My daughter and I provided some ideas of what we were looking for, and the wonderful sales lady pointed out several dresses to consider. In the end, my daughter was set on one of the first dresses she saw. We purchased everything - the dress, petticoat, shoes, and headband. We were in and out in about 30 minutes. Daughter's face says it all. I was pleasantly surprised to see that there were great dresses at all price points, including some extremely affordable and gorgeous dresses on sale in the back of the shop. In response to some negative reviews - Some of these dresses are very elaborate and delicate. I was clear with my daughter to handle with care and only pick up dresses she was really interested in trying on. Being respectful of the merchandise was the least we could do. All around a great experience and I'm sure we will be back.

I don't typically dress my daughter up in tutu's on a daily basis but on special occasions or when she is going to have her pictures taken this is my go to spot to get her tutus, headbands, bloomers and leg warmers. Lety will even make you a custom order headband. She is SUPER friendly and you can tell she honestly loves what she does. She has great ideas if you aren't quite sure about what you want. She doesn't have a storefront but don't let that fool you. She showcases a lot of her items on her FaceBook page (which is where I originally found her). I highly recommend her, you won't be disappointed by her customer service or her craftsmanship.

It can get a bit chilly on the beach at the Hotel del Coronado, so it was nice to find a store with some cute hoodies for both boys and girls. What catches your eye first are those beautiful window displays. The surfboards and colorful clothes make this store really fun. The playful art in the window was very cute as well. My son needed at jacket, and we found a great Quicksilver hoodie right away. It was nice to find something he'd actually wear after our trip to The Del. There was were also cute clothes and accessories for girls here too. Backpacks, hats, jewelry, and a small selection of toys are here too. The customer service was wonderful here as well. The salesperson helped my son find the right sized jacket right away. She was also so knowledgeable about the hotel. When we told her that we were visiting the Hotel del Coronado for their stunning Christmas tree, she so helpfully told us about the tree's history and some fun information about the hotel's annual Christmas ornament. This is such a cute little store. Full of fun apparel and accessories, there's something here for any child. With great service and knowledgeable staff, this is a wonderful stop for any parent or child visiting this great resort!

Since all the children's place stores have gone out of business this is the "closest" to me and by…read morethat I mean it is a 30 minute drive of 17 miles away from me. I made the mistake of coming to this store on 2/14/25. I had no idea where it was in the mall (my bad they do have maps I just didn't check them) so I walked the whole length of the bottom floor and the whole length of the top floor dragging my 8 year old and dad who was visiting from out of town. The store is on the second floor near Macy's. I came to this store to return some of the items I bought online. I ordered my kid a 10/12 and they freaked out at how "big" they were. I didn't want to deal with reordering them so decided to return them. I had 5 items to return. The clerk told me a total and it seemed right. I got my receipt "emailed" (spoiler alert it never came!) and since I parked by Macy's I exited the mall. The whole time I could not figure out why the numbers seemed off to me. Once I got home I checked and even though I returned 5 items they only gave me money back for 4. No big deal right? Except they kept the 5th shirt. I had already schlepped down and back to this mall no way was I going again. I went online and filled out a customer service form. Waited the weekend, heard back they will give me my money back. Said it would take 3-5 days. Waited 3-5 days. It never came. Decided I am done with this company and drove down there again to return all the items from my order as I do not want to support a company that steals items and money from people. Second return went fine. I got money for all the items I returned. The store is super crowded (with stuff not people) the 2x I was in there within 1 month there was no more than 2 employees and never any one else shopping. Their clothes are cheap because they are low quality. The leggings and shirts are practically see through. I did keep one shirt sized 10/12 and it shrunk up super small (I washed it on warm permanent press and dried on low heat like I do any other new items purchased and have never had this happen). I will no longer buy from this company and thankfully because of that will not have to drive to this location again. I now have to do a charge back to get my money back since the store kept my item, did not refund me the money, corporate did not refund me the money. You get what you pay for (or don't) so beware.

I didn't think to look at the bottom of the feet while I was purchasing thinking I was buying NEW clothing so I go back to the store (an hr later) which was a drive. When I was returning the item the worker seemed bothered that I was returning it, gave me an attitude and I felt like I was wasting her time (worker was pregnant, maybe wasn't in the mood to give good customer service) Had that been me I would had apologize to the customer and also apologize for the inconvenience of driving back to the store. One employee saw that I was at my wits end with my kid and offered to hold him for a minute. He was so perfect, jolly and beautiful. My kids absolutely adored him. I don't know if the children's place advertised it enough, because the place was empty. My kids had Santa all to themselves for almost an hour! My 10 year old daughter has been getting teased at school because she still believes in Santa Claus. It almost got her to stop believing. Seeing Santa and spending some personal time with him boosted her Christmas spirit by a million points. This actually means a lot to our family. So thank you children's place.

Suggestion: buy online! If you really want to buy Carter/OshKosh clothes (which I still question…read moremyself why I keep buy these brands) go online. Going to the store is a waste of time. I stopped by yesterday to purchase some winter clothes and to my surprise the store was filled of clearance products from the summer line and Christmas dresses/pjs. No jackets, no sweaters, just a bunch of summer dresses next to a Santa. Why? What's even worse is the false price advertisement. So each stand has a "discount" but most of the items on that stand are not included in the deal, so customers really need to be careful before purchasing an item. I asked one of the 2 ladies working there (the nice one) to clarify the buy one get one free since there were t-shirt and pants on the same shelf. She said it applied to the t-shirt advertised for $11 and not for the pants advertised at $12. When I went to pay I discovered that I would pay $22 for the 2 t-shirt (full price for one and 1 free), not $11 and 1 free as stated on the shelf. The other lady kept checking me out, and when I got back asking for clarification the lady treated me like an idiot. I made it clear that the fault is on their side and I requested a refund for the 2 t-shirt (quality is not worth that kind of price). I should have asked for a full refund and go online...I was so mad but I wanted to get out of the store as fast as possible. Also if you go there and they don't have the size you're looking for they are only going to suggest to go to the El Cajon store (happened to me and to another lady in front of me at checkout). They don't even try to help customers by ordering online and having that delivered in store...no they send you to another one. I'll keep saying buy online and also target has better kids quality and at least prices are advertised correctly!
