    Supreme Nachos and Modello Negro
    Thomas H.

Huge, let's start their the Nachos were so big. I finished it though. Not a fan of the cheese sauce but I wasn't mad at it. Plenty of meat and great service from the friendly bartender 7/10. They didn't have any IPA :( So I got a huge Modello Negro 7/10 would recommend this place but would try something else next time.

Came in on a local reco, So glad I did. Wanted a cool, lo-key, casual comfortable Locally-owned Macon spot, and got it, w all ur classic Mexi dishes. Start w the chicken soup fo sure- check out my pic; Loaded w assorted vege's, plenty avocados, and cool spices. Loved the freshness & color; probably the best soups in area; definitely a full meal. ;) So was trying to go lite and gots their taco salad. Was by no means lite or small; came fully loaded, avocado, black beans, etc. etc. I saved half fo dinner later :) Ordered soup & tamales later visit; .. .. Forget about it; U will Always have something to take something back home/hotel :) A most Generous Mexi spot in S. GA.; Will be back at the esoteric Guitarras Definitely; Def. overtip: Karla, All waitstaff super friendly, kind, knowledgeable, & busy.

Ordered the birria quesadilla, made of corn tortillas. The birria is pretty big and can split into two servings. Great ambiance and service from staff! Guacamole is also good and great starter.

I visited here tonight & I have a new go to for birria tacos. Our server was a very nice guy; hate I don't remember his name. The manager, Tasha, was nice as well. Drinks were flat, opted for water. Prices and portions are GREAT. Went on a rainy night so it wasn't packed, but they did have sports on and a low volume of tunes. -birria quesadilla $14 | 9/10 HUGE corn tortillas, full of meat & cheese -birria tacos 3 for $13 | 12/10 flour tortillas (corn option available); comes with lettuce & shredded cheese; -birria consommé (included with food) | 12/10 delicious A*; seasoned very well -guitarra bowl $13 | 4/10 replaced the black beans with refried & HORRIBLE mistake; the refried beans just weren't good to me & threw off the whole meal - table salsa & chips | 8/10 HOT, but a good taste & the chips are thin, but not too thin & were fresh every time

We are from out of town and we loved this Mexican restaurant. Food was good and the outside seating was perfect for our family of 5 ( three young boys) and I can't forget about the margaritas! They were huge. Great prices !!! And the service was great. She was super sweet.

Food is good, just prepare to wait forever. They need more servers. Third time I've been there and waited way too long.

Just OK. Don't get the enchiladas with pork on top. The drinks were not good. Besides the qqueso and salsa everything else lacked flavor

Overall, it was a pleasant enough experience. Burrito is a good choice to go with. Service was decent. I would definitely return here.

The service was quick. I placed a carry out order and received my order within 10 to 15 minutes. The entrée that I ordered is available for lunch and dinner but based upon the menu if you want to order it for dinner, there is a two dollar up charge.. Well when I ordered it, it was a six dollar up charge. Be aware of price differences and ask to confirm the price of otdered items.

Ordered…read moreenchiladas and have to say that I have done a better job making this dish at home with cheap ground beef, tortillas, and some Old El Paso seasoning in a packet. It was bland, tasteless, no spices and not sure if they forgot or are trying to save money but there was not one shred of cheese on the whole dish. I would have been much better off going to Taco Bell. Even the rice was not cooked right, it was crunchy. The wife said the margarita was watered down kool-aid. The service was also well below par. Server never came back to check until we were done with the meal and were no where to be found during it. I asked for an ice tea and never got it. My water glass was empty half way through the meal never to be refilled. When we were done I asked for the check and it never came. We sat for 10 minutes then finally just got up and went to the window to pay where we waited another 10 minutes before someone came and took my money. This was early Saturday afternoon so it's not like they were swamped. In terms of the inside, the whole place needs a full gutted rehab. Looks maybe late 80's? It had an overall dusty vibe to it, not filthy dirty but not clean either, very dusty and dingy. The booths were old and worn, lots of wear. The bar was not being used with large boxes for storage in plain view. The ceiling tiles were filthy and grimy and need at least replacement. So much potential at this location but they need to just tear the whole thing out and start completely over. Change the overall traffic flow to support the local walk in customer who wants a to go order. Spend some money on a qualified chef to revamp the menu and hire some competent wait staff. Of course, they'll never do any of this so I won't be returning anytime soon, if ever.

Parking was easy out front and we paid our $10 to get in. Kids 13+ had to pay as well. We were definitely on the early side as there were few people there (by the time we left a few hours later, it was packed!). We got a nice table with a dedicated fan that had a clear view of the stage. The space is really cool and there are also some stadium style seats with great views of the stage. The bar had everything you could want and including a good beer selection. They also allow you to bring your own food, which is a game changer. There is one food truck onsite that rotates (it was Mexican the night we were there) and a pizza place next door with great pizza. There are some TVs playing sports and a kid's area so bring the kids and dogs. Onvce the band started, it was loud, but we had a great time here catching up with friends.
