We had a beautifully designed acrylic pool that was quite complicated to build. We were told by our…read morelandscape design team (highly recommend the award-winning LandCreative, Inc.) that only a few good pool contractors are qualified to successfully installed such a pool. We asked them for several referrals and Splash Pools was one of them. After doing some research we issued an RFP to three vendors and decided to go with Splash Pools because they seemed to be the most experienced and knowledgeable. Really appreciated Brian Tadeo, their V.P. who patiently explained the whole process. The pool along with the yard took about 8 months to complete. Throughout the entire process, Splash Pools stayed on the job and in close contact with our hardscape contractor as they have to coordinate their work at different points of construction. At one point during construction, the acrylic glass on the spa was cracked shortly after it was installed and needed to be replaced. This was a very costly replacement in terms of materials and labor as a crane has to be ordered again to install and replace it. Instead of arguing with the acrylic sub-contractor on whose fault it was and hold up the project, Brian T. worked out the cost with the acrylic subcontractor to immediately replaced the glass to keep the project on track. A big thanks to Brian T. for that. We also appreciated their lead foreman, Donnie, who was always there to supervise and address our questions with patience during the entire construction process. Donnie was also great with minor follow-up issues even after the installation was completed. In the end, we were highly pleased with both the outcome and experience we received from Splash Pools and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for have a pool built beautifully and professionally. Also, a special thanks to their office manager, Christy and support staff Sara who were always on hand to answer admin questions too.

I got the recommendation from the Nextdoor app and a super happy customer who just finished her pool. Tony came out on time and took all the ideas I had, added to it, measured everything out, and took it back to the office for design. A couple days later I was able to see a complete layout of how my backyard was going to look. I was sold. They started work the following Monday. From that point I had workers at my house every day (and some weekends) knocking it out and getting it done. Every single crew that came was awesome. The excavators, plumbers, tile guys, concrete guys, everyone. Every crew had super talented workers that did not cut corners, showed up every day and made really good recommendations on other things I can do to make my backyard amazing as the project went on. Another thing that I appreciated is that Tony showed up to check on the crews every other day or so. After each crew was finished, I could count on Tony to show up and make sure it was done correctly and to his and my satisfaction. What really put the icing on the cake for me was in the final week. I told Tony that I was having a party and had a ton of family coming, some from out of state and would be awesome to finish on time and show off my new backyard and be able to entertain my guests. From that Monday-Thursday I had 2-3 crews working each day, around each other to finish. They got it done 2 days ahead of time. The result was an amazing pool and completely redesigned backyard that was better than I imagined. I got the Deep heat option and was able to heat my pool in just a couple hours! Couldn't be more stoked. This summer is going to rock!! Thank you Tony. Thank you California Pools and a big shout out to Raul and the concrete crew. My backyard wound NOT have been the same without his input and recommendations.

My challenge was I'm on a 3 level half acre lot with the pool set up in the center so this project was going definitely be different than the average back yard setup. I got a few estimates from a few different pool companies and a very good general contractorI know here in Rancho referred Kenny and Dan. They showed me there ideas and it was a way better set up than anyone else had proposed. Of course this plan was going to cost more money however Dan said if we build a pool it's something that's going to be real nice and you're going to be proud of it. I thought about it for a few weeks as these numerous pool companies all called me asking me if I was still interested as we were approaching the season to start at the end of the year and I decided I ultimately didn't want to cut corners doing more entry-level plans so I went the distance with blue waters plan. As you can see in the photos it came out came out spectacular. I have twice the deck area that I had prior a spa a heater water falls equipment that does everything by an app and in time plan to put a bar area in the large open area. They even redid did my 100 something foot wall that was starting to fall that me and my neighbor split. Buying a pool is a lot of money, but ultimately you just wanna be happy when it's done with no regrets so if you're looking to have a a pool built with no worries and to the best of it's ability You definitely want to talk to blue water. Thank you Kenny and Dan and there awesome crew who made this possible.

Where to even begin... I came across Sea West after bidding out a custom design for my backyard…read moreduring COVID. The designed i worked with took 6 months to deliver plans that we took to the city to find out we couldn't move our front fence as she'd planned; this meant the drawings would need to be modified to remove the pool that would no longer fit and she wanted to charge us because SHE didn't check with the city before drawing out our backyard. I stopped the project as this took the wind out of my sails. As luck would have it, I met Jon and, after finding out his profession, we discussed the situation and he wanted to take a stab as designing our dream backyard. After a couple weeks of back and forth, he had a rendering of the finished product and we decided to move forward. I've dealt with enough bad contractors that i enter into every job ready to run it. Jon and Aimee were so thorough, they've given me hope that I'll one day find a secret society of contractors that actually care. The communication, punctuality, quality of work and after sales support were beyond my expectation. It started with the contract. We agreed on pricing, terms for payment and what was expected from them and us. They handled all permitting and dealings with the city, scheduled and met all inspectors, took time to understand our tastes/preferences and brought tile samples to our house for us to pick. During the job... It sounds simple, but I've never had a contractor let me know they're going to be late. Normally, they miss the appointment and ignore my calls. My standard were low. The Sea-West crew was on time and on schedule. NO PART OF THE JOB RAN OVER THEIR PROJECTED TIMELINE. There were a couple change orders because i decided to add things (Alterations to the Built-in BBQ Island, added a matching fire-pit, etc.). These were handled professionally and were easily accomodated by their team, rather than treated as an inconvenience. Fast forward to now, we're 2 years into enjoying our dream backyard. Sea West handled Everything. We have all new concrete in our back yard and side yard; a new raised flower bed along the retaining wall, a Large aluma-wood cover, a Built in BBQ with all our dream equipment and power-station for my smoker and griddle, and the chef's kiss - a built-in 10x12" spa with a top fire-feature and matching adjacent fire-pit. This was a heavy, 6-figure remodel and the team at Sea-West was amazing to work with from start to finish. I can't speak highly enough of their service. I recommend them to everyone. I'll be adding pictures to this review when i get some time.

Bogner was 1 of 3 company's I had come out and do a bid for the project. They were easy to communicate with and worked with my schedule. During the design process they most closely got the design we wanted and knew the restrictions of the city code when they came out which kept us from getting some false promises of what could be done (which we got with one of the company's). Once we signed contract everything went just as planned. I was honestly expecting to have some hiccup as it's a large project with lots of different steps relying on another. But the various crews were all phenomenal, on time, polite and easy to communicate with. The staff at the office was always available via phone or email and was prompt in getting questions answered or letting us know of upcoming inspections. The final project is exactly what we envisioned. And I can whole heartedly say we are nothing but satisfied with the Company.
