While I was getting ready to leave with no help a wonderful associate by the name of Destiny asked to see my picture. After I showed her she immediately went to go check the back and guess what she found? The brown patio chair I was looking for. She rang me with a smile on her face and asked if I needed anything else while the first associate ignored our whole interaction. The difference between the first associate and Destiny is what keeps businesses afloat or lets them sink with terrible customer service. Destiny made my experience a breeze, while the other ladies laziness and rude attitude almost made me not want to come back.

The prices for most items are competitive with big box stores-- items like PVC pipe, wood filler, and hardware are cheaper at Altadena Hardware in a side-by-side comparison to big box stores. If you purchase materials like wood or pipe, they can cut it for you for transport! The selection of paint, hardware, garden supplies, light bulbs, power tools, adhesives, and most other typical household hardware needs are excellent. Based on size, they don't stock as much lumber or appliances as big box stores. Very helpful -- they do cartridge exchange for Soda Stream!! And have many options of Soda Stream flavorings. Here's the -1Star part of this review I contacted the Home Depot installation company they wanted $1100 plus $192 for a permit.
