Pork Ramen with the Yaba Kitchen broth
    Leonel P.

So myself and my family wanted something different this evening and i had the idea of Ramen. We recently came back from Houston and we went to 2 different Ramen places and both were excellent. We were hoping it would be as close or better. I must say they were pretty freaking good. We started off with the Edamame appetizer and they were salted perfectly and soft. Than my daughter had the kids shrimp plate with fried rice and fries which were good. My wife had the Smaller seafood boil that she absolutely loved and I tried it and the Cajun Mild seasoning was delicious. I had the Pork Ramen which was excellent and tasty. The ramen was good, the pork pieces were delicious and the broth perfect. Everything was cooked perfectly this evening and the service by Wyatt was also delightful . The ambiance also had a great feel and made the overall experience more authentic. We will definitely be coming back soon and thank y'all again :)

Best ramen on the Northshore. Their tonkatsu broth is amazing and the chili oil was a perfect compliment. The seafood was brilliant!!!

Food was delicious. The takoyaki was crispy and gooey in the inside. It has very good flavor. The chicken ramen in miso broth was flavorful and has good portions. I was so stuff and we didn't finish our takoyaki. My friend loves her spicy snow crab legs. One can specify spiciness of the boiled seafood. We want to try The boba tea but found out it is made with powder. That was a no go for us. Anyway, the service was good, although the gentleman who waited on us appears to be unsure and timid. All is good we got what we ordered and it was fantastic. Not very crowded, food came out fast. Small menu and mostly seafood. Should try this place

Service was excellent. Got the seafood based Yaba Kitchen ramen. The owner came around and greeted every table , which is a value these day! Definitely recommend.

    The "Yaba" pork ramen

I'm kind of picky about my ramen, lived in Japan for four years and got used to the real deal, more on that later. First off the folks here are super nice, excellent service. The place is cozy, hard to believe it was a Bud's Broiler because it's really nice inside. Now the Ramen..... I've been here twice, got two different types of ramen both times the broth lacking salt, and flavor. The noodles were soft and not that usual al dante that they should be and some of the contents were something I've never seen in ramen before. Broccoli? I have not had their boiled seafood but it sure smells good. Would I recommend the place? Yeah, sure, it's worth giving a try, I'll probably be back, I just hope they up their game a little.

Enjoyed my visit here for happy hour. We ordered the Rib Stack, Hot Honey Wings, Veggie Fried Rice,…read moreHot Honey Chicken Bao Bun, and Crispy Fish Bao Bun. Overall, everything was good. The standout for me was the veggie fried rice. It had great flavor, and I'd honestly come back for that alone. The Snake Wrangler drink was also a favorite. The only downside was the hot honey. It was very light on both the wings and the bao bun, so the flavor didn't come through as much as expected. Service was efficient and attentive. It's a nice, quaint spot with a cozy patio and indoor seating. Still a solid happy hour option, and I'd definitely return.

Started with hot sake and crispy pig ears. Perfection as always. I tried the new moon fire…read moredumplings...no steam or heat coming from them upon arrival. Try one and they are stone cold but good flavor. I asked Courtney the server if they were meant to be served room temperature (first time having so wasn't Sure). She takes the whole bowl. A nice little bit later my bowl is returned just as my tikka masala queso Is arriving. From the looks of my bowl and the broth it was nuked. Heated in the microwave which was annoying bc I wanted to try these fresh for the first time and also more importantly I ordered them with intentions of eating 2 now and taking the other 3 to go so I could enjoy my queso there. Dumplings can't and shouldn't reheated multiple times over and especially not even once at the restaurant that's serving them. I was honestly just hoping they would have dropped a fresh hot spoon or two of the broth : sauce they were in. Very upsetting for the evening because I was excited to try something new
