Prom dress shopping with my daughter, let's see how this goes! It might not be "traditional" for dads to go prom dress shopping with their daughters, but I absolutely had to come! At the end of the day, the best people to have by your side when choosing your prom/wedding dress are the ones who love you, cheer you on, and make you feel like the most gorgeous girl in the world. It was quite the experience! I was a bit overwhelmed by all the dresses, styles and colors! And prices!!!!! Good Lord!!! However, this was a special moment for my daughter and I was so happy to be included. Mom was at the helm of it all, but I was very honored to have been included in the final decision! Plus, I paid!!! Overall, the service provided by the staff was nothing less than exceptional! Staff were friendly, amicable, and very helpful throughout the process. Eventually, she found the dress she wanted and boy were we wowed! Simply gorgeous! My only gripe would be that all dresses are FINAL SALE and they do not place any dresses on hold (not even for 24 hrs). read more

Very large selection of dresses! My daughter needed a dress for a formal event and I was happy they had toddler dresses. Service was amazing and the girl helped pick out a few extras to try on. My daughter felt like a princess and enjoyed her shopping experience. Prices are comparable to other stores. This store came highly recommended by several friends when looking for a better selection of dresses for Winter Formal. The ladies working were so friendly and helpful, they assisted us with carrying, dressing room, zipping up and all our questions. They had such a large selection in every color, length and style you could ask for. They also have beautiful quinceañera and wedding party attire and accessories. Many corset backs available which makes them more flexible. The 3rd dress she tried on was a navy satin w a side slit with POCKETS. It was perfect and she looked stunning. She is 5'9" and didn't need hemming w heels for reference. These are not lined and there is a thread hanging here and there but for around $200 she shined. We will definitely be back. My daughter went into this dress store yesterday to look for prom dresses. She was in the store for nearly 2 hours. Before her friend arrived, not one person came to help her. When her friend arrived, she was greeted and allowed to try on dresses. Although the dresses were cheap, the quality of the fabric was terrible. She said the styles looked like they had an idea, but we're forced to make the dresses. The dresses on the wall, no one was allowed to try those on. Even if she did not discriminate against us, we still would not allowed our money to be spent here. What people like this shop owner/employee should understand is that black people can buy you out! As a Latino and fluent Spanish speaker, I visited this store with my fiancée to shop for wedding dresses. My fiancée, who is a darker-skinned woman and not Latina/Hispanic, was immediately subjected to blatant racial profiling. Upon our entry, the cashier with short blond hair whispered to her colleague, "Echale ojo a esa muchacha"--which translates to "Keep your eye on the girl." This discriminatory comment was unprovoked and deeply offensive, revealing an apparent comfort with racially profiling customers. Feeling unwelcome and unsafe due to the hostile treatment, we promptly left. Later that same day, I called the store to address this issue directly and respectfully shared our concerns about the discriminatory behavior. Unfortunately, instead of taking our concerns seriously, the staff member denied the incident and dismissed her behavior as a "language confusion." This excuse rang hollow, especially considering my fiancée and I were the only customers in the store at the time, leaving no justification for the unnecessary scrutiny directed at her. When I pressed further to ask if they had ever received similar feedback about their treatment of customers, the individual on the call continued to deflect and justify the actions. This lack of accountability and unwillingness to acknowledge harmful behavior is deeply troubling. I strongly urge others to take their business elsewhere--to a place where customers are treated with dignity, respect, and joy, especially when celebrating such meaningful moments in life. The first time we came to this shop was to look for quinceañera dresses for my daughter. I called the day of and they had an appointment available for the same day, which I appreciated. She tried on 3 dresses and she received help from someone in the store. I never caught her name. The experience was 3/5, average. My daughter ended up loving a dress from a different shop, so we didn't buy her dress here. They do have a big selection though. I also liked the selection of formal dresses and knew I would be back for a dress for myself. Yesterday we returned to look for gowns for my sister and I, and we were helped by Lilly. Lilly went above and beyond. Once we chose a few dresses to try on, she was so helpful in the fitting room. She grabbed other sizes, she offered other recommendations, and helped with zipping and tying the gowns. It was a great experience. In the end my sister ordered her dress. I still haven't decided on a dress, there's just so many choices but I definitely have my favorite at the moment.
