I spoke with Yolanda because I asked to speak with the store manager, and that's the name she gave me. I explained my problem and asked if they would honor the price even if they had made a mistake, and she said NO. I even told her that the description on the tag matched, and she said NO again. I went to the trouble of coming to the Ross store in La Palomar, where we regularly shop, and when I entered the store, Arlet, who was very kind, helped me. I explained what had happened and even showed her the photo I posted, and Arlet very professionally explained that the price on the tag has to be honored. This made me realize that YOLANDA IS A LIAR to cover up the things her team is doing wrong... It's a shame that they provide such terrible service in this store. I understand that we are just another number for these stores, but if they don't have the training or the honesty to recognize their mistakes, then they should dedicate themselves to something else. And comparing them, for me, ARLET was much more professional and above all honest and sincere...

What initially caught my eye was the dresses in the window as I was shopping for a dress, it drew my attention. The cash register counter is in the middle of the store and the associate was friendly and answered all my questions. I did overhear other conversations with customers and informed that most of the sizes carried are only small to large (being the biggest) not sure if it was for particular dress as I did notice xlarge on some racks. They had a bunch of informal and formal dresses ranging from $20-$100+ from knee length to ankle length. As I had my heart set one item... I did not take much time to browse the other isle of clothes other than a quick breeze around the store and a mental note to check them out when I came back around. Unfortunately, the mall hours changed which means all the store hours had changed as well. Will definitely be back.

At the end of the day, the best people to have by your side when choosing your prom/wedding dress are the ones who love you, cheer you on, and make you feel like the most gorgeous girl in the world. It was quite the experience! I was a bit overwhelmed by all the dresses, styles and colors! And prices!!!!! Good Lord!!! However, this was a special moment for my daughter and I was so happy to be included. Mom was at the helm of it all, but I was very honored to have been included in the final decision! Plus, I paid!!! Overall, the service provided by the staff was nothing less than exceptional! Staff were friendly, amicable, and very helpful throughout the process. Eventually, she found the dress she wanted and boy were we wowed! Simply gorgeous! My only gripe would be that all dresses are FINAL SALE and they do not place any dresses on hold (not even for 24 hrs).
