because I had a long drive home. Came during happy hour so the drinks are discounted. That is good to know so whenever I return I have to make sure I take advantage of the sale. I do enjoy authentic Mexican food and this food wasn't as flavorful as I am used to. All in all it wasn't bad just wasn't what I was expecting. Came here Sunday for dinner with my family. They used to be called Margaritas so the place still the same just a name difference same ambiance. A few change to they menu when looking. I can be more of burritos person and they're a certain kind of burritos I get when I come to theses type of Mexican restaurant that's American styled. Me and bro thought we order the burritos we remember but it wasn't what we expected and the portions looked smaller but after adding the red sauce "not pictured" and my bro order another dish they said it was burritos we use to eat we was fine. Was just passing through, but would love to have the opportunity to eat here again. The complimentary chips were thin and crispy and hot out of the oven. Both the chicken and steak fajitas were tender with enough tortillas to make our way through the chicken and veggies. My husband said the steak was the highest end steak he has had in a fajita. Born and raised in Macon never visited until today after hearing the food was good. I am not a big fan of Tex Mex or "Mexican" food but this food was soooo good. The bathrooms were clean, restaurant wqs decorated so cute for Valentines, wait staff were smiling, polite, dressed in their red uniforms, the manager was awesome!! He came around greeted us, made sire the food was good, friendly smile and was checking in on his staff periodically. The team looked just as happy to be there and it showed through the service! This is my go-to restaurant whenever I want some good mexican food. My husband, Adam, thinks this is the best mexican he's ever had, and we love the margaritas and daiquiris on the menu. There are plenty of TVs to watch your favorite sports around the bar and dining area, while also being dim enough to chill and not be blinded by harsh lighting. They have a pretty great menu and I love the salsa and hot chips! The servers are occasionally hit-or-miss but tonight ours was awesome, other than that we love to come here. read more

Restaurant is just off the interstate near our hotel. Waitress was friendly and efficient. Chips came out warm and salsa was freshly made and delicious. Our party ordered the Enchiladas Carnitas and Tacos Al Pastor. Both entrees came with great sides (Rice and Beans or Rice and Guacamole Salad). The carnitas also came with fire roasted jalapeños, which were delicious! Serving's were huge and everything was fresh and excellent! Went to this restaurant tonight with a friend and the food was awful. My friend ordered wings that were fried looking like potato chips. My nachos had all the cheese at the bottom of the plate instead of on the nachos which means it set in the window and the cheese went to the bottom of the plate. I asked for them to take it back to get more cheese for the skimpy nachos and the general manager said no. I gave them back the plate and told them to eat it. They charged me for a drink that I did not drink. The general manager Lillian should take care of the customer when the food is lacking in poor taste. This restaurant has poor management and poor waitresses and the cooks need to learn how to fry wings and how to prepare a decent set of nachos. We will not patronize this restaurant ever again. Run people run away from this place. Another customer came right behind us with a takeout order that made the customer mad and she was fussing. What does that tell you?
