The staff if very friendly and very accommodating as far as setting up appointments for selecting suit rentals and getting measurements done and ensuring the entire party is accounted for accommodating for their schedules...that part was great. The follow through was the disappointment. Although everyone was measured a lot of the sizes were wrong when it came to trying on the suits. The shoes were the wrong color and had to be changed. A couple people asked for "skinny" pants because the casual fit is way too baggy which they said they would do but on the day of pick we were told they didnt have any available. The father of the quincenera who arranged this whole event asked for skinny pants from the very first day that we chose outfits which was well in advance and he still didnt get what he requested and ended up canceling his rental. I couldnt get skinny pants either but wasnt told until day of pick (as were others including my son). Somehow my white button up that i tried on didnt make its way into the garment bag and i ended up having to buy one from Old Navy. You would think they would have seen it hanging there and would have called me back. To top it off they ended up giving me size 13 shoes instead of 12! I went to the party in clown shoes. I think they just didnt have my size available and didnt say anything and just chose the next size up. Overall bad experience when it came down to actually getting out rentals. They over promise and you dont get what you hoped or asked for. Oh...and not only were the vests a different color than what was picked out for the "uncles" matching suits but they got ties instead of bow ties. And all I got from having to wear clown shoes and buy a button up was a simple sorry. Sorry doesnt cut it when trying to look your best and paying $200 for a suit rental. I should have pieced together a discount suit for the price that would fit better. Only reason I didnt was because the plan was to have everyone match. read more

I had the unfortunate experience of stepping foot in this poorly ran RACIST establishment. If you are ANYthing other than Hispanic DO NOT expect them to acknowledge your presence or get any kind of customer service minimal attention. My friend and I walked around looking at dresses for an upcoming ball.. we literally had to ask if someone could assist after being ignored for at least TEN minutes, It was at that point that a woman behind the counter said in very nasty tone that "they were closed" WHILE they were assisting a customer that was Hispanic... As if that wasn't enough insult my friend informed her that there was another employee standing directly behind her that wasn't doing anything and maybe she could answer some questions about some dresses she had. ( dresses she was looking to buy for over $1500 by the way) The lady behind the counter said our employee cannot assist us because she only spoke Spanish to where my friend informed her that I speak Spanish and I can translate very reluctantly she proceeded to ask who the dress was for and I informed her that was for my friend who is African-American. She looked her up and down and took her to a section of what I would like to call "clearance" dresses of about five hideous choices and said that the other dresses were specifically for Quinceañeras only. Lili's Creations did my quinceañera a year ago. I began planning my quince just before COVID hit. Dress shopping was a breeze and I felt like a princess. When COVID restrictions put a stop to all of the effort that we had made, Lili's Creations continued to communicate with us and made sure that my special day would still happen. We went into Lili's expecting a great selection and much better service... I was disappointed at how we were treated/ignored. We were approached and told the selection was low because of previous week of prom shoppers, but to still look around and when we were ready, she had a couple dresses in the back for her to try on. she also offered to measure, so my daughter could possibly order out of a catalog if need be. I came here with my mother yesterday on our search for bridesmaid dresses and a wedding gown. We stopped in here around 12:30pm. The lady came to open the door for us, so I am assuming that she was coming back from lunch. We told her we were just browsing so she said to just call her if we needed help and quickly went to a different room. It was just my mother and I in there looking around. There are very few wedding gowns here, everything else is in catalogs. I really did not like this because photos can be deceiving. I like to see a physical product before committing to purchase, especially if I am going to be buying a wedding gown. I understand this may not be a problem for some, but I am a person who will pay the extra dollar for quality. There seemed to be more prom and quinceñera dresses here. I am guessing that they sell more of these types of dresses than wedding gowns. I really did not like any of the selection for bridesmaids, as a lot of it wasn't very tasteful. 4 stars for the prom and quinceñera dress selections. I would've given 5 if that had a better and wider selection of wedding & bridesmaid gowns. read more

This place has no common decency for human crisis. During this pandemic (Corona virus) my boyfriend had to cancel his daughters quinceañera. He purchased the dress from this place (Lilis) paid in full. The dress was not special ordered, it was off the floor. We called and spoke with them and explained our situation. Due to what's going on, right! The venue Just Java Hall amazing people gave us a full refund. Didn't even charge us a cancellation fee, because they understood what is going on. This place was like no, no refunds, whatsoever. We never picked up the dress (by the way), they also didn't want to refund a tiara, hoop, Roma (a flower bouquet), and steaming which totalled 550 dollars, and dress was 900sh. Of course this package is unnecessary. But they couldn't at all take nothing back nor be understanding. Horrible people, horrible place with NO COMPASSION. This place made this situation/experience even worst, by lacking simple sympathy for others. No one thought this would happen, nor planned this pandemic we are living in. His daughter is heartbroken (understatement). Would not recommend this place to anyone. With this pandemic businesses are not the only ones getting hit hard, money doesn't grow on trees, and losing 1600 dollars is ridiculous. I hope the local news gets ahold of this review, and shine some SYMPATHY, UNDERSTANDING and COMPASSION to this place. read more

Planning a Quinceanera is no easy feat, let alone long distance. So you can imagine how excited we were to find a place where we could find a dress, accessories & even flowers! WHAT A MISTAKE! While purchasing the dress was pretty straight forward we found out too late that it was WAY overpriced. The florist, Ana I believe, is not professional or flexible AT ALL. We wanted to use candle-like chandeliers but because we would be purchasing them elsewhere she was unwilling to incorporate them in our centerpieces. She kept saying what a deal she was giving us but charges for EVERY little item used (lighted cubes, more than 4 branches, rental of the vases). We had excellent customer service at Lili's Christina was so sweet and very helpful when I was looking for a wedding dress. I didn't want the traditional dress and was looking for something different and comfortable she had great ideas and understood what I wanted. I had alterations done on my dress to have it short in front longer in the back and it turned out amazing and the alterations were done days before the wedding. The alteration charge was so cheap I couldn't believe it I would've paid as much if not more than I did for the dress for alterations had I gone to David's bridal. I also ordered my flowers through Lili's and they were amazing I had so many compliments on my center pieces and the wedding arch.
