I knew from the EM's I received that the store was having a good sale for a holiday weekend and I looked at some stuff online ahead of time so for the most part, I went in knowing exactly what I was looking for. I went on a Monday afternoon and it was completely dead in the store. One person was leaving as I walked in, but that was it. There was one staff member working who greeted me and asked if I needed anything. I asked if they had a display of baby jeans beside what I was seeing but they didn't. I was super disappointed. They only had a few pairs of jeans in little sizes, but they weren't the size I needed. She offered to order online for me but I figured I would do it myself so I could look for other items. I looked through the store to find some church clothes and I found a couple of cute outfits, including one I had picked out online but when I saw the price, and the sale, I was surprised to see the outfit was going to be cheaper if I bought it online. Since it would be cheaper online, I opted not to purchase anything in the store and just purchased when I got home. The store was clean, put together well, and it was easy to find all the different sections and clothing sizes, I am just disappointed they didn't have a variety and with the prices. Now I know, and I can just continue to shop online. Oh yeah, and I went in with my guy in a stroller and I couldn't make it through a few of the displays... at a baby store where a stroller should be common. But if I can't make it through with a stroller, a wheel chair can't make it through.

Although I've experienced some that were friendly and helpful.. Others seemed a bit snotty though.. This store is a bit smaller than the H&M in plaza and fashion. This location doesn't have a children's section (I wish it did!)... The store is pretty packed with merchandise... And they have some good sales pretty frequently. Be on the look out for 50% sale items. They do that a couple times a year... Great deals! The clothing themselves is of decent quality. Obviously not high end or high quality, they're okay though, and you'll get some wear into them.

I was told by the manager today, they could not provide a refund because there was not a Ross tag…read moreon the pants. Even with a receipt she was unwilling to do more than rattle off "Ross's policy" of no tag, no refund. I mentioned they are currently carrying the same pants, couldn't she use those as a reference? She suggested I go back to the original Ross I bought the pants (that this store is also currently carrying) for them to check the surveillance to verify I bought the pants. I don't know if this Ross has a theft problem, but I've never had to to ask security at any store to prove I bought something they're carrying I called a different Ross closer to me and explained my situation. They told me as long as I had the receipt it was no problem. I don't think I will be back at this Ross.

You can feel the positive energy as soon as you walk in. The team works so well together and goes out of their way to be helpful, which I really appreciated. The store itself is very clean, organized, and easy to browse. There's a great selection of clothing, home items, and unique finds. Everything felt well-kept, and it's clear the staff takes pride in maintaining a welcoming environment for the community. I ordered a humidifier online, received 8-14-26. I was disgusted because you could tell it was…read moreused. There were yellow stains on the inside of the humidifier and the box should have contained 3 wicks, but there was only one. I returned it the following day. They gave me a refund and $15 kohls cash. On 8-17-26 I attempted to order something else online, but the website would not allow me to use the Kohl's cash as the area was grayed out. I contacted Kohl's customer service, they said the number on the kohls cash is invalid and instructed me to go back to kohls (Eastlake) to have them issue a valid one. On 8-17-26, I went to Kohls. The Manager, Adrianna, scanned the skew on the back of my kohl's cash and said it's valid and has $15 to use. I explained that I was unable to utilize the kohls cash. She suggested that I enter the number manually. I explained the area is grayed out. I asked her to issue a valid one so I can order online. She said she can't do that since it's from a retuned item. I said the only reason I returned the humidifier is because kohls sent me a used one. Frankly, I was shocked that kohls did not bother to check the item before they ship it. Adrianna did not offer an apology for the disgusting humidifier or the inconvenience of having to return to the store once again, without resolving the issue. Their own customer service department stated the number on the kohls cash is invalid. Adrianna did not resolve the issue and was unapologetic. I submitted this same review on Kohl's website, but they would not post it. I took a screen shot of their response.
