Every pot is individual with it inset into the table so there's less likelihood of spilling. You can buy everything a-la-carte, but I would suggest getting one of the packages for 1 or 2 people, and then add-on from there. All of the ingredients seem very fresh, and the sauce bar is very large and gives a lot of selections to create your own crazy concoction for dipping. Generally on the weekend, it's at least a 30 minute wait for a smaller party so be prepared. Service has always been fantastic, and they have implemented a system similar to what you see at the airports these days where you just scan a QR code, and it's tied to your table so you can order and pay directly there without having to flag people down (they are all very nice and friendly if you do happen to need to do that). One of the few places that does the sukiyaki broth, so I would highly recommend that for someone that doesn't really do spicy.
